Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯合成领域,具体涉及一种塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料及其制备方法。该合成材料由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1混合制成,其中,A组分由醇酸树脂、硝基纤维、消泡剂、流平剂、润湿分散剂和抗水解稳定剂制成;B组分由聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、硅烷偶联剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和潜固化剂制成。本发明所述的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,提高了漆膜的柔韧性和粘结力,有效解决了罩面漆在凹凸面基层上的脆、易裂且粘结力差的问题;并延长了操作时间,且相对现有的漆膜具有更好的耐候性,施工更方便。

Description

塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯合成领域,具体涉及一种塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的持续快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,用塑胶改建体育运动场地面层日益普遍。塑胶跑道具有颜色艳丽美观、硬度适宜、强度优异、维护简单等优点。目前塑胶跑道产品面层主要包括两种,一种是EPDM颗粒的塑胶面层,一种是自结纹的塑胶面层,但是其耐候性具有一定局限性,而现在聚氨酯漆膜大多为芳香族聚氨酯漆膜,外露时易变黄老化,导致性能急剧下降,而且附着力差、漆膜脆、易裂。现有的双组份脂肪族聚氨酯必须现场进行搅拌,而且反应速度较快,一般为30min,导致现场搅拌不均,遮盖率低,固化速度快,可操作时间短,导致施工困难。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,具有可操作时间长、附着力好、产品耐候性好的特点,解决漆膜脆、易裂的问题,提高产品的使用年限;本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,该合成材料由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1混合制成:
A组分由以下重量百分数的原料制成:

其中:
所述的醇酸树脂为米糠油型醇酸树脂。
所述的硝基纤维为质量浓度为28%的1/2秒硝基纤维素溶液。
所述的消泡剂为BYK-066N;所述的流平剂为BYK-361N。
所述的润湿分散剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的有机溶液。
所述的抗水解稳定剂为聚碳酸二甲酯。
所述的聚醚多元醇为3官能度、300-500分子量的聚氧化丙烯多元醇或3官能度、5000分子量的聚氧化丙烯多元醇中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述的聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇DL-400与聚醚多元醇MN-3050的混合物。聚醚多元醇DL-400、聚醚多元醇MN-3050为山东东大化工集团公司市售产品。
所述的异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯缩二脲与1,6-已二异氰酸酯的混合物,质量比为3~4:14~16。
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚;紫外线吸收剂为4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶;所述的潜固化剂为ALT-101。
所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将醇酸树脂投入反应釜中,开动搅拌,搅拌状态下加入硝基纤维、流平剂、润湿分散剂、抗水解稳定剂以及消泡剂,搅拌20~30min,装桶,得A组分产品;
(2)将聚醚多元醇投入反应釜中,升温于90~100℃,真空度-0.01MPa条件下,脱水1~2h,至水分含量小于0.1%,降温至30~40℃后,加入异氰酸酯、抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂,升温至70~90℃条件下反应1~2.5h,降温至50~70℃,依次加入潜固化剂、硅烷偶联剂,搅拌20~30min,装桶,得B组分产品。
应用时,将A组分产品、B组分产品按1:1混合均匀后,喷涂或滚涂于塑胶面层上即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明中无溶剂,解决了有机溶剂存在的刺激性气味及危害身体健康的问题。配方中引入了米糠油醇酸树脂和硅烷偶联剂,提高了漆膜的柔韧性和粘结力,有效解决了罩面漆在凹凸面基层上的易裂且粘结力差的问题。
(2)本发明中的合理引入脂肪族异氰酸酯,不仅延长了操作时间,且相对现有的漆膜具有更好的耐候性,施工更方便。
(3)所述的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限定本发明。
实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
(1)将米糠油型醇酸树脂850g投入反应釜,开动搅拌,搅拌状态下加入硝基纤维80g、BYK-361N 10g、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的有机溶液20g、聚碳酸二甲酯37g以及BYK-066N3g,搅拌20min,装桶,制得A组分产品。
(2)将聚醚多元醇MN3050 450g和DL-400 50g投入反应釜中,升温于90℃,真空度-0.01MPa条件下,脱水1h,至水分含量小于0.1%,降温至30℃后,加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯缩二脲90g和1,6-已二异氰酸酯360g、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚5g和4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶5g,升温至70℃条件下反应1h,降温至50℃,依次加入ALT-101 5g、硅烷偶联剂35g,搅拌20min,装桶,制得B组分产品。
(3)施工时,将A组分产品、B组分产品按1:1混合均匀后喷涂或滚涂于塑胶面层上即可。
实施例2
(1)将米糠油型醇酸树脂940g投入反应釜,开动搅拌,搅拌状态下加入硝基纤维30g、BYK-361N5g、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的有机溶液14g、聚碳酸二甲酯10g以及BYK-066N 1g,搅拌30min,装桶,制得A组分产品。
(2)将聚醚多元醇MN3050 369g和DL-400 41g聚醚多元醇投入反应釜中,升温于100℃,真空度-0.01MPa条件下,脱水2h,至水分含量小于0.1%,降温至40℃后,加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯缩二脲110g和1,6-已二异氰酸酯440g、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚10g和4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶10g,升温至90℃条件下反应2.5h,降温至70℃,依次加入ALT-101 10g、硅烷偶联剂10g,搅拌30min,装桶,制得B组分产品。
(3)施工时,将A组分产品、B组分产品按1:1混合均匀后喷涂或滚涂于塑胶面层上即可。
实施例3
(1)将米糠油型醇酸树脂890g投入反应釜,开动搅拌,搅拌状态下加入硝基纤维79g、BYK-361N10g、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的有机溶液10g、聚碳酸二甲酯10g以及BYK-066N 1g,搅拌25min,装桶,制得A组分产品。
(2)将聚醚多元醇MN3050 360g和DL-400 40g投入反应釜中,升温于95℃,真空度-0.01MPa条件下,脱水1.5h,至水分含量小于0.1%,降温至35℃后,加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯缩二脲104g和1,6-已二异氰酸酯416g、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚10g和4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶10g,升温至80℃条件下反应1.8h,降温至60℃,依次加入ALT-10110g、硅烷偶联剂50g,搅拌25min,装桶,制得B组分产品。
(3)施工时,将A组分产品、B组分产品按1:1混合均匀后喷涂或滚涂于塑胶面层上即可。
将实施例1-3制得的产品与市售同类聚氨酯罩面进行对比,测试结果如下:

