When heated and ignited, the tobacco shreds in the cigarettes release smoke during the combustion and distillation cracking processes of the tobacco. The smoke is filtered by the tobacco rod and the filter rod before being inhaled into the mouth of a consumer, and the temperature of the smoke is reduced during the smoke, but the temperature of the main stream smoke reaching the mouth can still reach 35-90 ℃. In general, higher smoke temperatures can cause oral irritation and burning sensations, thereby reducing cigarette smoking comfort, particularly in the later stages of cigarette smoking. In the later stage of cigarette smoking, the smoke temperature is higher and the smoking comfort of the cigarette is reduced due to the shortened smoke heat exchange time. In order to control the smoke temperature of cigarettes, cigarette design developers often reduce the smoke temperature by means of lengthening the filter stick, improving the suction resistance of the filter stick, increasing the ventilation degree of the filter stick and the like. However, these technical methods have problems such as reduced smoke concentration of cigarettes and insufficient smoothness of smoking, and thus have a large limitation in use.
In recent years, new tobacco products have been rapidly developed, wherein a heating nonflammable tobacco product is a product closest to a conventional cigarette in terms of smoking quality and smoking habit, and a heating nonflammable tobacco technology is to heat tobacco by smoldering a carbon rod or a heating electronic element, so that the tobacco is cracked and smoke is released. Compared with the traditional burning cigarette, the burning cigarette has the advantages that the burning does not occur, the released harmful ingredients are obviously reduced compared with the traditional cigarette, and the safety of the product is obviously improved under the condition that the smoking quality is close, so that the technology has good development prospect and market potential. However, the temperature of the high-temperature atomized smoke entering the mouth through the filter tip section is higher than the burning temperature of the traditional cigarettes due to the fact that the heated non-burning cigarettes reach the atomization temperature under the condition of 250-400 ℃, and the amount of released smoke is less than that of the traditional cigarettes, if the smoke temperature is reduced by adding the technical means of filtering and ventilation dilution, the amount of the smoke of the product is further reduced, and the smoking feel of the product is further influenced. And the tobacco acid in the tobacco is distilled and cracked more easily when the cigarette is not burnt by heating, and compared with the traditional cigarette, the smoking taste is poorer. Reducing smoke temperature and improving mouthfeel are key technologies for heating non-combustible cigarettes.
In view of the above technical demands and the defects of the prior art, the present inventors have developed a paper tube capable of reducing the smoke temperature of cigarettes and novel tobacco products and releasing flavor, and used in filters for cigarettes and novel tobacco products, on the basis of summarizing the prior art.

According to the invention, the tobacco flavor substances, the polyethylene glycol (PEG 1000) and the cetyl alcohol compound are prepared into the thermal sustained-release gel, and the melting point of the thermal sustained-release gel can be controlled within the range of 40-67 ℃ by adjusting the content of the substances. The thermal sustained-release gel consists of 30-80 parts by weight of tobacco flavor substances, 30-60 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol and 5-15 parts by weight of cetyl alcohol.
The paper tube has the main function of providing a smoke cooling channel in cigarettes or heated non-combustible tobacco products, supports a filter tip and is also a carrier of thermal slow-release gel.
In the paper tube, if the length of the paper tube is less than 7mm, the flue gas cooling effect is not obvious, and if the length of the paper tube is more than 60mm, the thermal slow release gel cannot be completely melted, the cooling and fragrance release effects are affected, and the suction is not smooth; thus, it is reasonable that the length of the paper tube is 7 to 60mm, preferably 10 to 34mm. The circumference of the paper tube is 16-27 mm, and the circumference length of the paper tube is determined according to the circumference length of the cigarettes.
In the paper tube, if the wall thickness of the paper tube is smaller than 0.3mm, the paper tube has poor compression resistance and is difficult to process; if the wall of the paper tube is larger than 1.5mm, the inner surface of the paper tube becomes smaller under the condition of the outer diameter of the same paper tube, and the heat-sensitive slow-release gel which can be added in the paper tube is reduced, so that the using effect of the gel is affected. It is therefore reasonable to roll the paper tube to a wall thickness of 0.3mm to 1.5mm, preferably 0.4 to 1.0mm. Because the basis weight and thickness of different types of paper are different, the number of sheets of rolled paper tube needs to be determined according to the thickness of the sheets and the wall thickness of the paper tube.
