Abstract

本发明是一种在合成革纹路沟底植上绒毛的生产方法,包括如下步骤:首先,取有纹路的合成革制品,通过上浆机在其表面上植绒浆,将上过植绒浆的合成革制品通过刮刀机刮去纹路顶部的植绒浆,再上所需要颜色的绒毛粉;其次,通过静电装置使其绒毛直立;再次,将纹路顶部的绒毛粉刮掉,烘干制得成品。由于本发明在合成革植绒,通过两次刮刀工序制得合成革,不失合成革表面各种漂亮的纹路花色而又在纹路沟底有动物合成革的绒毛感,使产品更显华丽。

植绒合成革工艺的生产方法
技术领域
本发明及一种植绒合成革工艺的生产方法,其所生产的产品用于女式高邦鞋、皮衣、箱包、家庭及宾馆、公共场所装饰材料等领域。
背景技术
合成革制品在现在生活中越来越应用广泛。在很大程度上代替了动物皮革产品,但现在的合成革制产品缺少了动物皮的绒毛感,而植绒合成革工艺,不失皮革表面的各种花色纹路,在纹路沟底又有动物合成革的绒毛感,可称完美结合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种植绒合成革工艺的生产方法,可将有纹路的合成革在纹路植绒合成革毛。
本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:
本发明是一种植绒合成革工艺的生产方法,它包括如下步骤:
将有纹路的合成革制品,通过上浆机在合成革制品表面上植绒浆,所述的植绒浆为2000-2800CPS的胶水,所述胶水内混合有二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米银颗粒,所述胶水与二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米银颗粒的重量百分比为95:2:3;
(2)将上过植绒浆的合成革制品通过第一刮刀机,刮去纹路顶部的植绒浆,再通过温度为100-120℃的烘箱烘干纹路顶部余留的植绒浆;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的合成革制品通过撒粉机撒下绒毛粉,根据纹路的深浅选择长度为0.5-1.2mm的绒毛粉;
(4)将撒满绒毛粉的合成革制品通过静电装置使其绒毛直立,同时经过150℃烘箱烘干;
(5)再通过第二刮刀机刮去纹路顶部的多余绒毛粉,而后通过高速刷机清理干净纹路顶部的绒毛。
通过前述技术方案,由于本发明在合成革植绒合成革,通过两次刮刀工序制得合成革,不失合成革表面各种漂亮的纹路花色而又在纹路沟底有动物合成革的绒毛感,使产品更显华丽,此外通过在胶水内设置二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米银颗粒,不仅具有良好的杀菌效果而且提高了静电植绒效果。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种植绒合成革工艺生产方法,它包括步骤如下:
(1)将有纹路的合成革制品,通过上浆机在合成革制品表面上植绒浆,所述的植绒浆为2000-2800CPS的胶水,所述胶水内混合有二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米银颗粒,所述胶水与二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米银颗粒的重量百分比为95:2:3;
(2)将上过植绒浆的合成革制品通过第一刮刀机,刮去纹路顶部的植绒浆,再通过温度为100-120℃的烘箱烘干纹路顶部余留的植绒浆;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的合成革制品通过撒粉机撒下绒毛粉,根据纹路的深浅选择长度为0.5-1.2mm的绒毛粉;
(4)将撒满绒毛粉的合成革制品通过静电装置使其绒毛直立,同时经过150℃烘箱烘干;
(5)再通过第二刮刀机刮去纹路顶部的多余绒毛粉,而后通过高速刷机清理干净纹路顶部的绒毛。
通过在胶水内加入二氧化钛颗粒,二氧化钛颗粒作为光触媒杀菌,光触媒杀菌,利用空气中的氧分子及水分子将所接触的有机物转换为二氧化碳跟水,自身不起变化,却可以促进化学反应的物质,理论上有效期非常长久,维护费用低,在光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能 :能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体 ;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理 ;同时还具备除臭、抗污等功能。
此外纳米银颗粒能够产生大量的游离银离子,增强导电性能,而且二氧化钛能够发出紫外线,增强游离银离子的活性,从而提高静电植绒的效果,减少余绒的产生,提高植绒的密度。
需要说明的是,本发明的技术要点,在于采用特殊的植绒浆和绒毛粉及工艺步骤对于各具休步骤中涉及的各物质的重量比,粘度范围实际上是限定一个可行并理想的范围。同时各工艺步骤中涉及到的设备如:上浆机、刮刀机、静电机、烘箱等属公知技术,所以对其结构不作具本描述。

Claims (1)

1.一种植绒合成革的生产方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:
(1)将有纹路的合成革制品,通过上浆机在合成革制品表面上植绒浆,所述的植绒浆为2000-2800CPS的胶水,所述胶水内混合有二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米银颗粒,所述胶水与二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米银颗粒的重量百分比为95:2:3;
(2)将上过植绒浆的合成革制品通过第一刮刀机,刮去纹路顶部的植绒浆,再通过温度为100-120℃的烘箱烘干纹路顶部余留的植绒浆;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的合成革制品通过撒粉机撒下绒毛粉,根据纹路的深浅选择长度为0.5-1.2mm的绒毛粉;
(4)将撒满绒毛粉的合成革制品通过静电装置使其绒毛直立,同时经过150℃烘箱烘干;
(5)再通过第二刮刀机刮去纹路顶部的多余绒毛粉,而后通过高速刷机清理干净纹路顶部的绒毛。
