Abstract

Description

本发明提供了一种沸水洗衣机，包括安装在水管桶中的加热器，用来将水煮到一个预置温度，特别地，本发明提供了一个供水装置，该装置包括一个在桶盖一侧面上的供水器，以改善与热变形无关的桶盖的密封性。
普通的温水洗衣机在相应的加温洗涤衣物的洗涤程序时启动在加热洗涤水到高温时，它会产生大量的蒸汽并且上升到桶的最上部。因此在加热器运行期间，需要确保蒸汽在桶的上开口部分的精确密封，防止安全事故，保护洗衣机的电子元件以及降低热量损失。
洗衣机的桶盖一般与桶的上端内径部分相匹配，桶的外周边缘向下凸出，外周边缘通过数个螺栓与桶的上端相连。桶盖还包括一个安置在它的开口部位的内盖以从中放入/取出洗涤织物，按预定尺寸形成的孔眼使洗涤水流入，并且供水器与外部的水龙头联结。
但是，这种温水洗衣机仅限于用温水，而不能用沸水洗涤织物。这就是说，桶盖以及内盖通常在高温下容易变形，使之与相应的桶壁之间产生大的缝隙，并且互不适应，因此使蒸汽大量泄漏，或称为大量的热损失。虽然供水器在结构上很简单，但关键问题是，假定从自来水龙头来的洗涤水的压力是不平衡的，高压洗涤水引起平稳供水的困难，并且溢出桶盖因而危及洗衣机的电器部分。
这种结构典型地在美国申请流水号07/885，885和07/884，196中公开，它们公开了在很高温度下，例如95℃，用于洗涤衣物的水容器结构和桶盖结构。
为了介决这些问题，本发明的主要目的是提供一种沸水洗衣机，除热水洗涤外，还能处理很高温度的洗涤水。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种沸水洗衣机，该洗衣机包括一个内盖，该内盖与桶的上端壁之间有效的密封性，在较高的温度下不会变形。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种包括供水装置的沸水洗衣机，该供水装置用来提供与外部水龙头相连的洗涤水的平稳供给，而不影响桶盖的开/关。
本发明包括一种沸水洗衣机，其中桶盖的材料能耐高温，并且包括以预定距离向下环绕着的内外凸出部，凸出部分围绕着桶的上壁形成连结槽，因此它紧密地安装在上壁以阻止桶盖变形，供水装置包括与自来水龙头连接的进水部件，用于调节所供给的洗涤水压力的中间连接器，以及由可弯曲材料制成的波纹管进水器。
因此，本发明提供了在高温洗涤操作中的优秀洗涤效果，并且在热或沸水洗涤循环中，由于桶的内盖的紧密密封而降低了热损失，防止了由于蒸气的泄漏而使加热器的电子元件损坏。
本发明通过与附图的结合来详细描述，其中：图1是本发明的沸水洗衣机的剖视图。

图1显示了沸水洗衣机的结构，机身1包括一个盛洗涤水的桶2和盛放织物的桶3。桶包括洗涤桶3和安装在洗涤桶3的外底部和内底部之间的加热器6，洗涤桶3中设置一个搅拌叶轮，其与驱动部件5，如齿轮箱和一个马达部件联结，这些与现有技术相同，在此不多详述。
本发明涉及的沸水洗衣机包括一个桶盖10，其具有供水装置。桶2包括一个洗涤水引导器12，引导器12从它的上壁的预定高度缓慢地向外凸出，在此使所供给的洗涤水流入。桶盖10由耐高温材料制成，并且以下述方式安装在桶的上壁，该方式是：两个内外凸出部15和16向下延伸并且以一定距离环绕它的周边形成凹槽1，因此桶上壁紧密固定在其中。桶盖10也包括一个内盖14，它和铰链13连接，内盖14有一个可打开通路，它能使织物从桶3中投入或取出。因而，密封的桶10阻止了蒸汽的池漏。
供水装置包括一个有预定体积的中间连接器8，以调节流入的洗涤水压力，进水口9直接与自来水龙头连接，并且进水器11与中间连接器8连接以使所供给的洗涤水进入桶内，它和桶盖10上预置的孔连结。以箱体形式使用中间连接器8是箱式空箱，以降低来自进水口9的洗涤水的压力。进水器11由可弯曲材料以波纹管形式制成。因此，调节压力后的洗涤水平稳地供应到桶中，而没有溢出桶盖10。
据此，本发明阻止了由于蒸汽而使电子元器件损坏，并且降低了热量损失，因而提高了洗衣机的使用性能。值得一提的是，与常规洗衣机相比，桶盖允许在较高温度下使用热水洗涤织物，因而增强了洗衣机的洗涤效果。

Claims (2)

1、一种沸水洗衣机，包括桶体和洗涤容器，其特征在于桶包括：
一个桶盖，包括安装在它上面的供水装置；
所述的桶盖由耐高温材料制成，并且包括以预定距离向下环绕着的内外凸出部分，凸出部分围绕着桶的上壁以形成凹槽；
所述的供水装置包括一个有预定体积的中间连接器以调节流入洗涤水的压力，供给水直接与外部水龙头相连，以及与中间连接器连接的进水器以便将洗涤水送入桶内。
2、如权利要求1的沸水洗衣机，其特征在于：采用箱式中间连接器以减轻从进水口来的洗涤水的压力。
