Description

Locking device, container door structure and container
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to the field of container transportation and, more particularly, to a locking device, a container door structure and a container.
Background
Containers are often provided with a door structure that is easy to open to facilitate loading and unloading of the cargo. In addition, in order to meet the requirements of relevant specifications of the container, the door structure is provided with a lock rod, and the door frame of the container is correspondingly provided with a lock seat.
For example, in one type of container in the past, to achieve better locking, two locking rods extending in the lateral direction are arranged in parallel up and down at the end doors of the container, and locking heads at both ends of each locking rod are formed in a claw-type structure. Thus, when the lock lever is rotated in the locking direction, the lock head of the claw type structure can be rotated from the unlocking position where it is not inserted into the lock holder to the locking position where it is inserted into the lock holder to achieve locking. Conversely, when the lock rod rotates in the unlocking direction, the lock head is disengaged from the lock seat, and the claw-shaped structure transversely protrudes inwards and abuts against the lock seat or the door frame adjacent to the lock seat, so that the whole lock rod generates an outward acting force, namely an acting force towards the opening direction of the door, and the door is driven to be opened outwards. To avoid such outward forces deforming the container doors requires that both locking bars be unlocked simultaneously when the doors are opened.
However, when a user must unlock the two lock rods respectively due to the squeezing of goods inside the container or other situations, as described above, the action of one lock rod may generate an acting force in the direction of opening the door, while the other lock rod is still not unlocked, and the lock head and the lock seat are still in close fit, which easily causes the deformation of the door leaf or the damage of any one lock head or lock seat, and further affects the sealing effect of the door leaf and the service life of the locking device.
In addition, especially for bulk container, in order to prevent the cargo in the container from being rushed out under the action of gravity during the opening process of the container door to cause safety accidents, the unloading door usually needs to be opened from the side, however, it is relatively difficult to simultaneously operate two lock rods from the side, and the respective unlocking is easy to cause door leaf deformation or damage to the locking device.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a locking device for a container door and a container having the same, so as to at least partially solve the above problems.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that the present invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
Figure 1 shows schematically a container according to the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the container 1 includes a body 3 and a door 2. The door 2 includes a locking device 10 and a door leaf 20. The door leaf 20 is hinged to the end surface of the container body 3 near the bottom in the form of an upturned door by four hinges 30, and can pivot upward about the hinges 30 to open the container 1 or downward to close the container 1. Of course, the door leaf 20 can be disposed on other surfaces of the box 3 in other forms (such as a side-opening door), and the number of the hinges 30 can be determined according to the specific size of the door leaf 20, which is not limited in the present invention.
The locking device 10 for the container 1 comprises a first locking device 10a and a second locking device 10 b. The first locking device 10a includes a first lock bar 100, a first lock head 101, and a first lock holder 401. The second locking device 10b includes a second locking bar 200, a second locking head 201, and a second locking socket 402.
The first and second lock levers 100 and 200 are respectively mounted to the door leaf 20 through the mounting seat 300, and are respectively rotatable within the mounting seat 300 about respective axes. The first locking bar 100 and the second locking bar 200 are respectively disposed in parallel with the side of the door leaf 20 where the hinge 30 is located, and the distance from the first locking bar 100 to the hinge 30 is smaller than the distance from the second locking bar 200 to the hinge 30.
The first lock lever 100 is provided at both ends thereof with first lock heads 101, and first lock holders 401 engaged with the first lock heads 101 are fixedly provided at positions on the case 3 corresponding to the first lock heads 101, respectively. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the first lock cylinder 101 is of a hook-type structure including a body portion 101a fixed around the first lock lever 100 and a hook-type portion 101B protruding radially outward from the body portion 101 a. The first lock seat 401 is a limit baffle welded to the box body 3 at a position corresponding to the first lock head 101. Wherein the outer contour of the hook-shaped portion 101b on the side facing away from the first lock holder 401 when mating with the first lock holder 401 is substantially arc-shaped, and the maximum distance of a point on the outer contour of the hook-shaped portion 101b from the axis of the first lock lever 100 is set smaller than the minimum distance of the surface of the case 3 where the first lock holder 401 is mounted from the axis of the first lock lever 100.
As shown in fig. 2, in a state that the door 20 is closed, the first lock head 101 rotates clockwise along with the first lock lever 100 at a position shown by a dotted line, and after the first lock head rotates a certain angle, the hook 101b is blocked by the first lock seat 401, so that the first lock lever 100 cannot rotate any more, and at this time, the first locking device 10a locks. When unlocking, the first lock bar 100 is operated to drive the first lock head 101 to rotate counterclockwise, and the hook-shaped portion 101b is separated from the first lock seat 401. Since the maximum distance from the point on the outer contour of the hook-shaped portion 101b to the axis of the first lock lever 100 is smaller than the minimum distance from the surface of the case 3 where the first seat 401 is installed to the axis of the first lock lever 100, the outermost hook-shaped portion 101b of the first lock lever 101 does not come into contact with the case 3 in the process that the first lock lever 101 rotates counterclockwise with the first lock lever 100 to unlock, in other words, the first lock lever 101 does not have an effect of opening the door 20 outward when unlocking. The unlocking process of the first locking device 10a does not affect the closed state of the door leaf 20.
