一种硅胶鼻中隔支架
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材领域,具体来说是一种硅胶鼻中隔支架。
背景技术
硅胶鼻中隔弯曲,也叫硅胶鼻中隔偏曲,是指硅胶鼻中隔偏离中线向一侧或两则弯曲或局部形成突起,引起鼻功能障碍或产生症状者,但硅胶鼻中隔正直者甚少,如无功能障碍,可不要处理。常见的病因包括包括:外伤,发育异常,鼻腔内肿瘤异物压迫等。主要症状为:交替性或持续性鼻塞,头痛,鼻出血及流脓涕等。事实上硅胶鼻中隔完全正直者甚少,常有不同程度的偏斜,且上述各种形态可同时存在。如无功能障碍的硅胶鼻中隔偏曲称为“生理性硅胶鼻中隔偏曲”;如发生功能障碍,对硅胶鼻中隔偏曲可采用硅胶鼻中隔偏曲矫正术。
在矫正硅胶鼻中隔的时候,经常需要用到硅胶鼻中隔支架植入,硅胶鼻中隔支架是直接接触人体伤口,如果杀菌不彻底将造成病人感染,严重可致命,所述硅胶鼻中隔支架的清洗是一个问题,不易清理的硅胶鼻中隔支架表面一旦沾染耐药细菌,就会使患者面临继发性感染的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了解决上述问题,公开了一种硅胶鼻中隔支架,所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架包括硅胶鼻中隔支架本体和抗菌涂层,所述的抗菌涂层位于硅胶鼻中隔支架本体的表面;所述的抗菌涂层的厚度为0.01mm-1mm,所述的抗菌涂层是一种聚合物涂层,所述的的聚合物涂层是一种聚碳酸酯多单体接枝聚合物,所述的接枝单体包括含有苯环或者吡啶环不饱和硅烷和丙烯腈单体;
所述的硅胶包括以下重量份的组分:氟硅生胶100份、氟硅油2-4份、硅烷偶联剂0.1-1份,纳米碳化硅5-10份、氮化铬5-10份、钴0.1-0.5份、钛白粉5-10。
作为改进,所述硅烷偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
作为改进,所述的纳米碳化硅粒径为10nm-50nm。
作为改进,所述的氟橡胶的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将纳米碳化硅、氮化铬、钴加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使混合物旋转,将偶联剂直接喷洒在混合物中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应30分钟,制得改性后的混合物;
步骤2:将钛白粉和氟硅生胶配合,使用物理方法使得钛白粉嵌入到中氟硅生胶中去,所述的物理方法选自机械力碾压、螺旋挤压、高速剪切、气流磨对撞、超声波共混处理;
步骤:3:将步骤1后的混合物和步骤2后的氟硅生胶、氟硅油进行混炼、得到均匀胶料;
步骤4:对步骤3的胶料进行切片处理,其次在150-200℃的高温处理130-200分钟。
作为改进,所述的不饱和硅烷单体选自:三苯氧基乙烯基硅烷、3-氯丙基二甲基乙烯基硅烷、三苯基乙烯基硅烷、二甲基苯基乙烯基硅烷、二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷。
作为改进,所述的聚合物及接枝单体原料重量份如下:聚碳酸酯100份,不饱和硅烷单体5-20份,丙烯腈单体5-20份。
作为改进,所述的聚合物涂层的制备方法如下:
步骤A:将不饱和硅烷、丙烯腈均匀混合;
步骤B: 将聚碳酸酯在流变仪中熔融;
步骤C:步骤A后的混合物以及引发剂加入到流变仪中,反应5 min -10min。。
作为改进,所述的引发剂选自过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二异丙苯。
作为改进,所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰和过氧化二异丙苯的混合物,摩尔比为1:(0.7-1.5)。
作为改进,所述步骤B的熔融时间为1-5min。
在对比实验中,发明人将可引发感染和炎症、耐药性较强的绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别移植到这种聚合物涂层的硅胶鼻中隔支架和普通硅胶鼻中隔支架。经过一段时间后进行的测试显示,新型聚合物涂层表面的病原菌残留量仅相当于普通硅胶鼻中隔支架表面细菌数量的数千至数百万分之一。

具体实施例1:一种硅胶鼻中隔支架,所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架包括硅胶鼻中隔支架本体和抗菌涂层,所述的抗菌涂层位于硅胶鼻中隔支架本体的表面,所述的抗菌涂层的厚度为0.01mm-1mm,所述的抗菌涂层是一种聚合物涂层,所述的的聚合物涂层是一种聚碳酸酯多单体接枝聚合物,所述的接枝单体包括二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷和丙烯腈单体物涂层。
所述的聚合物及接枝单体原料重量份如下:聚碳酸酯100份,二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷单体5份,丙烯腈单体20份。
