实施例4采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的榉树扦插育苗生根剂:由以下质量配比的原料制备:ABT 生根粉 50份、马齿苋提取液 3.5份、烷基糖苷 6份、薄荷根干粉4份、异麦芽三糖 4份、菊花提取物 0.8份、苯甲酸 3份、芸苔素1.5份、皂素 4份、螯合锌 6份、低钠盐 0.6份、腐殖酸 2.5份、山嵛酸甘油酯 0.6份、白醋2.5份、茶皂素2.5份、海藻微粉 2.5份、中性蛋白酶 0.6 份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂 6份、L- 谷氨酸 0.5份;采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将马齿苋提取液、薄荷根干粉、异麦芽三糖、菊花提取物、白醋混合,加入1-2倍质量的水,边搅拌边加入山嵛酸甘油酯、海藻微粉,在1h内逐渐升温至80-90℃,加入低钠盐,急速降温至30-40℃,加入苯甲酸、腐殖酸,反应0.5h,调节pH至7.5-8.5,加入烷基糖苷、皂素、茶皂素,边搅拌并升温至50-55℃,加入中性蛋白酶,反应0.5-1h;
(2)将反应体系加热100-110℃,保持3min;降温至室温,加入,L-谷氨酸、ABT生根粉、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、芸苔素、螯合锌,混合搅拌均匀,制得。

Claims (6)

1.一种榉树扦插育苗生根剂,其特征在于,该生根剂由以下质量配比的原料制备:ABT生根粉25-50 份、马齿苋提取液 1.0-3.5 份、烷基糖苷3-6 份、薄荷根干粉1-4 份、异麦芽三糖1-4 份、菊花提取物0.5-0.8 份、苯甲酸 1-3 份、芸苔素 0.3-1.5 份、皂素2-4 份、螯合锌 3-6 份、低钠盐 0.3-0.6 份、腐殖酸 1.2-2.5 份、山嵛酸甘油酯0.2-0.6 份、白醋1.0-2.5份、茶皂素1.0-2.5份、海藻微粉 1.5-2.5份、中性蛋白酶 0.4-0.6 份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂3-6 份、L-谷氨酸 0.3-0.5份;所述菊花提取物为菊花的乙醇提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的榉树扦插育苗生根剂,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制备:ABT 生根粉25份、马齿苋提取液 1.0份、烷基糖苷3份、薄荷根干粉1份、异麦芽三糖1份、菊花提取物0.5份、苯甲酸 1份、芸苔素 0.3份、皂素2份、螯合锌 3份、低钠盐 0.3份、腐殖酸 1.2- 份、山嵛酸甘油酯0.2份、白醋1.0份、茶皂素1.0份、海藻微粉 1.5份、中性蛋白酶0.4份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂3份、L-谷氨酸 0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的榉树扦插育苗生根剂,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制备:ABT 生根粉28份、马齿苋提取液 1.5份、烷基糖苷3.2份、薄荷根干粉1.5份、异麦芽三糖1.5份、菊花提取物0.55份、苯甲酸1.2份、芸苔素 0.8份、皂素2.5份、螯合锌3.3份、低钠盐0.35份、腐殖酸 1.25份、山嵛酸甘油酯0.25份、白醋1.3份、茶皂素1.5份、海藻微粉1.6份、中性蛋白酶0.45份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂3.5份、L- 谷氨酸0.35份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的榉树扦插育苗生根剂,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制备:ABT 生根粉30份、马齿苋提取液2.0 份、烷基糖苷3.5份、薄荷根干粉1.8份、异麦芽三糖2.0份、菊花提取物0.6份、苯甲酸1.5份、芸苔素1.0份、皂素3份、螯合锌4份、低钠盐0.4份、腐殖酸1.5份、山嵛酸甘油酯0.3份、白醋1.5份、茶皂素2.0份、海藻微粉1.8份、中性蛋白酶0.5 份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂4份、L- 谷氨酸0.4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的榉树扦插育苗生根剂,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制备:ABT 生根粉50 份、马齿苋提取液 3.5 份、烷基糖苷6 份、薄荷根干粉4 份、异麦芽三糖4 份、菊花提取物0.8 份、苯甲酸 3份、芸苔素 1.5份、皂素 4份、螯合锌 6份、低钠盐 0.6份、腐殖酸 2.5份、山嵛酸甘油酯 0.6份、白醋2.5份、茶皂素2.5份、海藻微粉2.5份、中性蛋白酶0.6份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂 6份、L- 谷氨酸 0.5份。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的榉树扦插育苗生根剂,其特征在于,制备方法如下:(1)将马齿苋提取液、薄荷根干粉、异麦芽三糖、菊花提取物、白醋混合,加入1-2倍质量的水,边搅拌边加入山嵛酸甘油酯、海藻微粉,在1h内逐渐升温至80-90℃,加入低钠盐,急速降温至30-40℃,加入苯甲酸、腐殖酸,反应0.5h,调节pH至7.5-8.5,加入烷基糖苷、皂素、茶皂素,边搅拌并升温至50-55℃,加入中性蛋白酶,反应0.5-1h;