The food-grade paper used in the invention is candy wrapping base paper, single light kraft paper, food-grade white cardboard, cigarette paper, coated paper or food-grade kraft paper and the like, which are all products sold in the market at present, such as candy wrapping base paper sold by Zhengshi Kagaku, zhongxin printing company under the trade name of food-grade base paper, single light kraft paper sold by Dongguan market display packaging company under the trade name of white kraft paper, cigarette paper sold by peony Jiang Hengfeng paper stock company under the trade name of common filter stick forming paper, cigarette paper sold by peony Jiang Hengfeng paper stock company under the trade name of cigarette paper, coated paper sold by Shanghai Kaning paper company under the trade name of purple coated paper, and food-grade kraft paper sold by Dongguan Uygur product Co. In the thermal sustained-release gel of the invention, the main function of the flavoring substances for cigarettes is to provide the flavoring substances and regulate and reduce the melting point of the endothermic gel. In the invention, when the dosage of polyethylene glycol and hexadecanol is in the range, if the dosage of the flavoring substances for cigarettes is less than 30 parts by weight, the gel melting point is too high, melting is not easy to occur during smoking of cigarettes, and the effect of absorbing heat is poor; if the amount of the flavoring substances for cigarettes is more than 80 parts by weight, the gel cannot be solidified at normal temperature, and a paper tube filter stick cannot be manufactured; therefore, the amount of the flavoring agent for cigarette is reasonable in the range of 30 to 80 parts by weight, preferably 38 to 72 parts by weight, more preferably 46 to 64 parts by weight.
In the present invention, polyethylene glycol is understood to be polyethylene glycols having a molecular weight of 1000 or more, which are waxy solids at ordinary temperatures. In the thermal sustained-release gel of the invention, polyethylene glycol is a main component of the thermal sustained-release gel, and can melt and absorb heat when heating. The polyethylene glycol used in the present invention is a product currently marketed, for example, by the Guangzhou Fuchu chemical Co., ltd under the trade name "medical grade polyethylene glycol 1000".
In the invention, when the dosage of the tobacco flavor substance and the hexadecanol is in the range, if the dosage of the polyethylene glycol is less than 30 parts by weight, the gel is unstable to solidify, the quality of the paper tube filter stick is difficult to control, and the heat absorption effect is insufficient; if the dosage of the polyethylene glycol is more than 60 parts by weight, the gel melting point is too high, the gel is not easy to melt when the cigarette is smoked, and the effect of absorbing heat is poor; thus, the amount of polyethylene glycol is suitably 30 to 60 parts by weight, preferably 36 to 54 parts by weight, more preferably 40 to 50 parts by weight.
In the present invention, cetyl alcohol is generally understood to be 1-cetyl alcohol (palmitol). In the thermal sustained-release gel, the main function of the hexadecanol is to regulate the melting point of the provided endothermic gel, improve the solidification stability of the gel and improve the smoking quality of cigarettes. The cetyl alcohol used in the present invention is a product currently marketed, for example, by Nanjing Jiaguan chemical Co., ltd.
In the present invention, if the amount of the flavoring agent for cigarette and the polyethylene glycol is within the above-mentioned range, if the amount of cetyl alcohol is less than 5 parts by weight, the coagulation of gel is unstable, the coating of paper tube is difficult, and the suction quality is poor; if the dosage of hexadecanol is more than 15 parts by weight, the melting point of the gel is too high, the thermal slow release gel is not easy to melt when the cigarette is smoked, and the effect of absorbing heat is poor; thus, it is reasonable to use hexadecanol in an amount of 5 to 15 parts by weight, preferably 8 to 12 parts by weight, more preferably 9 to 10 parts by weight.
Preferably, the thermal sustained-release gel consists of 38 to 72 weight parts of tobacco flavor substances, 36 to 54 weight parts of polyethylene glycol and 8 to 12 weight parts of cetyl alcohol.
More preferably, the thermal sustained-release gel consists of 46 to 64 weight parts of tobacco flavor substances, 40 to 50 weight parts of polyethylene glycol and 9 to 10 weight parts of cetyl alcohol.
In the invention, 30 to 80 weight parts of tobacco flavor substances, 30 to 60 weight parts of polyethylene glycol and 5 to 15 weight parts of cetyl alcohol are uniformly mixed to obtain the thermal sustained-release gel. The conventional coating method is adopted to use the existing coating equipment sold in the market according to the proportion of 5 to 100g/m 2 Coating the thermal sustained-release gel on the inner surface of the innermost paper for rolling the paper tube, bonding the paper without the thermal sustained-release gel on the outer surface of the innermost paper by using food-grade glue, rolling the paper into the paper tube, and processing the obtained paper tube into the thermal sustained-release gel paper tube filter rod by using the existing filter rod compounding equipment.