聚合物涂层的制备方法如下:
步骤A:将不饱和硅烷、丙烯腈均匀混合;
步骤B: 将聚碳酸酯在流变仪中熔融,熔融时间为5min;
步骤C:步骤A后的混合物以及引发剂加入到流变仪中,引发剂为聚碳酸酯重量的0.1%,反应5 min;
所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰和过氧化二异丙苯的混合物,摩尔比为1:0.7。
将实施例1和普通硅胶鼻中隔支架进行对比发现,实施例1的细菌残留普通硅胶鼻中隔支架的十万分之一到十万分之三。
具体实施例2:本实施例公开了一种制备鼻中隔支架的硅胶,所述的硅胶包括以下重量份的组分:氟硅生胶100份、氟硅油2份、硅烷偶联剂0.1份,纳米碳化硅5份、氮化铬5份、钴0.1份、钛白粉5。
所述硅烷偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷根据,所述的纳米碳化硅粒径为10nm-50nm。
所述的氟橡胶的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将纳米碳化硅、氮化铬、钴加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使混合物旋转,将偶联剂直接喷洒在混合物中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应30分钟,制得改性后的混合物;
步骤2:将钛白粉和氟硅生胶配合,使用物理方法使得钛白粉嵌入到中氟硅生胶中去,所述的物理方法为高速剪切处理;
步骤:3:将步骤1后的混合物和步骤2后的氟硅生胶、氟硅油进行混炼、得到均匀胶料;
步骤4:对步骤3的胶料进行切片处理,其次在200℃的高温处理130分钟。

1.一种硅胶鼻中隔支架,所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架包括硅胶鼻中隔支架本体和抗菌涂层,所述的抗菌涂层位于硅胶鼻中隔支架本体的表面;所述的抗菌涂层的厚度为0.01mm-1mm,所述的抗菌涂层是一种聚合物涂层,所述的的聚合物涂层是一种聚碳酸酯多单体接枝聚合物,所述的接枝单体包括含有苯环或者吡啶环不饱和硅烷和丙烯腈单体;
所述的硅胶包括以下重量份的组分:氟硅生胶100份、氟硅油2-4份、硅烷偶联剂0.1-1份,纳米碳化硅5-10份、氮化铬5-10份、钴0.1-0.5份、钛白粉5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述的纳米碳化硅粒径为10nm-50nm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述的氟橡胶的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将纳米碳化硅、氮化铬、钴加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使混合物旋转,将偶联剂直接喷洒在混合物中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应30分钟,制得改性后的混合物;
步骤2:将钛白粉和氟硅生胶配合,使用物理方法使得钛白粉嵌入到中氟硅生胶中去,所述的物理方法选自机械力碾压、螺旋挤压、高速剪切、气流磨对撞、超声波共混处理;
步骤:3:将步骤1后的混合物和步骤2后的氟硅生胶、氟硅油进行混炼、得到均匀胶料;
步骤4:对步骤3的胶料进行切片处理,其次在150-200℃的高温处理130-200分钟。
5.根据权利要求4所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述的不饱和硅烷单体选自:三苯氧基乙烯基硅烷、3-氯丙基二甲基乙烯基硅烷、三苯基乙烯基硅烷、二甲基苯基乙烯基硅烷、二甲基(2-吡啶基)乙烯基硅烷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述的聚合物及接枝单体原料重量份如下:聚碳酸酯100份,不饱和硅烷单体5-20份,丙烯腈单体5-20份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述的聚合物涂层的制备方法如下:
步骤A:将不饱和硅烷、丙烯腈均匀混合;
步骤B: 将聚碳酸酯在流变仪中熔融;
步骤C:步骤A后的混合物以及引发剂加入到流变仪中,反应5 min -10min。
8.根据权利要求7所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述的引发剂选自过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二异丙苯。
9.根据权利要求8所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰和过氧化二异丙苯的混合物,摩尔比为1:(0.7-1.5)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的硅胶鼻中隔支架,其特征在于,所述步骤B的熔融时间为1-5min。
