本发明涉及一种全降解纸塑复合膜纸及其制备方法,复合膜纸包括上中下三层:聚乳酸膜层、粘结层和纸质层;聚乳酸膜层为厚度为10~100μm的聚乳酸膜,聚乳酸膜通过双向拉伸工艺制备,聚乳酸膜的原料配比为聚乳酸100重量份计,增强剂0.3~1.5重量份。全降解纸塑复合膜纸的制备方法,包括步骤:配制胶粘剂、制备聚乳酸膜、机制纸塑复合、收卷熟化后制得全降解纸塑复合膜纸。本发明的复合膜纸采用天然可再生的原料,具有全生物降解性能,可有效减少石化塑料制品对环境的污染。复合膜纸采用双向拉伸聚乳酸膜,具有优异的力学性能。本发明的制备工艺简单稳定,生产效率高,适宜工业化推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋用纸技术领域,尤其是一种全降解纸塑复合膜纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸塑复合膜袋作为一种便捷的容纳品,已经广泛的应用在人们的日常生活中。复合膜袋的用纸是由塑胶与牛皮纸复合而成,通常塑胶层采用聚丙烯或聚乙烯为基材,牛皮纸则采用精制复合专用牛皮纸,具有高强度、防水性好、外观漂亮等特点。专利申请号为CN103407674 A的专利“一种纸塑复合包装袋的制造方法”利用聚乙烯树脂作为基材,将工业打印纸与聚乙烯复合得到纸塑复合包装袋,该复合膜纸的塑胶层降解能力差,废弃后不易降解,进入自然环境便会对环境造成不可逆转的破坏。针对PE树脂难以降解的问题,专利申请号为CN 104960744 A的专利“可降解纸塑复合膜纸及其制备方法”利用淀粉、植物纤维、聚乙烯醇、聚碳酸酯等可降解的原料替代部分聚乙烯树脂,得到可降解的纸塑复合包装袋。虽然替代聚乙烯树脂的可降解原料能降解,然而为替代部分的聚乙烯树脂对环境的污染危害也较大。因此,基于国家对环保的越来越高的要求,以及人们环保意识的逐渐增强,开发一种新型的全降解纸塑复合包装袋的意义重大。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决不可降解复合膜纸对环境造成的污染问题,而提供了一种全降解纸塑复合膜纸及其制备工艺。
为实现解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种全降解纸塑复合膜纸,全降解纸塑复合膜纸,其特征在于,所述复合膜纸包括上中下三层:聚乳酸膜层、粘结层和纸质层;
所述聚乳酸膜层为厚度为10~100μm的聚乳酸膜,所述聚乳酸膜通过双向拉伸工艺制备,聚乳酸膜的原料配比为聚乳酸100重量份计,增强剂0.3~ 1.5重量份;所述增强剂为扩链剂、弹性体、纤维或刚性粒子。
所述粘结层为胶粘剂层,所述胶粘剂的原料配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂2.8~3.2份、乙酯20~28份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀即可。
所述纸质层为大于40克/平米的牛皮纸。
所述的全降解纸塑复合膜纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
配制胶粘剂:胶粘剂的原料配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂2.8~3.2份、乙酯20~28份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀,然后将搅拌均匀的胶粘剂注入塑复合机的胶槽中;
制备聚乳酸膜;
机制纸塑复合:将牛皮纸及聚乳酸膜装至纸塑复合机辊上,对好线位,设置风箱温度为45~60℃;同时开启纸塑复合机的主机和收卷机,调整卷出张力,进料张力,出料张力,卷取张力,调节主机和收卷机的速度;
将收卷后的复合膜纸置于熟化室熟化,熟化后制得复合膜纸成品。
对需制袋类产品,复合膜纸出熟化室后放置12h或完全冷却后制袋。
制备所述聚乳酸膜的包括以下步骤:
造粒:将配比为聚乳酸100重量份计,增强剂0.3~1.5重量份的聚乳酸薄膜原料投入高混机混合均匀;所述增强剂为扩链剂、弹性体、纤维或刚性粒子;然后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混装置制备出聚乳酸膜造粒料,挤出时的温度控制在145~185℃;

