本发明提供了一种医疗器械,尤其是一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器。
背景技术
脊柱后路内固定手术,常用的方法是开放式手术,采用大切口然后剥离肌肉,直接打入椎弓根钉尾部,再将脊柱固定器纵联棒装入椎弓根钉尾部后锁紧。手术使病人出血量多,局部软组织尤其是脊柱后路的肌肉韧带损伤严重,术后并发症多,不但影响术后康复效果,且给患者带来较大的痛苦和经济负担。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,克服了上述缺陷。
一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于包括柔性牵引器,所述柔性牵引器设为可塑形导丝或绳索或链条。
优选的所述绳索前面设有导针,所述导针可塑形。手术时,当一组椎弓根钉打入病灶附近的脊椎骨后,先用导针穿过椎弓根钉尾部后穿出,然后通过所述导针将绳索带入椎弓根钉组的尾部后并将绳索前端带出,然后由绳索将脊柱固定器纵联棒牵引到椎弓根钉尾部,然后实施对脊柱固定器纵联棒与椎弓根钉的固定等操作即可。
优选的所述绳索外面设有导管,所述导管可塑形。手术时,当一组椎弓根钉打入病灶附近的脊椎骨后,先用导管携带所述绳索穿过椎弓根钉尾部后穿出,然后撤出所述导管,
由绳索将脊柱固定器纵联棒牵引到椎弓根钉的尾部,然后实施对脊柱固定器纵联棒与椎弓根钉的固定等操作即可。也可由所述导管只将所述绳索导至椎弓根钉组的另一端,然后由该端将脊柱固定器纵联棒穿入并与所述绳索连接,再由所述绳索牵引脊柱固定器纵联棒至椎弓根钉组的尾部,然后实施对脊柱固定器纵联棒与椎弓根钉尾部的固定等操作即可。
优选的所述链条设有直态固定装置,所述直态固定装置设于链条的两链扣铰接处,所述铰接处一链扣上设有凹槽,另一链扣上设有带有弹性的凸台,当两链扣转到一条线位置时,所述凸台***所述凹槽将两链扣固定成直态。手术时,首先将所述链条穿到第一枚椎弓根钉的尾部,然后用链轮装置将链条送入椎弓根钉组,同时将链条转为直态,然后在椎弓根钉组的另一端***脊柱固定器纵联棒,并将脊柱固定器纵联棒与所述链条连接,然后通过链轮装置将所述链条原路退回,并将脊柱固定器纵联棒牵引至椎弓根钉组尾部。

一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于包括柔性牵引器1,所述柔性牵引器1设为可塑形导丝或绳索或链条。所述绳索前面设有导针,所述导针可塑形。手术时,当一组椎弓根钉打入病灶附近的脊椎骨后,先用导针穿过该组椎弓根钉尾部2后穿出,然后通过所述导针将绳索带入椎弓根钉尾部2后并将绳索前端带出,然后由绳索将脊柱固定器纵联棒3牵引到椎弓根钉尾部2,然后实施对脊柱固定器纵联棒3与椎弓根钉的固定等操作即可。

附图4-5为本发明一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器的第三种实施方式。
一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于包括柔性牵引器,所述柔性牵引器设为可塑形导丝或绳索或链条。所述链条设有直态固定装置4,所述直态固定装置设于链条的两链扣铰接处,所述铰接处一链扣上设有凹槽,另一链扣上设有带有弹性的凸台,当两链扣转到一条线位置时,所述凸台***所述凹槽将两链扣固定成直态。手术时,当一组椎弓根钉打入病灶附近的脊椎骨后,将所述链条穿到第一枚椎弓根钉的尾部,然后用链轮将链条送入椎弓根钉组,同时将链条转为直态,然后在椎弓根钉组的另一端***脊柱固定器纵联棒,并将脊柱固定器纵联棒与所述链条连接,然后通过链轮装置将所述链条原路退回,并将脊柱固定器纵联棒牵引至椎弓根钉尾部。

1.一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引方法,其特征在于先将柔性牵引器穿过预先打入脊椎骨的椎弓根钉尾部,为脊柱固定器纵联棒微创安装建立导引通道,然后由柔性牵引器将脊柱固定器纵联棒牵引至椎弓根钉尾部。
2.一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于包括柔性牵引器(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于所述柔性牵引器(1)设为可塑形导丝或绳索或链条。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于所述绳索前面设有导针。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于所述绳索(6)外面设有导管(5)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种脊柱固定器纵联棒柔性牵引器,其特征在于所述链条设有直态固定装置(4)。
