本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种NR、EVA共混配方。
背景技术
NR、EVA共混材料具有较高的弹性,但强度较低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高强度的高强度NR、EVA共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高强度NR、EVA共混配方,其改进之处在于:由20~25份NR天然橡胶、68~72份EVA树脂、16~19份CaCO3、2.2~2.5份DOP、1.1~1.4份DCP、3.6~3.9份H发泡剂、4.1~4.3份ZnO发泡助剂、1.1~1.4份ZnSt共混而成。
进一步改进在于:由22~24份NR天然橡胶、70~71份EVA树脂、17~18份CaCO3、2.3~2.4份DOP、1.2~1.3份DCP、3.7~3.8份H发泡剂、4.2~4.25份ZnO发泡助剂、1.2~1.3份ZnSt共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、NR、EVA共混,加入CaCO3,显著提高强度。
2、由22~24份NR天然橡胶、70~71份EVA树脂、17~18份CaCO3、2.3~2.4份DOP、1.2~1.3份DCP、3.7~3.8份H发泡剂、4.2~4.25份ZnO发泡助剂、1.2~1.3份ZnSt共混而成,可进一步提高强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
高强度NR、EVA共混配方,由20份NR天然橡胶、72份EVA树脂、16份CaCO3、2.2份DOP、1.1份DCP、3.6份H发泡剂、4.1份ZnO发泡助剂、1.1份ZnSt共混而成。
实施例2:
高强度NR、EVA共混配方,由25份NR天然橡胶、68份EVA树脂、19份CaCO3、2.5份DOP、1.4份DCP、3.9份H发泡剂、4.3份ZnO发泡助剂、1.4份ZnSt共混而成。
实施例3:
高强度NR、EVA共混配方,由22份NR天然橡胶、71份EVA树脂、17份CaCO3、2.3份DOP、1.2份DCP、3.7份H发泡剂、4.2份ZnO发泡助剂、1.2份ZnSt共混而成。
实施例4:
高强度NR、EVA共混配方,由24份NR天然橡胶、70份EVA树脂、18份CaCO3、2.4份DOP、1.3份DCP、3.8份H发泡剂、4.25份ZnO发泡助剂、1.3份ZnSt共混而成。

1.一种高强度NR、EVA共混配方,其特征在于:由20~25份NR天然橡胶、68~72份EVA树脂、16~19份CaCO3、2.2~2.5份DOP、1.1~1.4份DCP、3.6~3.9份H发泡剂、4.1~4.3份ZnO发泡助剂、1.1~1.4份ZnSt共混而成。
