Abstract

一种微胶囊芳香型汽车内饰用椰壳纤维材料的制备方法,属于汽车内饰加工技术领域,包括以下步骤:椰壳纤维预处理、制备椰壳纤维/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料、单层造壁、双层造壁、制备微胶囊粉末、制备微胶囊芳香整理剂、微胶囊芳香整理。本发明制备的微胶囊,表面光滑,囊壁致密没有破裂,结构完整,测定其最高含油率达到40%左右。微胶囊外观较为规整,且均一性、分散性良好。柠檬精油被包裹在微胶囊里,微胶囊的平均粒径为2.6um左右,具有良好的热稳定性。以柠檬香精为芯,蜜胺树脂为壁材,选择合适的乳化剂用量、芯材和壁材比例、反应体系温度及pH值、搅拌速度及合理的控制时间,得到粒径较小及结构紧密的微胶囊,且微胶囊释放柠檬香精速率缓慢。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰加工技术领域,具体涉及一种微胶囊芳香型汽车内饰用椰壳纤维材料的制备方法。
背景技术
在科技高速发展的今天,越来越多的人崇尚自然、简约、健康的生活方式,消费者对汽车内饰面料的感受,除了通过视觉和触觉外,还可以通过嗅觉一闻出各种织物散发出的香味,以此选择自己喜爱的纺织品。各种香味面料的悄然兴起和蓬勃发展不仅顺应了这一趋势,满足了人类的需求,也赋予纺织品新的内涵。随着经济的发展以及生活水平的提高。人们对纺织品的要求发生了很大的变化,从过去的实用型向装饰、享受、保健型转化,纺织品加香顺应了这一趋势。由于香味纺织品具有抑菌驱虫、掩盖异味、使身心舒适等作用,因而得到了人们的普遍喜爱。
香味面料的研究,将最新的芳香学与芳香疗法对人体心理学的研究成果应用到纺织品,属于高技术、高附加值的纺织品。不仅能够使享用者沐浴春风,心旷神怡,而且能带给使用者治疗和保健效用。随着科技的发展,经济的繁荣,消费水平的提高,不久的将来香味纺织品将成为国际纺织品的流行趋势。由于技术和成本的制约,目前我国对香味面料的开发和应用较少,尤其是香味面料在汽车内饰方面的应用更是少之又少。加大对此的研究,致力于推动微胶囊缓释技术的发展,必定能大大提高我国汽车纺织品在国际上的竞争实力。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种具有优良的缓释效果的微胶囊芳香型汽车内饰用椰壳纤维材料的制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种微胶囊芳香型汽车内饰用椰壳纤维材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:椰壳纤维除杂,通过粉碎机制成长度为2-6mm,清洗烘干,制备质量浓度为8%的NaOH水溶液,利用NaOH水溶液改性椰壳纤维,设置改性时间为10h,浸泡后先用清水进行洗涤,然后使用蒸馏水清洗,至椰壳纤维呈中性,使用干燥箱将其烘干,干燥箱温度设置为80℃;
步骤二:筛选出长度为2-6mm的椰壳纤维,放置于烘箱内,80℃下去除水分,选用转矩流变仪对椰壳纤维和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯进行混炼,其中椰壳纤维含量为30wt%,混炼温度为125℃,混炼时间为600s,转速为30r/min,制成椰壳纤维/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料;
步骤三:将10g柠檬香精、22g乳化剂和150g蒸馏水在40℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为900r/min,搅拌3h后倒入容器中,调节pH值至4-5,容器放入40℃恒温水浴槽中,在搅拌条件下滴加10g蜜胺树脂,升温至65℃,保温1.5h,进行单层造壁;
步骤四:单层造壁后冷却至室温后,在搅拌条件下再次滴加10g蜜胺树脂,升温至75℃,保温2h,进行双层造壁;
步骤五:双层造壁后调节pH值至9,向容器中加入20g尿素除去游离甲醛,真空抽滤,水洗3次,再用乙醇洗去表面的香精,烘干,得微胶囊粉末;
步骤六:按以下质量分数配置微胶囊芳香整理剂:微胶囊粉末5%,不饱和聚氨酯水分散体20%,光引发剂2%,增稠剂1%,交联剂5%,余量为水;
步骤七:采用二浸二轧法,浴比1:20,将椰壳纤维/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料在微胶囊芳香整理剂中浸渍1h,使其充分浸润,随后用轧车压轧,轧余率70%-80%,二浸二轧,于90℃预烘90s,用烘干机在160℃焙烘40s,经热水、冷水各洗一次,最后将其自然晾干,再于1000W高压有极汞灯下紫外线固化4min,光源与复合材料的距离固定为5cm。
优选的,所述的乳化剂为聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺。
优选的,所述的光引发剂为二苯甲酮。
优选的,所述的增稠剂为聚氨酯增稠剂。
优选的,所述的交联剂为柠檬酸。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)聚丁二酸丁二醇酯耐磨性好,拥有相对较高的力学强度。釆用廉价的椰壳纤维充当体系的填料,获得椰壳纤维/PBS复合材料,不但能够大大减少PBS这一部分在生产过程中所消耗的成本,而且从椰纤方面考虑,极大的提升了其使用率,从而减少了由于未能妥善处理废置材料对大自然产生的危害。椰壳纤维/PBS复合材料作为一种环境友好性材料,绿色无污染,具有可观的发展前景,具有十分重要的环保意义,同时十分有利于节能减排。
2)在本发明的工艺条件下制备的微胶囊,表面光滑,囊壁致密没有破裂,结构完整,测定其含油率,最高含油率达到40%左右。
3)本发明制备的微胶囊外观较为规整,且均一性、分散性良好。柠檬精油被包裹在微胶囊里,激光粒度仪的粒径测试表明了微胶囊的一致性较好,平均粒径为2.6um左右,具有良好的热稳定性。
4)以柠檬香精为芯,蜜胺树脂为壁材,选择合适的乳化剂用量、芯材和壁材比例、反应体系温度及pH值、搅拌速度及合理的控制时间,得到粒径较小及结构紧密的微胶囊,微胶囊释放柠檬香精的速率缓慢,具有优良的缓释效果,散发出柠檬香气具有良好的除异味的效果。
5)通过紫外线固化黏合剂可以实现微胶囊在低温条件下的固着。

以下结合实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种微胶囊芳香型汽车内饰用椰壳纤维材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:椰壳纤维除杂,通过粉碎机制成长度为2-6mm,清洗烘干,制备质量浓度为8%的NaOH水溶液,利用NaOH水溶液改性椰壳纤维,设置改性时间为10h,浸泡后先用清水进行洗涤,然后使用蒸馏水清洗,至椰壳纤维呈中性,使用干燥箱将其烘干,干燥箱温度设置为80℃;

Claims (5)

1.一种微胶囊芳香型汽车内饰用椰壳纤维材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:椰壳纤维除杂,通过粉碎机制成长度为2-6mm,清洗烘干,制备质量浓度为8%的NaOH水溶液,利用NaOH水溶液改性椰壳纤维,设置改性时间为10h,浸泡后先用清水进行洗涤,然后使用蒸馏水清洗,至椰壳纤维呈中性,使用干燥箱将其烘干,干燥箱温度设置为80℃;
步骤二:筛选出长度为2-6mm的椰壳纤维,放置于烘箱内,80℃下去除水分,选用转矩流变仪对椰壳纤维和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯进行混炼,其中椰壳纤维含量为30wt%,混炼温度为125℃,混炼时间为600s,转速为30r/min,制成椰壳纤维/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料;
步骤三:将10g柠檬香精、22g乳化剂和150g蒸馏水在40℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为900r/min,搅拌3h后倒入容器中,调节pH值至4-5,容器放入40℃恒温水浴槽中,在搅拌条件下滴加10g蜜胺树脂,升温至65℃,保温1.5h,进行单层造壁;
步骤四:单层造壁后冷却至室温后,在搅拌条件下再次滴加10g蜜胺树脂,升温至75℃,保温2h,进行双层造壁;
步骤五:双层造壁后调节pH值至9,向容器中加入20g尿素除去游离甲醛,真空抽滤,水洗3次,再用乙醇洗去表面的香精,烘干,得微胶囊粉末;
步骤六:按以下质量分数配置微胶囊芳香整理剂:微胶囊粉末5%,不饱和聚氨酯水分散体20%,光引发剂2%,增稠剂1%,交联剂5%,余量为水;
步骤七:采用二浸二轧法,浴比1:20,将椰壳纤维/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料在微胶囊芳香整理剂中浸渍1h,使其充分浸润,随后用轧车压轧,轧余率70%-80%,二浸二轧,于90℃预烘90s,用烘干机在160℃焙烘40s,经热水、冷水各洗一次,最后将其自然晾干,再于1000W高压有极汞灯下紫外线固化4min,光源与复合材料的距离固定为5cm。
