Abstract
本发明涉及建筑模板生产领域,提供一种平板建筑模板贴面装置,包括传送板件的传送装置,传送装置的首端设有除尘装置,传送装置中部依次传送连接涂胶机、电晕机、复合机;所述除尘装置包括横向设置的清扫装置,清扫装置的后方连接集尘罩;涂胶机设有若干涂胶辊,复合机内部设有若干压辊,涂胶辊和压辊均上下分层,中部空隙为板件入口且与传送装置位于同一水平面,涂胶机的一侧连接供应胶水的熔胶机;电晕机位于涂胶机与复合机之间的传送装置上方,其入料口连接膜片架。本发明整体结构简单,操作方便,人工干预少,能够实现自动贴面,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑模板生产领域,具体涉及一种平板建筑模板贴面装置及贴面方法。
背景技术
在基本建设工程中,建筑模板是一种量大面广的周转工具,现有的建筑模板还存在吸水变形,酸碱易腐蚀,不耐磨蚀、薄木层粘结在浇筑物件表面、表面粘结混泥土、重复利用率低,损耗大等问题。而现在出现的覆膜模板能够解决重复利用及变形的问题,现有覆膜模板的加工一般采用以下步骤:原料配板区、滚胶装订、热压成型、齐边开槽、油漆涂装,但这种加工方式仍旧需要大量时间,例如热压成型需要占据大量时间和空间,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述效率低的问题,提供一种连续加工,过程简单,效率提高的平板建筑模板贴面装置及贴面方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,一种平板建筑模板贴面装置,包括传送板件的传送装置,其特征在于,所述传送装置的首端设有除尘装置,传送装置中部依次传送连接涂胶机、电晕机、复合机;所述除尘装置包括横向设置的清扫装置,清扫装置的后方连接集尘罩;所述涂胶机设有若干涂胶辊,所述复合机内部设有若干压辊,涂胶辊和压辊均上下分层,中部空隙为板件入口且与传送装置位于同一水平面,涂胶机的一侧连接供应胶水的熔胶机;所述电晕机位于涂胶机与复合机之间的传送装置上方,其入料口连接膜片架,膜片经电晕机出料口连接复合机的板件入口;传送装置末端设有复压辊,复压辊与传送装置间隙为复压工作部。
优选的,所述清扫装置的上方设有吸尘口,吸尘口与集尘罩连通。
优选的,所述膜片架上设有卷辊,膜片卷曲设置在膜片架。
优选的,所述电晕机两侧分别设有托辊,膜片为PP片。
根据上述平板建筑模板贴面装置所进行的贴面方法,包括以下步骤:
1)板件经过入厂检验后,砂光处理备用;
2)板件放入传送装置,经毛刷清理吸尘传送至涂胶机;
3)板件进入涂胶机,熔胶机进向涂胶机供料,涂胶辊滚涂,膜片经过传送辊送入电晕机电晕处理,膜片与板件对齐后进入复合机上下压辊压制;
4)压制后的板件与膜片经过传送装置进入复压辊再次压制完成成品。
根据权利要求4所述的贴面方法,其特征在于,所述溶胶机温度为135℃-170℃,涂胶机温度为110℃-130℃,涂胶量85-110g/m²。
根据权利要求5所述的贴面方法,其特征在于,所述复合机的复合压力为0.4MPa-0.6MPa。
本发明的有益之处在于整体结构简单,操作方便,人工干预少,能够实现自动贴面,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种平板建筑模板贴面装置,包括传送板件的传送装置1,传送装置宜采用辊子传送机进行传送,整体形成流水线加工的方式。沿着传送装置依次设有除尘装置、涂胶机4、电晕机6、复合机,电晕机的前方还设有储存膜片的膜片架5。
除尘装置包括横向设置的清扫装置2,清扫装置采用横向设置的毛刷,清扫装置的后方连接集尘罩3。清扫装置的上方设有吸尘口,吸尘口与集尘罩3连通,连通后通过引风机引入除尘装置净化。
