Step a: the paper tube is formed by rolling multiple layers of cellulose-containing material. Preferably, the middle gel layer comprises polyethylene glycol, paraffin wax and cellulose, wherein the polyethylene glycol accounts for 10-60%, the paraffin wax accounts for 10-35%, and the cellulose accounts for 0-5%. The step b also comprises that the material of the middle layer is heated to 50-150 ℃ before being sprayed on the inner wall of the outer layer of the paper tube. This is done to obtain better flowability of the material and to facilitate spraying.
Step c: the inner wall of the middle gel layer is uniformly sprayed with powder to form a powder particle inner layer, and the powder particles are one or more of natural plant powder, polymer powder or inorganic material powder. The natural plant powder comprises one or more of tobacco powder, tea powder, chinese herbal medicine powder, dried orange peel powder and arrowroot powder, the polymer powder comprises polymer microsphere powder, and the inorganic material powder comprises attapulgite powder and montmorillonite powder. The mesh number of the granular powder is between 60 and 200 meshes. Preferably, the particle powder has a mesh number of 60 to 100 mesh, and can be directly sprayed. In other embodiments, when the particle size is 150-200 mesh, the particles are relatively fine and not suitable for direct spraying, and the particle powder may be mixed with natural plant extracts, cellulose and the like to be granulated manually and then sprayed. The step b and the step c are steps of spraying the middle gel layer and the inner layer of the granular powder, and are realized by special inner core material forming pipelines (inner core pipelines for short) with special structural design. The port of the annular pipeline is provided with a nozzle, and gel and adhesive are sprayed on the inner wall of the outer layer of the paper tube through the annular nozzle. The central pipeline is designed to spray powder particles, the port of the central pipeline is provided with a nozzle, and the powder particles are uniformly sprayed onto the middle gel layer through compressed air. During the application of the intermediate and inner layers, the outer layer of the paper tube is moving (e.g., the paper tube is pulled by the tape of the existing paper tube forming machine), while the central and ring-shaped tubes of the core tube are stationary. When the paper tube outer layer is moved to the tube port, the central tube nozzle and the annular tube nozzle start to work. Preferably, there is a space between the port nozzle location of the central line and the port nozzle location of the annular line.
