一种仙人掌馒头,其各原料的重量份配比为:面粉 90-100、仙人掌果汁 5-10、辣椒叶2-5、灰灰菜 3-4、三七粉 2-3、栀子花 1-3、沙棘 1-3、鱼腥草 2-3、玉竹 2-4、土茯苓 3-5、蜂蜜 1-2、酵母粉 0.5-2、适量水。
所述的仙人掌馒头的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将辣椒叶、灰灰菜洗净切碎拌匀,加入到仙人掌果汁搅拌中加入蜂蜜搅匀放入冰箱保鲜,待用;
(2)将栀子花、沙棘、鱼腥草、玉竹、土茯苓送入粉碎机得中药颗粒,将中药颗粒拌均匀投入煎煮罐中,加入相当于中药颗粒总重量 8-10 倍的水,武火煎煮 6-10min,微沸后文火煎煮 15-18min,过滤去渣,滤液待用;
(3)将酵母粉用水化开加到面粉和三七粉一起揉拌,揉拌过程中加入中药煎煮滤液,揉匀成混合面团,切胚成型后,静置醒发 15-40min 后,上蒸笼 15-25 min 得仙人掌馒头。

一种仙人掌馒头,其各原料的重量份配比为:面粉 95、仙人掌果汁 10、辣椒叶 4、灰灰菜 4、三七粉 2、栀子花 2、沙棘 1、鱼腥草 2、玉竹 3、土茯苓 5、蜂蜜 2、酵母粉 1.5、适量水。
一种仙人掌馒头的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将辣椒叶洗净切碎,加入到仙人掌果汁搅拌中加入蜂蜜搅匀放入冰箱保鲜,待用;
(2)将栀子花、沙棘、鱼腥草、玉竹、土茯苓送入粉碎机得中药颗粒,将中药颗粒拌均匀投入煎煮罐中,加入相当于中药颗粒总重量 9 倍的水,武火煎煮 6min,微沸后文火煎煮18min,过滤去渣,滤液待用;
(3)将酵母粉用水化开加到面粉和三七粉一起揉拌,揉拌过程中加入中药煎煮滤液,揉匀成混合面团,切胚成型后,静置醒发 32min 后,上蒸笼 20 min 得仙人掌馒头。

1.一种仙人掌馒头,其特征在于,其各原料的重量份配比为:面粉 90-100、仙人掌果汁5-10、辣椒叶 2-5、灰灰菜 3-4、三七粉 2-3、栀子花 1-3、沙棘 1-3、鱼腥草 2-3、玉竹 2-4、土茯苓 3-5、蜂蜜 1-2、酵母粉 0.5-2、适量水。
2.一种如权利要求 1 所述的仙人掌馒头的制备方法,其特征在于包括下列步骤:
(1)将辣椒叶、灰灰菜洗净切碎拌匀,加入仙人掌果汁搅拌再加入蜂蜜搅匀放入冰箱保鲜,待用;
(2)将栀子花、沙棘、鱼腥草、玉竹、土茯苓送入粉碎机得中药颗粒,将中药颗粒拌均匀投入煎煮罐中,加入相当于中药颗粒总重量 8-10 倍的水,武火煎煮 6-10min,微沸后文火煎煮 15-18min,过滤去渣,滤液待用 ;
(3)将酵母粉用水化开加到面粉和三七粉一起揉拌,揉拌过程中加入中药滤液和保鲜果汁,揉匀成混合面团,切胚成型后,静置醒发 15-40min 后,上蒸笼 15-25 min 得仙人掌馒头。
