Abstract

本发明提供了一种多孔陶瓷漂珠的制备方法,属于陶瓷漂珠制备方法技术领域。按重量百分比把工业固废40~50%、矿产固废10~20%、膨润土10~20%、高岭土10~20%,发孔剂3~5%放入中铝球磨机进行研磨,研磨后粉末细度达到250目;将250目的粉末进行陈腐,陈腐时间为10~15小时,陈腐后对粉末进行烘干造粒,颗粒的粒径≤5mm,利用40目标准筛对颗粒进行检测,再利用设备把检测后的颗粒进行加压处理,压力为0.5~2Mpa;将加压处理后的颗粒放在1300℃的转窑内进行高温反应,反应时间为6~8小时,发孔剂造完气体后,在1300℃的高温条件下使颗粒表面进行烧结,使颗粒形成闭孔的多孔陶瓷漂珠,多孔陶瓷漂珠在高温烧结后达到0.45~0.55吨/m3,漂浮于水上。

本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷漂珠的制备方法,属于陶瓷漂珠制备方法技术领域。
背景技术
工业固废(比如陶瓷固废:建陶生产的地砖墙砖等产品需要为其进行抛光处理以及修边时下来的废泥浆)、矿产固废:矿物产品在冶炼过程中,剩余下来的,不能再用的,当垃圾处理的废料等,堆放占用土地,污染环境,给生态环境造成危害。如果不加以利用,会越来越多,环境危害会越来越大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,进而提供一种多孔陶瓷漂珠的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多孔陶瓷漂珠的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一、按重量百分比把工业固废40~50%、矿产固废10~20%、膨润土10~20%、高岭土10~20%,发孔剂3~5%放入中铝球磨机进行研磨,研磨后粉末细度达到250目;
步骤二、将250目的粉末进行陈腐,陈腐时间为10~15小时,陈腐后对粉末进行烘干造粒,颗粒的粒径≤5mm,利用40目标准筛对颗粒进行检测,再利用设备把检测后的颗粒进行加压处理,压力为0.5~2Mpa,加压时间为5~10小时;
步骤三、将加压处理后的颗粒放在1300℃的转窑内进行高温反应,反应时间为6~8小时,利用颗粒里的si、Ai、Ca、Mg、K、Na、Ti、Fe元素进行高温下的分子重组,在熔融状态下,发孔剂开始生成大量的气体,进行造孔运动,从而形成微孔,呈现颗粒空心状态;
步骤四、发孔剂造完气体后,在1300℃的高温条件下使颗粒表面进行烧结,使颗粒形成闭孔的多孔陶瓷漂珠,多孔陶瓷漂珠在高温烧结后达到0.45~0.55吨/m3,漂浮于水上。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的多孔陶瓷漂珠比重小于水,很轻,用作墙体装饰保温材料时,能够减轻楼体重量。多孔陶瓷漂珠具有防火、隔音效果好、保温效果好的优点。消耗了工业固废和矿产固废,减轻了环境污染。可以预见,目前全世界装饰材料标准执行B级标准,用上多孔陶瓷漂珠后,能达到A级标准。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明做进一步的详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
本实施例所涉及的一种多孔陶瓷漂珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按重量百分比把工业固废40~50%、矿产固废10~20%、膨润土10~20%、高岭土10~20%,发孔剂3~5%放入中铝球磨机进行研磨,研磨后粉末细度达到250目;
步骤二、将250目的粉末进行陈腐,陈腐时间为10~15小时,陈腐后对粉末进行烘干造粒,颗粒的粒径≤5mm,利用40目标准筛对颗粒进行检测,再利用设备把检测后的颗粒进行加压处理,压力为0.5~2Mpa,加压时间为5~10小时;

所述步骤三中,反应时间为7小时。
所述的发孔剂按重量百分比由页岩石15~25%、碳酸钡10~20%和钠长石60~70%组成。发孔剂的制备方法是:按上述重量百分将页岩石、碳酸钡和钠长石放入中铝球磨机进行研磨,研磨后粉末细度达到250目烘干即可。

步骤一、按重量百分比把工业固废40~50%、矿产固废10~20%、膨润土10~20%、高岭土10~20%,发孔剂3~5%放入中铝球磨机进行研磨,研磨后粉末细度达到250目;
步骤二、将250目的粉末进行陈腐,陈腐时间为10~15小时,陈腐后对粉末进行烘干造粒,颗粒的粒径≤5mm,利用40目标准筛对颗粒进行检测,再利用设备把检测后的颗粒进行加压处理,压力为0.5~2MP a,加压时间为5~10小时;
步骤三、将加压处理后的颗粒放在1300℃的转窑内进行高温反应,反应时间为6~8小时,利用颗粒里的S i、Al 、Ca、Mg、K、Na、Ti、Fe元素进行高温下的分子重组,在熔融状态下,发孔剂开始生成大量的气体,进行造孔运动,从而形成微孔,呈现颗粒空心状态;
步骤四、发孔剂造完气体后,在1300℃的高温条件下使颗粒表面进行烧结,使颗粒形成闭孔的多孔陶瓷漂珠,多孔陶瓷漂珠在高温烧结后达到0.45~0.55吨/m3,漂浮于水上;其特征在于,