从上表格可以看出,本发明所述的聚氨酯罩面合成材料,具有良好的操作时间,可操作性高;同时在拉伸强度、伸长率、附着力和耐黄变性等理化性能方面也具有比较突出的优势,达到同类产品较高水平,强度高,使用年限长。
综上所述,本发明产品很好的解决了此类产品存在的问题,具有极佳的推广价值。

Claims (7)

1.一种塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,其特征在于:该合成材料由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1混合制成:
A组分由以下重量百分数的原料制成:

所述的醇酸树脂为米糠油型醇酸树脂;
所述的异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯缩二脲与1,6-已二异氰酸酯的混合物,质量比为3~4:14~16;
所述的润湿分散剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的有机溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,其特征在于:所述的硝基纤维为质量浓度为28%的1/2秒硝基纤维素溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为BYK-066N;所述的流平剂为BYK-361N。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,其特征在于:所述的抗水解稳定剂为聚碳酸二甲酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇为3官能度、300-500分子量的聚氧化丙烯多元醇或3官能度、5000分子量的聚氧化丙烯多元醇中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚;所述的紫外线吸收剂为4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶;所述的潜固化剂为ALT-101。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一所述的塑胶跑道面层用的聚氨酯面罩合成材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)将醇酸树脂投入反应釜中,开动搅拌,搅拌状态下加入硝基纤维、流平剂、润湿分散剂、抗水解稳定剂以及消泡剂,搅拌20~30min,装桶,得A组分产品;
(2)将聚醚多元醇投入反应釜中,升温于90~100℃,真空度-0.01MPa条件下,脱水1~2h,至水分含量小于0.1%,降温至30~40℃后,加入异氰酸酯、抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂,升温至70~90℃条件下反应1~2.5h,降温至50~70℃,依次加入潜固化剂、硅烷偶联剂,搅拌20~30min,装桶,得B组分产品。