涂胶机4的内部设有若干涂胶辊,涂胶辊连接外部熔胶机10,用于向板件表面涂胶,复合机内部设有若干压辊8,涂胶辊和压辊均上下分层,中部为允许板件通过的空隙,中部空隙为板件入口且与传送装置位于同一水平面,涂胶机的一侧连接供应胶水的熔胶机10。
电晕机6位于涂胶机与复合机之间的传送装置上方,电晕机的入料口连接膜片架5,膜片架横跨设置在传送装置的上方,膜片在膜片架上引出,进入电晕机出料口,在经过电晕之后,连接复合机的板件入口。
传送装置末端设有复压辊9,复压辊与传送装置间隙为复压工作部。
为了便于更换,膜片架上设有卷辊,膜片卷曲设置在膜片架,电晕机两侧分别设有托辊,膜片采用PP片。
采用上述结构的平板建筑模板贴面装置所进行的贴面方法,包括以下步骤:
1)板件经过入厂检验后,砂光处理备用;
2)板件放入传送装置,经毛刷清理吸尘传送至涂胶机;
3)板件进入涂胶机,熔胶机进向涂胶机供料,涂胶辊滚涂,膜片经过传送辊送入电晕机电晕处理,膜片与板件对齐后进入复合机上下压辊压制;
4)压制后的板件与膜片经过传送装置进入复压辊再次压制完成成品。
其中溶胶机温度为135℃-170℃,涂胶机温度为110℃-130℃,涂胶量85-110g/m²。复合机的复合压力为0.4MPa-0.6MPa。
本发明使用时,板件经过除尘机的毛刷清扫吸尘后通过传送装置传送到涂胶机。经过涂胶之后的板件继续传送至复合机的入口处,上方的PP片经过传送辊传送到电晕机,经电晕机的电击处理,通过传送辊传送到复合机,经过涂胶后的板件与传送到复合机的PP片经上下压辊初步压制使PP片和板件结合。经过初步压制后进入复合机,传送到辊子输送机,经传送辊传送到压辊处最终压制,然后经传送辊传出完成贴面。贴面之后的产品再进行修边锯边成品检验即可打包入库。
Claims (7)
1.一种平板建筑模板贴面装置,包括传送板件的传送装置,其特征在于,所述传送装置的首端设有除尘装置,传送装置中部依次传送连接涂胶机、电晕机、复合机;所述除尘装置包括横向设置的清扫装置,清扫装置的后方连接集尘罩;所述涂胶机设有若干涂胶辊,所述复合机内部设有若干压辊,涂胶辊和压辊均上下分层,中部空隙为板件入口且与传送装置位于同一水平面,涂胶机的一侧连接供应胶水的熔胶机;所述电晕机位于涂胶机与复合机之间的传送装置上方,其入料口连接膜片架,膜片经电晕机出料口连接复合机的板件入口;传送装置末端设有复压辊,复压辊与传送装置间隙为复压工作部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平板建筑模板贴面装置,其特征在于,所述清扫装置的上方设有吸尘口,吸尘口与集尘罩连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的平板建筑模板贴面装置,其特征在于,所述膜片架上设有卷辊,膜片卷曲设置在膜片架。
4.根据权利要求3所述的平板建筑模板贴面装置,其特征在于,所述电晕机两侧分别设有托辊,膜片为PP片。
5.根据权利要求3所述平板建筑模板贴面装置所进行的贴面方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)板件经过入厂检验后,砂光处理备用;
2)板件放入传送装置,经毛刷清理吸尘传送至涂胶机;
3)板件进入涂胶机,熔胶机进向涂胶机供料,涂胶辊滚涂,膜片经过传送辊送入电晕机电晕处理,膜片与板件对齐后进入复合机上下压辊压制;
4)压制后的板件与膜片经过传送装置进入复压辊再次压制完成成品。
6.根据权利要求4所述的贴面方法,其特征在于,所述溶胶机温度为135℃-170℃,涂胶机温度为110℃-130℃,涂胶量85-110g/m²。
7.根据权利要求5所述的贴面方法,其特征在于,所述复合机的复合压力为0.4MPa-0.6MPa。