In the present invention, the food grade glue is a tobacco hot melt glue or a food grade PVC water glue, which are all products currently marketed, for example, a tobacco hot melt glue sold under the trade name of hot melt glue by the company of the chinese high adhesive technology (guangdong), a food grade PVC water glue sold under the trade name of food grade PVC water glue by the company of the chemical industry, makins, of the bergamot. Of course, other food grade glues currently on the market can be used in the present invention, except that they do not adversely affect or adversely affect the paper tube filter rod of the present invention, and are within the scope of the present invention.
The dosage of the thermal sustained-release gel is 5-110 mg of each cigarette or heated non-combustible tobacco product. According to the invention, the melting point of the thermal sustained-release gel is 40-67 ℃. The melting point of the thermal sustained-release gel can be controlled within the range of 40-67 ℃ by adjusting the weight ratio of the flavor substances for cigarettes, the polyethylene glycol and the hexadecanol, and the thermal sustained-release gel has no technical problem for the person skilled in the art. In the present invention, if the melting point of the thermal sustained-release gel is lower than 40 ℃, the physical state of the thermal sustained-release gel is unfavorable for the coating operation; if the melting point of the thermal sustained-release gel is higher than 67 ℃, the thermal sustained-release gel is not easy to liquefy, the heat absorption efficiency and the fragrance release efficiency can be greatly influenced, and the heat absorption function of the thermal sustained-release gel is realized through the dissolution process; therefore, it is preferable that the melting point of the endothermic gel is 40 to 67 ℃.
In the present invention, the melting point of the heat-sensitive slow-release gel was measured using a type K thermocouple temperature measuring instrument sold under the trade name thermocouple temperature measuring instrument by Shanghai Seikagaku Kogyo Co., ltd under the conditions described in the specification for use thereof. The temperature of the central position of the cigarette filter stick is measured by using a K-type thermocouple temperature detecting instrument, which is shown in fig. 2, wherein 21 is a filter tip; 22 is the tobacco rod portion; 23 is a type K thermocouple detection probe.
The invention also relates to the use of the paper tube in the production of cigarettes or heated non-combustible tobacco products.
The K-type thermocouple temperature detecting instrument sold by Shanghai samtime detecting technology Co-Ltd under the trade name of thermocouple temperature detecting instrument is used for carrying out simulated smoking according to a cigarette smoking model specified by national standard YC/T29-1996, and the detection shows that compared with the existing common cigarette filter stick, the cigarette using the paper tube filter stick or the heating non-burning tobacco product can reduce the smoke temperature by 1.0-7.0 ℃.
The invention prepares the paper tube with the thermal sustained-release gel coated on the inner wall into filter sticks, then adds the filter sticks to the lip end of cigarettes or heated non-burning tobacco products by using the traditional cigarette rolling equipment, and the thermal sustained-release gel can be heated and melted by smoke in the smoking process of the cigarette products to release fragrance and absorb the heat of the smoke in the melting process, thereby reducing the temperature of the smoke and improving the smoking quality of the products. Compared with other methods for reducing the temperature of the smoke, the invention utilizes the material phase change heat to absorb the heat of the smoke, has the technical characteristics of obvious cooling effect, wide application range, simple and effective filter stick processing technology, and therefore has very good application prospect.

The temperature of the main stream smoke of the cigarette is detected as follows:
simulated smoking was performed according to the cigarette smoking model specified in national standard YC/T29-1996, and the temperature at the center of the middle section of the cigarette filter rod at the time of smoking was measured using a type K thermocouple temperature measuring instrument, specifically referring to fig. 2, and the measurement results are shown in table 1 below.

The test data in table 1 clearly shows that the temperature of the main stream smoke of the cigarette using the thermal sustained-release gel paper tube filter rod of the invention is lower than that of the control sample, the reduction amplitude increases with the increasing number of the suction ports, wherein the suction temperatures of the first port and the second port are basically consistent, and the temperature of the sixth port smoke is reduced to the maximum, and the temperature reaches 4.5 ℃. Meanwhile, the slow-release gel absorbs the smoke, so that when the smoke does not flow into the filter rod in a static combustion state, the temperature of the heat-absorbing gel filter rod is 1-2 ℃ higher than that of a control sample on average.
Example 2: the invention can reduce the temperature of the smoke and release the fragrance
The implementation steps of this embodiment are as follows:
