本发明涉及一种废利乐包塑料回收工艺,它包括以下步骤:1)浸泡搅拌,2)铝塑分离,3)清洗、甩干,4)加热塑化、拉条,5)切粒。本发明的目的在于提供一种高效的废利乐包塑料回收工艺。本发明的优点在于:本发明可有效对废利乐包装中铝箔和塑料进行分离和回收,并将塑料制成塑料颗粒,回收利用率高,节能环保;此外,清洗废塑料的清洗水采用多层循环方式,极大提高水资源利用效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种废利乐包塑料回收工艺。
背景技术
近年来,随着全球经济的不断发展,各国对饮品、牛奶等市场需求不断加大,软饮包、奶盒等利乐包废弃物也随之增加,对环境和资源造成了一定的压力。废旧纸铝塑复合包装材料回收利用是资源再生的一条重要途径,对利乐包中的铝、纸、塑等主要成分进行回收再利用,不仅可以缓解环境压力,还能给相关企业带来经济巨大经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效的废利乐包塑料回收工艺。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:一种废利乐包塑料回收工艺,它包括以下步骤:1)浸泡搅拌,废利乐包装经过脱墨处理后,将分离出的废塑料倒入搅拌机中,加片碱浸泡140-160分钟后,进行搅拌;2)铝塑分离,废塑料搅拌至浆糊状后,静置发酵三天,使铝箔与塑料脱离;3)清洗、甩干,静置后的废塑料进入清洗池中清洗,铝箔沉入池底,而塑料漂浮在池面上,将清洗后的塑料甩干后,采用风机将其打到塑化工序预处理点;4)加热塑化、拉条,在工艺规定温度的作用下,塑料从固体状态转变为熔融状态的可塑物体,再经由螺杆的推动或者搅拌,将完全塑化好的塑料推入造粒机机头;到达机构的料流,经套口挤出,然后经冷却和固化,形成细长的条状;5)切粒,将条状塑料经过切粒机切粒。
较之现有技术而言,本发明的优点在于:本发明可有效对废利乐包装中铝箔和塑料进行分离和回收,并将塑料制成塑料颗粒,回收利用率高,节能环保;此外,清洗废塑料的清洗水采用多层循环方式,极大提高水资源利用效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和实施例对本发明内容进行详细说明:
如图1所示为本发明提供的一种废利乐包塑料回收工艺的流程图。
一种废利乐包塑料回收工艺,它包括以下步骤:
1)浸泡搅拌
废利乐包装经过脱墨处理后,将分离出的废塑料倒入搅拌机中,加片碱浸泡140-160分钟后(较佳为150分钟),进行搅拌;
2)铝塑分离
废塑料搅拌至浆糊状后,静置发酵三天,使铝箔与塑料脱离;
3)清洗、甩干
静置后的废塑料进入清洗池中清洗,铝箔沉入池底,而塑料漂浮在池面上,将清洗后的塑料甩干后,采用风机将其打到塑化工序预处理点;
4)加热塑化、拉条
在工艺规定温度(约250℃)的作用下,塑料从固体状态转变为熔融状态的可塑物体,再经由螺杆的推动或者搅拌,将完全塑化好的塑料推入造粒机机头;到达机构的料流,经套口挤出,然后经冷却和固化,形成细长的条状;
5)切粒
将条状塑料经过切粒机切粒。
废塑料进入清洗池内需要通过搅拌机进行不断地搅拌,利用刮板和重力作用,快速彻底得将铝箔、塑料以及少量尘土分离。
步骤3)中,清洗池共设置三个,分别为第一清洗池、第二清洗池以及第三清洗池;废塑料经过第一清洗池分离后,将上层漂浮的塑料送入第二清洗池中继续分离;塑料经过第二清洗池分离后,将上层漂浮的塑料送入第三清洗池中再次分离。
第一清洗池内的清洗废水通过沉淀池A收集,经沉淀池A沉淀处理后的清洗废水流向污水处理点处理;
第二清洗池和第三清洗池内的清洗废水通过沉淀池B收集,经沉淀池B沉淀处理后的清洗废水流向第一清洗池内;
经过污水处理点处理后的清洗水向第二清洗池内和第三清洗池内补水;
铝箔在沉淀池A和沉淀池B内回收。
第一清洗池内的清洗废水较浑浊,经沉淀池A处理后排入污水处理点;
第二清洗池和第三清洗池内的清洗废水较为干净,经沉淀池B处理后,返回第一清洗池内,以此循环,极大提高水资源利用效率。

Claims (4)

1.一种废利乐包塑料回收工艺,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
1)浸泡搅拌
废利乐包装经过脱墨处理后,将分离出的废塑料倒入搅拌机中,加片碱浸泡140-160分钟后,进行搅拌;
2)铝塑分离
废塑料搅拌至浆糊状后,静置发酵三天,使铝箔与塑料脱离;
3)清洗、甩干
静置后的废塑料进入清洗池中清洗,铝箔沉入池底,而塑料漂浮在池面上,将清洗后的塑料甩干后,采用风机将其打到塑化工序预处理点;
4)加热塑化、拉条
在工艺规定温度的作用下,塑料从固体状态转变为熔融状态的可塑物体,再经由螺杆的推动或者搅拌,将完全塑化好的塑料推入造粒机机头;到达机构的料流,经套口挤出,然后经冷却和固化,形成细长的条状;
5)切粒
将条状塑料经过切粒机切粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废利乐包塑料回收工艺,其特征在于:废塑料进入清洗池内需要通过搅拌机进行不断地搅拌,利用刮板和重力作用,快速彻底得将铝箔、塑料以及少量尘土分离。
3.根据权利要求2所述的废利乐包塑料回收工艺,其特征在于:步骤3)中,清洗池共设置三个,分别为第一清洗池、第二清洗池以及第三清洗池;废塑料经过第一清洗池分离后,将上层漂浮的塑料送入第二清洗池中继续分离;塑料经过第二清洗池分离后,将上层漂浮的塑料送入第三清洗池中再次分离。
4.根据权利要求3所述的废利乐包塑料回收工艺,其特征在于:第一清洗池内的清洗废水通过沉淀池A收集,经沉淀池A沉淀处理后的清洗废水流向污水处理点处理;第二清洗池和第三清洗池内的清洗废水通过沉淀池B收集,经沉淀池B沉淀处理后的清洗废水流向第一清洗池内;经过污水处理点处理后的清洗水向第二清洗池内和第三清洗池内补水;铝箔在沉淀池A和沉淀池B内回收。
