Abstract

本发明公开了一种生木薯去毒装置,包括机架、进水管、切片轮、切皮圈、放料槽、液压缸、PLC、底座、浸泡槽、电机和出水管。设置放料槽固定在机架安装板左侧,其左端安装液压缸,右端安装底座。设置底座上固定有切皮圈,右端安装切片轮。设置切片轮与电机连接,正底下方设有浸泡槽。设置浸泡槽上开口设有进水管,底侧面设有出水管。采用上述结构,木薯放进放料槽内,液压缸推木薯前进,切皮圈将皮去除,切片轮斜切成片,掉进有水的浸泡槽内,加热、振动清洗和自动换水多次将木薯的毒素去除。本装置先将木薯的毒素比较多的皮去除,再斜切成片后加热、振动清洗和自动换水多次,提高到12小时左右就能毒素去除,同时其结构比较简单,操作非常方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工领域,尤其涉及生木薯去毒装置。
背景技术
木薯与马铃薯、红薯并列为世界三大薯类作物,是灌木状多年生作物,有肉质长圆柱形块根,块根肉质富含淀粉,供食用或作糊料,可磨木薯粉、做面包、提供木薯淀粉和浆洗用淀粉乃至酒精饮料。木薯干物质中绝大部分是淀粉,在鲜薯中淀粉约含25%~30%,在薯干中约含80%。木薯块根含氮量少,在1 .5%~ 4%之间,其中50%左右为非蛋白氮,以亚硝酸和硝酸态氮居多,在氨基酸组成上,赖氨酸及色氨酸相对较多,而缺乏蛋氨酸和胱氨酸。木薯块根粗纤维含量少(1%~2%),脂肪含量低,钙、钾含量高而磷低,含有植酸和少量的维生素C、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2。木薯最主要的用途是作粮食,在热带地区的发展中国家,木薯是主要的的粮食作物。但因但木薯含有有毒物质为亚麻仁苦苷,如果摄入生的或未煮熟的木薯或喝其汤,都有可能引起中毒。其原因为亚麻仁苦苷或亚麻仁苦苷酶经胃酸水解后产生游离的氢氰酸,从而使人体中毒。一个人如果食用150-300克生木薯即可引起中毒,甚至死亡。现防止木薯去毒方法是:在食用木薯前去皮,用清水浸薯肉,使氰苷溶解。一般泡6天左右就可去除70%的氰苷,再加热煮熟,即可食用。这方法用时过长,浸泡时间过长会使木薯变味,去毒不干净有中毒风险,且效率低,很难满足人们需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供了一种生木薯去毒装置。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现:
一种生木薯去毒装置,包括机架、进水管、切片轮、切皮圈、放料槽、液压缸、PLC、底座、浸泡槽、电机和出水管,所述的机架设有一安装板和4个脚,所述的放料槽固定在机架安装板左侧,横向中心设有一放料的圆弧凹槽,其左端安装液压缸,右端安装底座,所述的底座固定在机架上,其上端左侧固定有切皮圈,右端安装切片轮,所述的切片轮与电机连接,正底下方设有浸泡槽,所述的浸泡槽是一上开口的箱体,一板将其格成两室,下室安装可控温式电热管和超声波,上室是浸泡室,上开口设有电控式的进水管,底侧面设有电控式的出水管,所述的PCL控制电机、液压缸、浸泡槽和进/出水管。
优选的,所述的切片轮,设置两侧是两大圆柱,中心穿过一圆轴与电机连接,圆柱表面均布2-4张切刀,切刀一端面锋利,与坚直方向成30-45度装置。
优选的,所述的底座,设置是一直角梯形体,左侧开一方坑避空切皮圈,右侧开一通圆弧槽,其圆心与切皮圈和放料槽的放料圆弧凹槽的圆心,在同一直线上,右侧上端面设的一压块,右端面是一斜面与切片轮的斜角度一致。
切片轮这样设计能切出比较薄和截面比较大的木薯片,有利于更快除去毒素,底座这样设计能防止切片轮切片时木薯不跑位。
优选的,所述的切皮圈,分为下环和上环组成,下环是带固定凸台半锥形圆环,上环是3/4锥形圆环,上环套在下环内,两环通两铆钉连接,下环开两与铆钉相配的长槽,两铆钉间连高一拉簧,两环左端面利角。
优选的,切皮圈的两环左端面利角,设置下环的是向内利角,上环向外利角,组成一体,利角上带锯齿。
切皮圈这样设计能收缩和增大,去大小不一的木薯表皮,且去皮干净,锯齿形能防止去的皮是一圈而是一条条好回收不容易掉进浸泡槽内。
优选的,所述的PLC,其程序是:木薯放进放料槽的圆弧凹槽内,液压缸推动木薯穿过切皮圈,到触碰到切片轮时电机转动将木薯切完后,电机停止,液压缸复位;木薯掉进浸泡槽内进水管加水,电热管加热温度控制在55-65摄氏度,超声波工作,浸泡2小时左右后,出水管出水干净后,重复5-6次后停止工作。
这样设计能自动去皮、切片和浸泡,且去皮和切片与浸泡工作程序分开,能省电和更好地去毒。