双向拉伸:首先进行薄膜纵向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~5倍,拉伸温度为90~ 100℃;之后,进行薄膜横向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~6倍,拉伸温度为95~105℃,经裁边和收卷制得所述聚乳酸膜。
与现有技术比较,本发明具有以下有益效果:
A.本发明的复合膜纸,其原料采用了天然可再生的资源,相对于传统塑料可以节约石油资源,具有全生物降解性能,可有效减少石化塑料制品对环境的污染。
B.本发明所用的双向拉伸聚乳酸膜具有优异的力学性能,用其制备的复合膜纸性能更佳。
C.本发明的全降解复合膜纸制备工艺简单稳定,具有更高生产效率,适宜工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
全降解纸塑复合膜纸包括上中下三层:聚乳酸膜层、粘结层和纸质层;聚乳酸膜层为厚度为10~100μm的聚乳酸膜,聚乳酸膜通过双向拉伸工艺制备,聚乳酸膜的原料重量配比为聚乳酸100份,增强剂0.3~1.5份;增强剂为扩链剂、弹性体、纤维或刚性粒子。
粘结层为胶粘剂层,胶粘剂的原料重量比例为固化剂20份、主剂2.8~ 3.2份、乙酯20~28份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀即可。
纸质层为大于40克/平米的牛皮纸。
全降解纸塑复合膜纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、配制胶粘剂:胶粘剂的原料配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂2.8~3.2 份、乙酯20~28份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀,然后将搅拌均匀的胶粘剂注入胶槽中;
二、制备所述聚乳酸膜,步骤如下:
(1)造粒:将配比为聚乳酸100重量份计,增强剂0.3~1.5重量份的聚乳酸薄膜原料投入高混机混合均匀;所述增强剂为扩链剂、弹性体、纤维或刚性粒子;然后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混装置制备出聚乳酸膜造粒料,挤出时的温度控制在145~185℃;
(2)流延:将所述聚乳酸膜造粒料加入到流延设备中,经挤出流延成片材,温度设定为145~200℃,流延辊温度为20~50℃;
(3)双向拉伸:首先进行薄膜纵向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~5倍,拉伸温度为90~100℃;之后,进行薄膜横向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~6倍,拉伸温度为 95~105℃,经裁边和收卷制得所述聚乳酸膜。
三、机制纸塑复合:将牛皮纸及聚乳酸膜装至纸塑复合机辊上,对好线位,设置风箱温度为45~60℃;同时开启纸塑复合机的主机和收卷机,调整卷出张力,进料张力,出料张力,卷取张力,调节主机和收卷机的速度;

实施例1
本实施例复合膜纸为饼干、糖果、月饼、膨化食品等普通类包装。复合膜纸包括上中下三层:聚乳酸膜层、粘结层和纸质层。复合膜纸的制备工艺为:
配制胶粘剂:胶粘剂配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂3.0份、乙酯26份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀,最后将搅拌均匀的胶粘剂注入胶槽中;
造粒:将聚乳酸100重量份,增强剂0.5份重量份的聚乳酸薄膜原料投入高混机混合均匀;然后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混装置制备出聚乳酸膜造粒料,挤出时的温度控制在145~185℃;
流延:将聚乳酸膜造粒料加入到流延设备中,经挤出流延成片材,温度设定为145~200℃,流延辊温度为20~50℃;
双向拉伸:首先进行薄膜纵向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~5倍,拉伸温度为90~ 100℃;之后,进行薄膜横向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~6倍,拉伸温度为95~105℃,厚度为30μm,经裁边和收卷制得所述聚乳酸膜。
机制纸塑复合:将牛皮纸及聚乳酸膜装至棍上,对好线位,设置风箱温度为45~60℃;同时开启主机和收卷,调整张力旋钮(卷出张力,进料张力,出料张力,卷取张力)和调速旋钮,先低俗运作,稳定后逐渐提高生产速度;
调试检验:对符合膜进行质量检查,如出现粘合不牢、纸张弯曲等现象,即使对机台进行调试至产品合格为止,之后进行批量生产;
将收卷后的复合膜纸置于熟化室,熟化室温度设定为50-60℃,熟化时间为24小时,熟化后制得成品;对需制袋类产品,半产品拉出熟化室后放置12h 或完全冷却后制袋。具体指标如下表所示:

造粒:将聚乳酸100重量份,环氧扩链剂0.8份重量份的聚乳酸薄膜原料投入高混机混合均匀;然后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混装置制备出聚乳酸膜造粒料,挤出时的温度控制在145~185℃;
流延:将聚乳酸膜造粒料加入到流延设备中,经挤出流延成片材,温度设定为145~200℃,流延辊温度为20~50℃;
双向拉伸:首先进行薄膜纵向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~5倍,拉伸温度为90~100℃;之后,进行薄膜横向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~6倍,拉伸温度为95~105℃,厚度为50μm,经裁边和收卷制得所述聚乳酸膜。

配制胶粘剂:胶粘剂配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂3.2份、乙酯28份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀,最后将搅拌均匀的胶粘剂注入胶槽中;
造粒:将聚乳酸100重量份,环氧扩链剂0.3份重量份的聚乳酸薄膜原料投入高混机混合均匀;然后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混装置制备出聚乳酸膜造粒料,挤出时的温度控制在145~185℃;
流延:将聚乳酸膜造粒料加入到流延设备中,经挤出流延成片材,温度设定为145~200℃,流延辊温度为20~50℃;
双向拉伸:首先进行薄膜纵向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~5倍,拉伸温度为90~ 100℃;之后,进行薄膜横向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~6倍,拉伸温度为95~105℃,厚度为100μm,经裁边和收卷制得所述聚乳酸膜。
机制纸塑复合:将牛皮纸及聚乳酸膜装至棍上,对好线位,设置风箱温度为45~60℃;同时开启主机和收卷,调整张力旋钮(卷出张力,进料张力,出料张力,卷取张力)和调速旋钮,先低俗运作,稳定后逐渐提高生产速度;
调试检验:对符合膜进行质量检查,如出现粘合不牢、纸张弯曲等现象,即使对机台进行调试至产品合格为止,之后进行批量生产;
将收卷后的复合膜纸置于熟化室,熟化室温度设定为60℃,熟化时间为 24小时,熟化后制得成品;对需制袋类产品,半产品拉出熟化室后放置12h 或完全冷却后才能制袋。具体指标如下表所示:
实施例4
本实施例复合膜纸为对溶剂残留有要求的包装。复合膜纸包括上中下三层:聚乳酸膜层、粘结层和纸质层。复合膜纸的制备工艺为:
配制胶粘剂:胶粘剂配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂2.8份、乙酯20份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀,最后将搅拌均匀的胶粘剂注入胶槽中;
造粒:将聚乳酸100重量份,增强剂1.5份重量份作为增强剂的聚乳酸薄膜原料投入高混机混合均匀;然后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混装置制备出聚乳酸膜造粒料,挤出时的温度控制在145~185℃;
流延:将聚乳酸膜造粒料加入到流延设备中,经挤出流延成片材,温度设定为145~200℃,流延辊温度为20~50℃;
双向拉伸:首先进行薄膜纵向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~5倍,拉伸温度为90~ 100℃;之后,进行薄膜横向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~6倍,拉伸温度为95~105℃,厚度为10μm,经裁边和收卷制得所述聚乳酸膜。

Claims (5)

1.一种全降解纸塑复合膜纸,其特征在于,所述复合膜纸包括上中下三层:聚乳酸膜层、粘结层和纸质层;
所述聚乳酸膜层为厚度为10~100μm的聚乳酸膜,所述聚乳酸膜通过双向拉伸工艺制备,聚乳酸膜的原料配比为聚乳酸100重量份计,增强剂0.3~1.5重量份;所述增强剂为扩链剂、弹性体、纤维或刚性粒子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全降解纸塑复合膜纸,其特征在于,所述粘结层为胶粘剂层,所述胶粘剂的原料配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂2.8~3.2份、乙酯20~28份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全降解纸塑复合膜纸,其特征在于,所述纸质层为大于40克/平米的牛皮纸。
4.权利要求1所述的全降解纸塑复合膜纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
配制胶粘剂:胶粘剂的原料配制比例为固化剂20份、主剂2.8~3.2份、乙酯20~28份,按比例将配制好的胶粘剂搅拌均匀,然后将搅拌均匀的胶粘剂注入塑复合机的胶槽中;
制备聚乳酸膜;
机制纸塑复合:将牛皮纸及聚乳酸膜装至纸塑复合机辊上,对好线位,设置风箱温度为45~60℃;同时开启纸塑复合机的主机和收卷机,调整卷出张力,进料张力,出料张力,卷取张力,调节主机和收卷机的速度;
将收卷后的复合膜纸置于熟化室熟化,熟化后制得全降解纸塑复合膜纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全降解纸塑复合膜纸的制备方法,其特征在于,制备所述聚乳酸膜的包括以下步骤:
造粒:将配比为聚乳酸100重量份计,增强剂0.3~1.5重量份的聚乳酸薄膜原料投入高混机混合均匀;所述增强剂为扩链剂、弹性体、纤维或刚性粒子;然后通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混装置制备出聚乳酸膜造粒料,挤出时的温度控制在145~185℃;
流延:将所述聚乳酸膜造粒料加入到流延设备中,经挤出流延成片材,温度设定为145~200℃,流延辊温度为20~50℃;
双向拉伸:首先进行薄膜纵向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~5倍,拉伸温度为90~100℃;之后,进行薄膜横向拉伸,拉伸倍率为2~6倍,拉伸温度为95~105℃,经裁边和收卷制得厚度为10~100μm的所述聚乳酸膜。
