本发明公开了一种滚动点接触刮切式切断装置,包括底座,该滚动点切式切布装置,上切刀与下切刀相对接触的地方是一个点,减少了刀具的碰撞摩擦,从而增加了刀具的使用寿命,当无纺布输送到切刀部分时,下刀辊上设有吸风装置,会将无纺布紧紧吸附在下刀辊表面及下切刀上,无纺布与下刀辊同步运行进行分切,通过下刀辊上的塞布刀将切好的无纺布送到折叠刀辊上的夹布刀上进行后处理,上切刀与上刀辊的中心线相对倾斜,上刀辊与下刀辊亦相对倾斜的好处,降低了瞬间切割功率和改善了切割质量,保证切割面与布料表面垂直,因而有稳定性好,耐用性高噪音小的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布和无尘纸等一次性卫生用品材料的切割技术领域,具体为一种滚动点接触刮切式切断装置。
背景技术
湿巾生产过程中,必须对无纺布进行切断才能生产出大小适合使用的湿巾,目前大多生产机械采用的是滚切式切布装置,滚切式切布装置是通过上下两个刀辊的相对转动使上切刀与下切刀在相遇时,在切刀接触的一条线上产生较大的挤压力,瞬间对无纺布进行切断,这样的装置存在如下缺点:一是滚切式切断装置,在切断过程中,两刀辊瞬间产生较大挤压力,需要大功率驱动电机;二是刀具直接碰撞挤压靠刀刃锋利度切断,容易造成刀刃磨损和损坏,刀具使用寿命短;三是上下刀辊内安装的刀片要求安装间隙精度较高,刀片磨损快,重复修磨频率较高,不易操作;四是切断时碰撞噪音污染大,不利于操作员工的身心健康。为此,我们提出一种滚动点接触刮切式切布装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种滚动点接触刮切式切断装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种滚动点接触刮切式切断装置,包括上刀辊(1)、下刀辊(3),所述上刀辊和下刀辊设置在机架上,所述上刀辊(1)上设有上切刀(2),所述下刀辊(3)上设有下切刀(4),所述上切刀为刮刀,上切刀(2)与上刀辊(1)设置为相对倾斜结构,所述下切刀垂直设置在下刀辊上,所述下刀辊(3)和上刀辊(1)的中心线从下刀辊一端到另一端在水平方向和竖直方向均倾斜一定角度,使下切刀在从最高点起算的一个角度范围内与上切刀连续刮切式点接触。
所述下刀辊(3)内设有吸气装置,所述下刀辊(3)的侧面设有与吸气装置进气口连通的吸气孔。
所述上切刀(2)设置数量不少于两个且均匀分布在上刀辊(1)上,所述下切刀与上切刀的数量相同且一一对应。
所述机架包括底座,所述底座(10)上端设有定位孔(11),所述底座(10)上还设有中立板(8)、电机(9)和支撑架(12),所述电机(9)设在支撑架(12)和中立板(8)之间,所述中立板(8)设有两个且呈前后结构设置,所述下刀辊轴线水平且由两端轴承座固定在前后中立板(8)的对应面之间,所述上刀辊通过偏心调整机构设置在前后中立板(8)的对应面之间,所述电机(9)和上刀辊、下刀辊通过传动机构连接。
所述上刀辊(1)两端均与偏心调整机构(13)配合安装。
所述偏心调整机构(13)由可调心轴承,偏心盘(131)、偏心调整座(132)和偏心调整把手(133)构成,所述偏心盘(131)镶嵌在偏心调整座(132)的内孔,所述偏心盘(131)的内孔为偏心式,所述可调心轴承安装在偏心盘内孔并套在上刀辊两端,所述偏心调整把手(133)固定在偏心调整座(132)的侧边。
所述下刀辊的侧边还设有折叠刀辊,所述上刀辊(1)、下刀辊(3)、折叠刀辊(6)成品字形结构设置,所述下刀辊(3)和折叠刀辊(6)呈相离设置,所述上刀辊(1)和折叠刀辊(6)之间设有间隙,所述上刀辊(1)、下刀辊(3)、折叠刀辊(6)通过同步齿轮连接,所述下刀辊(3)上设有塞布刀,所述塞布刀略突出下刀辊表面,所述塞布刀为尼龙刀片,所述折叠刀辊上设有夹布刀,所述塞布刀与夹布刀一一对应。