Preferably, a first lock lever handle 102 is provided on the first lock lever 100 to facilitate the operation of the first lock lever 100. A first handle seat 501 is provided at a corresponding position on the surface of the door leaf 20. When the first locking device 10a is in the locked state, the first lock lever handle 102 is tightly attached to the surface of the door leaf 20 and fixed by the first lock lever handle seat 501, so that the first locking device 10a maintains the locked state. Meanwhile, the design can also avoid danger caused by the fact that the first lock rod handle 102 protrudes out of the container 1, and the container 1 can be conveniently hoisted or otherwise operated.
Two ends of the second lock rod 200 are respectively provided with a second lock head 201, and a second lock seat 402 matched with the second lock head 201 is respectively and fixedly arranged at a position corresponding to the second lock head 201 on the box body 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the second lock cylinder 201 is of a claw type structure, and includes a body portion 201a fixed around the second lock lever 200 and a claw type portion 201B protruding outward from the body portion 201 a. The second lock housing 402 includes a base portion 402a to be welded to the surface of the case body 3 and a housing portion 402b provided on the base portion 402a to be engaged with the second lock cylinder 201. The maximum distance of the end of the claw 201b from the axis of the second lock lever 200 is set to be greater than the distance of the axis of the second lock lever 200 from the surface of the base portion 402a of the second lock holder 402, and the base portion 402a has a width such that the projection of the claw 201b on the surface of the case 3 falls within the width of the base portion 402 a.
As shown in fig. 3, since the maximum distance from the end of the claw 201b to the axis of the second lock rod 200 is greater than the distance from the axis of the second lock rod 200 to the surface of the base portion 402a of the second lock holder 402, when the second locking device 10b is in the unlocked state, the outermost end of the claw 201b abuts against the surface of the base portion 402a, and the second lock rod 200 drives the door leaf 20 away from the box body 3 by a distance under the action of the second lock holder 402, so that the door leaf 20 cannot be completely closed.
When the second locking device 10b needs to be locked, in the state shown in fig. 3, the second locking lever 200 is operated to drive the second locking head 201 to rotate counterclockwise, the outermost end of the claw-shaped portion 201b no longer abuts against the base portion 402a, and at this time, the door leaf 20 moves toward the box 3 to the completely closed state under the action of its own gravity or external force. The second lock rod 200 continues to rotate counterclockwise, the claw portion 201b of the second lock head 201 contacts and abuts against the cassette portion 402b of the second lock cassette 402, the second lock rod 200 cannot continue to rotate, and at this time, the second locking device 10b locks. When unlocking, the second lock rod 200 is operated to drive the second lock head 201 to rotate clockwise, the claw-shaped portion 201b is separated from the clamping seat portion 402b of the second lock seat 402, and after rotating a certain angle, the end portion of the claw-shaped portion 201b contacts the outer surface of the base portion 402 a. Since the maximum distance from the end of the claw-shaped portion 201b to the axis of the second lock lever 200 is greater than the distance from the axis of the second lock lever 200 to the surface of the base portion 402a of the second lock holder 402, when the second lock lever 200 continues to rotate clockwise, the base portion 402a gives a force to the claw-shaped portion 201b in a direction substantially outward, so that the second lock lever 200 drives the door leaf 20 to open and be away from the cabinet 3 by a certain distance, and when the claw-shaped portion 201b is substantially perpendicular to the base portion 402a, the distance is maximized, and the second locking device 10b is completely unlocked. Thus, the design of the locking head with the claw-shaped structure enables the second locking device 10b to generate an interaction force with the second locking seat 402 when unlocking, which is beneficial to the smooth opening of the door leaf 20, and meanwhile, the second locking head 202 in the locking state can be prevented from being loosened to unlock due to vibration or other reasons.
Preferably, a second locking lever handle 202 is provided on the second locking lever 200 to facilitate the operation of the second locking lever 200. A second locking bar handle holder 502 is provided at a corresponding position on the surface of the door leaf 20. When the second locking device 10b is in the locked state, the second locking rod handle 202 is tightly attached to the surface of the door leaf 20 and fixed by the second locking rod handle holder 502, so that the second locking device 10b maintains the locked state. Meanwhile, the design can also avoid danger caused by the fact that the second locking rod handle 202 protrudes out of the container 1, and the container 1 can be conveniently hoisted or otherwise operated.