本发明的有益效果是:能自动去皮、切片和浸泡,且去皮和切片与浸泡工作程序分开,在浸泡过程中加热、振动清洗和自动换水多次,提高到12小时左右就能毒素去除,同时本装置的结构比较简单,操作非常方便。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图做进一步详细的说明。
如图1至4所示, 一种生木薯去毒装置,包括机架1、进水管2、切片轮3、切皮圈4、放料槽5、液压缸6、PLC7、底座8、浸泡槽9、电机10和出水管11。
如图1-4所示, 设置机架1设有一安装板和4个脚。设置放料槽5固定在机架1安装板左侧,横向中心设有一放料的圆弧凹槽501,其左端安装液压缸6,右端安装底座8,设置底座8固定在机架1上,其是一直角梯形体,左侧开一方坑802避空切皮圈,右侧开一通圆弧槽803,其圆心与切皮圈4和放料槽的放料圆弧凹槽501的圆心,在同一直线上,右侧上端面设的一压块801,右端面是一斜面与切片轮3的斜角度一致,上端左侧固定有切皮圈4,右端安装切片轮3。设置切皮圈4,分为下环402和上环401组成,下环401是带固定凸台403半锥形圆环,上环401是3/4锥形圆环,上环401套在下环402内,两环通两铆钉404连接,下环402开两与铆钉404相配的长槽,两铆钉404间连高一拉簧406,两环左端面是下环402的是向内利角,上环401向外利角,组成一体,利角上带锯齿405。设置切片轮3两侧是两大圆柱,中心穿过一圆轴302与电机连接,圆柱表面均布2-4张切刀301,切刀一端面锋利3011,与坚直方向成30-45度装置,正底下方设有浸泡槽9。设置浸泡槽9是一上开口的箱体,一板将其格成两室,下室安装可控温式电热管和超声波,上室是浸泡室,上开口设有电控式的进水管2,底侧面设有电控式的出水管11,设置PCL其程序是:木薯放进放料槽的圆弧凹槽501内,液压缸6推动木薯穿过切皮圈4,到触碰到切片轮3时电机10转动将木薯切完后,电机10停止,液压缸6复位;木薯掉进浸泡槽9内进水管2加水,电热管加热温度控制在55-65摄氏度,超声波工作,浸泡2小时左右后,出水管11出水干净后,重复5-6次后停止工作。
本实施例的具体工作过程如下:
木薯放进放料槽的圆弧凹槽501内,液压缸6推动一条木薯穿过切皮圈4去皮,到触碰到切片轮3时电机10转动将木薯切片完后,电机10停止,液压缸6复位,不停重复;木薯掉进浸泡槽9内进水管2加水,电热管加热温度控制在55-65摄氏度,超声波工作,浸泡2小时左右后,出水管11出水干净后,重复5-6次后停止工作,取出木薯片。

1.一种生木薯去毒装置,包括机架、进水管、切片轮、切皮圈、放料槽、液压缸、PLC、底座、浸泡槽、电机和出水管,其特征在于,所述的机架设有一安装板和4个脚,所述的放料槽固定在机架安装板左侧,横向中心设有一放料的圆弧凹槽,其左端安装液压缸,右端安装底座,所述的底座固定在机架上,其上端左侧固定有切皮圈,右端安装切片轮,所述的切片轮与电机连接,正底下方设有浸泡槽,所述的浸泡槽是一上开口的箱体,一板将其格成两室,下室安装可控温式电热管和超声波,上室是浸泡室,上开口设有电控式的进水管,底侧面设有电控式的出水管,所述的PCL控制电机、液压缸、浸泡槽和进/出水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生木薯去毒装置,其特征在于,所述的切片轮,设置两侧是两大圆柱,中心穿过一圆轴与电机连接,圆柱表面均布2-4张切刀,切刀一端面锋利,与坚直方向成30-45度装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生木薯去毒装置,其特征在于,所述的底座,设置是一直角梯形体,左侧开一方坑避空切皮圈,右侧开一通圆弧槽,其圆心与切皮圈和放料槽的放料圆弧凹槽的圆心,在同一直线上,右侧上端面设的一压块,右端面是一斜面与切片轮的斜角度一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生木薯去毒装置,其特征在于,所述的切皮圈,分为下环和上环组成,下环是带固定凸台半锥形圆环,上环是3/4锥形圆环,上环套在下环内,两环通两铆钉连接,下环开两与铆钉相配的长槽,两铆钉间连高一拉簧,两环左端面利角。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生木薯去毒装置,其特征在于,所述的切皮圈的两环左端面利角,设置下环的是向内利角,上环向外利角,组成一体,利角上带锯齿。
6.据权利要求1所述的生木薯去毒装置,其特征在于,所述的PLC,其程序是:木薯放进放料槽的圆弧凹槽内,液压缸推动木薯穿过切皮圈,到触碰到切片轮时电机转动将木薯切完后,电机停止,液压缸复位;木薯掉进浸泡槽内进水管加水,电热管加热温度控制在55-65摄氏度,超声波工作,浸泡2小时左右后,出水管出水干净后,重复5-6次后停止工作。