所述下切刀(4)和塞布刀(5)设置数量均不少于两个且交错分布设置,所述夹布刀(7)呈环形结构设置且设置数量不少于两个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该滚动点接触刮切式切断装置,上切刀与下切刀相对接触的地方是在从最高点起算的一个角度范围内,由于下刀辊和上刀辊的中心线从下刀辊一端到另一端在水平方向和竖直方向均倾斜一定角度,在下切刀运动到合适位置时,有一个与上切刀非倾斜端的接触点,如果下切刀向一侧转动,下切刀逐渐在水平和竖直方向移动,而倾斜设置在上刀辊上的上切刀竖直朝向的点也逐渐在水平和竖直方向移动,能够实现下切刀的锐角和上切刀的刀边弹力延续刮切,避免了刀具的碰撞摩擦,从而大大提高刀具的使用寿命,刀具的使用寿命局限仅仅只是上刀的磨损量而已,刀具使用寿命提高百千倍以上;当无纺布输送到切刀部分时,下刀辊上设有吸风装置,会将无纺布紧紧吸附在下刀辊表面及下切刀上,无纺布与下刀辊同步运行,上切刀反向运行,相向而行点接触进行刮切,通过下刀辊上的塞布刀将切好的无纺布送到折叠刀辊上的夹布刀上进行后处理。下刀辊和下切刀平行并和无纺布呈垂直位置关系,上切刀则是围绕上刀辊的轴心呈现稍微的螺旋形位置关系,上刀辊与下刀辊的径向不垂直,轴向不平行,相向旋转运行时上下切刀初始接触点和最终离开点不是同一时间,从而实现了点接触刮断功能,上刀辊的两端是两个独立的偏心调整机构来固定。上下切刀的接触距离自始至终保持恒定一致,通过上刀辊两端的偏心调整装置来修正上刀和下刀的接触距离。
点接触刮切方式,避免了刀具碰撞和改善了切割质量,保证切割面与布料表面垂直并且不会残留没切断的纤维丝,完全杜绝了类似藕断丝连的切断现象,因而有稳定性好、耐用性高、噪音小的特点,本装置所采用驱动电机功率大幅度减小,节能环保,本装置上刀辊和下刀辊分别设置了多把刀,上切刀和下切刀一一对应,刀辊转一圈能切割多次,切割效率高。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种滚动点接触刮切式切断装置,包括底座10,底座10上端设有定位孔11,定位孔11设置为多个便于该滚动点切式切布装置的安装和固定,底座10上还设有中立板8、电机9和支撑架12,电机9设在支撑架12和中立板8之间,中立板8设有两个且呈前后结构设置,前后中立板8的对应面之间设有切刀机构,电机9和切刀机构通过传动机构连接,切刀机构包含上刀辊1、下刀辊3、折叠刀辊6及偏心调整机构13,上刀辊1、下刀辊3、折叠刀辊6成品字形结构设置,上刀辊1、下刀辊3、折叠刀辊6通过同步齿轮连接,偏心调整机构13设置在中立板8的外侧,上刀辊1两端均与偏心调整机构13配合安装,偏心调整机构13由偏心盘131、偏心调整座132和偏心调整块133构成,偏心盘131内孔为偏心式,偏心盘131内孔与上刀辊1一端配合,偏心调整座132镶嵌在偏心盘131外侧,偏心调整块133固定在偏心调整座132上,通过调整偏心调整块133的位置,上刀辊1可随偏心盘131进行小范围上下左右四个方向调整,从而调整上下刀辊刀片啮合精度,调整方便,上刀辊1上设有上切刀2,上切刀2设置数量不少于两个且均匀分布在上刀辊1上,下刀辊3上设有塞布刀5和下切刀4,下切刀4和塞布刀5设置数量均不少于两个且交错分布设置,折叠刀辊6上设有夹布刀7,夹布刀7呈环形结构设置且设置数量不少于两个,下刀辊3内设有吸气装置,下刀辊3的侧面设有与吸气装置进气口连通的吸气孔,上切刀2与上刀辊1设置为相对倾斜结构,下刀辊3和折叠刀辊6呈相离设置,下刀辊3和上刀辊1中心线呈相对倾斜设置,上刀辊1和折叠刀辊6之间设有间隙,该滚动点切式切布装置,上切刀2与下切刀4相对接触的地方是一个点,减少了刀具的碰撞摩擦,从而增加了刀具的使用寿命,当无纺布输送到切刀部分时,下刀辊3上设有吸风装置,会将无纺布紧紧吸附在下刀辊3表面及下切刀4上,无纺布与下刀辊3同步运行进行分切,通过下刀辊3上的塞布刀5将切好的无纺布送到折叠刀辊6上的夹布刀7上进行后处理,上切刀2与上刀辊1的中心线相对倾斜,上刀辊1与下刀辊3亦相对倾斜的好处,降低了瞬间切割功率和改善了切割质量,保证切割面与布料表面垂直,因而有稳定性好,耐用性高噪音小的特点,本装置上刀辊1和下刀辊3分别设置了多把刀,上切刀2和下切刀4一一对应,刀辊转一圈能切割多次,切割效率高。

1.一种滚动点接触刮切式切断装置,包括上刀辊(1)、下刀辊(3),所述上刀辊和下刀辊设置在机架上,所述上刀辊(1)上设有上切刀(2),所述下刀辊(3)上设有下切刀(4),其特征在于,所述上切刀为刮刀,上切刀(2)与上刀辊(1)设置为相对倾斜结构,所述下切刀垂直设置在下刀辊上,所述下刀辊(3)和上刀辊(1)的中心线从下刀辊一端到另一端在水平方向和竖直方向均倾斜一定角度,使下切刀在从最高点起算的一个角度范围内与上切刀连续刮切式点接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动点接触刮切式切断装置,其特征在于:所述下刀辊(3)内设有吸气装置,所述下刀辊(3)的侧面设有与吸气装置进气口连通的吸气孔。
