Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性水晶灯专用清洗液,由以下重量份的原料组成:乙醇10~30份、去离子水40~80份、非离子表面活性剂0.1~3份、杀菌剂0.05~0.2份、硅烷偶联剂0.1~2份、二甲基硅油0.2~4份。其制备包括:40~50℃的水浴下,将乙醇和去离子水混合均匀,在搅拌下加入非离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂、硅烷偶联剂和二甲基硅油,继续搅拌60~120min,即得到所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液。本发明水性水晶灯清洗专用清洗液不燃烧、无腐蚀、导电性弱,安全环保、杀菌、抗菌、去污性强,可实现水晶灯的直接清洗,清洗效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于室内水晶灯的清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种水性水晶灯专用清洗液及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今,随着人们生活水平的提升,高档灯水晶灯已逐渐走进千家万户,由于水晶灯相对较大,水晶玻璃、电子元件装配较多,水晶灯为人们提供光明、美感的同时,也带来清洁的不便。
传统人工手工抹洗存在工作效率低、清洗效果差的缺陷,难以实现自动化和专业化,而且直接清除颗粒物会损伤水晶灯表面,如何实现对水晶灯高效清洗越来越成为人们关注的问题。日常使用的普通洗衣粉、洗洁精偏碱性或者含有磷酸盐有一定的腐蚀性,容易使水晶灯表面光泽度下降,而且清洗过程中泡沫量大。
目前,针对汽车玻璃清洗开发相关清洗剂的研究和专利较多,如①中国发明专利名称为“汽车玻璃清洗剂”,申请号为:201310648914.4。②中国发明专利名称为“一种汽车风窗玻璃清洗液”,申请号为:201310292076.1,汽车玻璃清洗剂一般对其导电性要求不高,已报道专利多数未避免清洗液的导电性及对电子元件的腐蚀性。
水晶灯一般是由高铅玻璃与镀Cu或者Ni、Zn等五金件组成,常规含磷洗衣粉或纯碱(Na2CO3)会对其表面造成侵蚀,因此若清洗液使用不当会导致水晶灯光泽度严重下降。而一些含甲醇、丙酮的有机清洗液易挥发、有毒性,相比而言水性清洗液具有不易燃、低气味、低VOCs或无VOCs的优点,目前针对水晶灯专用水性清洗液研究报道相对较少,而且大多数玻璃液未涉及杀菌、抗菌性能。
因此,基于从生活环境清洁和人体健康的角度出发,开发环保、便捷和健康的水性水晶灯清洗专用清洗液对促进其实际应用有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术中存在的不足,以乙醇、去离子水、非离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂、硅烷偶联剂和二甲基硅油为原料,提供一种水性水晶灯专用清洗液及其制备方法用于弥补上述缺点。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种水性水晶灯专用清洗液,由以下重量份的组分组成:乙醇10~30份、去离子水40~80份、非离子表面活性剂0.1~3份、杀菌剂0.05~0.2份、硅烷偶联剂0.1~2份、二甲基硅油0.2~4份。
本发明以乙醇、去离子水、非离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂、硅烷偶联剂和二甲基硅油为主要原料,去污活性强、无毒害、安全环保,而且经该清洗液清洗后的水晶灯,能在较长时期内保持抗菌性能。
其中,所述的去离子水在25℃时,电阻率不低于10MΩ·cm,具有大电阻率的去离子水可以保证水性水晶灯专用清洗液的导电性较弱。
所述的非离子表面活性剂为聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯。
所述的杀菌剂为2~3%的H2O2溶液。
所述的硅烷偶联剂为KH-550。
本发明还提供了一种上述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液的制备方法,包括:40~50℃的水浴下,将乙醇和去离子水混合均匀,在搅拌下加入非离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂、硅烷偶联剂和二甲基硅油,继续搅拌60~120min,即得到所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的水性水晶灯清洗专用清洗液价格低、去污性强、不燃烧、无腐蚀、导电性弱、安全环保,可实现水晶灯的灰尘及油渍的环保高效去除。
(2)本发明制备的水性水晶灯清洗专用清洗液为中性溶液,对水晶灯及其配件无腐蚀性,水晶灯的可以直接清洗,无需拆洗。
(3)本发明制备的水性水晶灯清洗专用清洗液最显著特点是含有抗菌、杀菌组分,在对水晶灯清洁的同时能增加其抗菌性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此。
实施例1
50℃的水浴下,称取100g乙醇、400g去离子水混合均匀,然后搅拌条件下加入1g聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、0.5g浓度为2%的H2O2溶液、1g KH-550、2g二甲基硅油,继续搅拌60min即可得到水性水晶灯专用清洗液。
实施例2
45℃的水浴下,称取300g乙醇、800g去离子水混合均匀,然后搅拌条件下加入30g聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、2g浓度为2%的H2O2溶液、20g KH-550、40g二甲基硅油,继续搅拌120min即可得到水性水晶灯专用清洗液。
实施例3
50℃的水浴下,称取100g乙醇、700g去离子水混合均匀,然后搅拌条件下加入5g聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、1g浓度为2%的H2O2溶液、2g KH-550、4g二甲基硅油,继续搅拌90min即可得到水性水晶灯专用清洗液。
实施例4
40℃的水浴下,称取200g乙醇、500g去离子水混合均匀,然后搅拌条件下加入15g聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、1g浓度为2%的H2O2溶液、1g KH-550、15g二甲基硅油,继续搅拌90min即可得到水性水晶灯专用清洗液。

通过表1中实施例1~4样品的电阻率和对水晶灯表面除菌率性能检测结果可知,实施例1~4样品电阻率大于102Ω·cm、对水晶灯表面除菌率大于90%,说明实施例1~4样品具有导电性弱和除菌效果好的性能。
Claims (6)
1.一种水性水晶灯专用清洗液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:乙醇10~30份、去离子水40~80份、非离子表面活性剂0.1~3份、杀菌剂0.05~0.2份、硅烷偶联剂0.1~2份、二甲基硅油0.2~4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液,其特征在于,所述的去离子水在25℃时,电阻率不低于10MΩ·cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液,其特征在于,所述的非离子表面活性剂为聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂为2~3%的H2O2溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液,其特征在于,所述的硅烷偶联剂为KH-550。
6.一种根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:40~50℃的水浴下,将乙醇和去离子水混合均匀,在搅拌下加入非离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂、硅烷偶联剂和二甲基硅油,继续搅拌60~120min,即得到所述的水性水晶灯专用清洗液。