As can be seen from the foregoing, when the second locking device 10b is locked, the first locking device 10a can be smoothly unlocked. Conversely, when the first locking device 10a is locked, the second locking device 10b cannot be unlocked because it is blocked at the time of unlocking. More specifically, fig. 6 is a schematic view of the forced unlocking of the second locking device 10b when the first locking device 10a is in the locked state. At this time, the second locking device 10b is in an unlocked state, and due to the claw-shaped structure design of the second lock head 201, the second lock head 201 interacts with the second lock seat 402, so as to generate a force F along the opening direction of the door leaf 20. Because the second lock head 201 and the second lock rod 200, the second lock rod 200 and the door leaf 20, the door leaf 20 and the first lock rod 100, and the first lock rod 100 and the first lock head 101 are all rigidly connected, the force F generated by the second lock head 201 acts on the entire locking device 10 and the door leaf 20, thereby causing the deformation of the door leaf 20, the jamming of the first lock rod 100 and the first lock seat 401, and even the damage or the aggravation of the wear between the second lock head 201 and the second lock seat 402.
Therefore, for the locking device 10, when unlocking, the first locking device 10a needs to be unlocked first, and then the second locking device 10b needs to be unlocked; when locking, the second locking device 10b needs to be locked first, and then the first locking device 10a needs to be locked. Thus, according to the locking device 10 of the present invention, the first locking device 10a and the second locking device 10b can be locked or unlocked, respectively, in sequence.
Preferably, a limit stopper 103 is provided at a position of the first lock lever 100 corresponding to the second lock lever handle 202. When the first locking device 10a and the second locking device 10b are both in the locking state, the second locking rod handle 202 is shielded and limited by the limiting baffle 103, and at this time, the second locking rod handle 202 cannot be operated. The operation can be performed only when the first locking device 10a is unlocked and the limit baffle 103 rotates by a certain angle along with the first locking rod 100 and does not block the handle 202 of the second locking rod any more, so that the second locking rod 200 is prevented from being forcibly unlocked by misoperation when the first locking device 10a is in a locking state and damaged.
It is further preferred that when the container 1 is a bulk container, during the opening of the door 20, the goods in the container are easily flushed out of the container by gravity, thereby posing a risk to the operator at the front of the door 20, and for safety reasons, it is often necessary to open the door 20 from the side. Therefore, the second locking bar handle 202 is disposed close to the side of the container 1 adjacent to the side where the door leaf 20 is installed, thereby facilitating an operator to operate the second locking bar 200 from the side to open the door leaf 20.
According to the container 1 of the present invention, the closing steps of the door 2 are as follows, as viewed from the perspective of fig. 2:
s01: pivoting the door leaf 20 downward about the hinge 30 to be closed;
s02: rotating the second locking lever handle 202 in the counterclockwise direction about the axis of the second locking lever 200 to engage the second locking head 201 with the second locking socket 402 to lock the second locking device 10 b;
s03: operating the second lock rod handle holder 502 to secure the second lock rod handle 202;
s04: rotating the first lock lever handle 102 in a clockwise direction about the axis of the first lock lever 100 to engage the first lock head 101 with the first lock holder 401 to lock the first locking device 10 a;
s05: the first lock lever handle holder 501 is operated to fix the first lock lever handle 102;
at this time, the door 2 of the container 1 is closed and locked.
According to the container 1 of the present invention, the opening steps of the door 2 are as follows, as viewed from the perspective of fig. 2:
s06: operating the first lock lever handle seat 501 to release the first lock lever handle 102;
s07: rotating the first lock lever handle 102 in the counterclockwise direction about the axis of the first lock lever 100 to disengage the first lock head 101 from the first lock holder 401 to unlock the first locking device 10 a;
s08: operating the second locking rod handle holder 502 to release the second locking rod handle 202;
s09: rotating the second locking lever handle 202 in the counterclockwise direction about the axis of the second locking lever 200 to disengage the second locking head 201 from the second locking seat 402 to unlock the second locking device 10 b;
s10: the door leaf 20 is pivoted upward about the hinge 30 to be opened.
At this time, the door 2 of the container 1 is unlocked and opened.
According to the container, the two lock rods of the container door are required to be respectively unlocked in sequence, and only one person is required to complete the operation, so that the inconvenience caused by the need of simultaneous operation is avoided, the operation can be conveniently carried out from the side surface of the container door, and the unloading efficiency and the safety of the container are improved.
The present invention has been illustrated by the above embodiments, but it should be understood that the above embodiments are for illustrative and descriptive purposes only and are not intended to limit the invention to the scope of the described embodiments. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many variations and modifications may be made to the teachings of the invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
