卫生巾是女性经期最好的贴身之物，主要的材质为棉状纸浆和高分子吸收体，一般会采用绒毛浆，但绒毛浆易反渗，保水性不是很好好而且绒毛浆种类多，原料来源广泛如二等棉或废报纸，产品本身的质量不能保证；目前市面上所销售的卫生巾大多是平面的或者边缘部位有***，首先没有根据人体私密处的外形进行设计，不能贴合皮肤，其次这样的设计也让人感觉不舒适，再者也不能保持私密处的干爽，易滋生细菌。有些女性为防止侧漏使用内置式棉条，内置式棉条在运动，外出旅行是很方便的，受到不少女性青睐，但内置式的棉条也有隐患，内置棉条在***里容易寄养细菌，引起妇科病。
如中国专利文献公开的一种吸液透气抗血无渗漏卫生巾(申请号：201610294096.6)，由亲肤干爽层、透气储液芯体层、SMS抗血拒水无纺布层及底层叠加构成；亲肤干爽层位于透气储液芯体层吸收面，SMS抗血拒水无纺布层位于透气储液芯体层的背面，底层位于SMS抗血拒水无纺布层透气面。但该吸液透气抗血无渗漏卫生巾的第3层采用SMS抗血拒水无纺布，底层位于SMS抗血拒水无纺布层透气面，因此其透气效果不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题，提出了一种吸液透气效果较好且使用较为舒适的吸液透气的卫生巾。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，由上到下依次由亲肤干爽层、吸液芯体层、透气拒水层以及呼吸棉层叠加构成，所述的透气拒水层上设有拒水透气小孔，所述的拒水透气小孔能够供气体流通且所述的拒水透气小孔阻隔液体流通。
通过亲肤干爽层位于吸液芯体层的上侧面上，通过吸液芯体层吸收液体并存储于吸液芯体层，由于透气拒水层位于吸液芯体层下侧，液体不能够从拒水透气小孔往外侧渗透，气体能够经拒水透气小孔流通，气体再通过呼吸棉层流通，实现拒水透气效果，使本吸液透气的卫生巾具有吸液透气效果较好且使用较为舒适的优点。
在上述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾中，所述的透气拒水层采用PE材料制成。透气拒水层采用PE材料制成，吸水性较差且化学性能较为稳定，具有较好的防漏效果。
在上述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾中，所述的拒水透气小孔为锥孔状，且所述的拒水透气小孔的上端直径小于下端直径。采用上述设置，使拒水透气孔上端的液体不易进入到下端，且空气能够经拒水透气孔流通，具有防漏效果以及透气效果较好的优点。
在上述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾中，所述的拒水透气小孔的截面呈弧形，且所述的拒水透气小孔的上端直径小于下端直径。采用上述设置，使拒水透气孔上端的液体不易进入到下端，且空气能够经拒水透气孔流通，及时部分液体进入到拒水透气小孔内，由于液体分子的张力，液体分子被存储在截面呈弧形的拒水透气小孔内，避免液体溢出，具有防漏效果以及透气效果较好的优点。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述，但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1至3所示，一种吸液透气的卫生巾，由上到下依次包括亲肤干爽层1、吸液芯体层2、透气拒水层3以及呼吸棉层4叠加构成，透气拒水层3采用PE材料制成，，吸水性较差且化学性能较为稳定，具有较好的防漏效果。呼吸棉层4采用无纺布制成，具有防潮透气效果较好，并使卫生巾具有质量较轻的优点。
透气拒水层3上设有锥孔状的拒水透气小孔3a，拒水透气小孔3a能够供气体流通且拒水透气小孔3a阻隔液体流通。拒水透气小孔3a为锥孔状，且拒水透气小孔3a的上端直径小于下端直径，使拒水透气孔上端的液体不易进入到下端，且空气能够经拒水透气孔流通，具有防漏效果以及透气效果较好的优点。
吸液芯体层2由上到下依次为无尘纸层一2a、高吸收树脂层一2b、膨化棉层2c、高吸收树脂层二2d以及无尘纸层二2e。吸液芯体层2采用上述五层制成，具有吸液效果较好的优点。作为优选的，无尘纸层二2e采用无纺布层替代。
通过亲肤干爽层1位于吸液芯体层2的上侧面上，通过吸液芯体层2吸收液体并存储于吸液芯体层2，由于吸液芯体层2由上到下依次为无尘纸层一2a、高吸收树脂层一2b、膨化棉层2c、高吸收树脂层二2d以及无尘纸层二2e五层结构制成，具有吸液以及储液效果较好的优点。
由于透气拒水层3位于吸液芯体层2下侧，液体不能够从锥孔状的拒水透气小孔3a往外侧渗透，气体能够经拒水透气小孔3a流通，气体再通过呼吸棉层4流通，实现拒水透气效果，使本吸液透气的卫生巾具有吸液透气效果较好且使用较为舒适的优点。呼吸棉层4采用无纺布制成，具有防潮透气效果较好，并使卫生巾具有质量较轻的优点。本一种吸液透气的卫生巾的结构同样适用于纸尿裤，采用本结构的纸尿裤，同样落入本专利的保护范围之内。

作为第四种方式，如图6所示，拒水透气小孔3a的上端口处均布有一层拒水透气绒毛5，增加了拒水透气效果，是本卫生巾具有防漏以及透气效果较好的优点。

尽管本文较多地使用了亲肤干爽层1、吸液芯体层2、无尘纸层一2a、高吸收树脂层一2b、膨化棉层2c、高吸收树脂层二2d、无尘纸层二2e、透气拒水层3、拒水透气小孔3a、呼吸棉层4、拒水透气绒毛5等术语，但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质；把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

1.一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，由上到下依次由亲肤干爽层(1)、吸液芯体层(2)、透气拒水层(3)以及呼吸棉层(4)叠加构成，所述的透气拒水层(3)上设有拒水透气小孔(3a)，所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)能够供气体流通且所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)阻隔液体流通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的透气拒水层(3)采用PE材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)为锥孔状，且所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)的上端直径小于下端直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)的截面呈弧形，且所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)的上端直径小于下端直径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)为直孔状。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的呼吸棉层(4)为无纺布制成。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的吸液芯体层(2)由上到下依次为无尘纸层一(2a)、高吸收树脂层一(2b)、膨化棉层(2c)、高吸收树脂层二(2d)以及无尘纸层二(2e)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的无尘纸层二(2e)采用无纺布层替代。
9.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的呼吸棉层(4)为无纺布制成。
10.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种吸液透气的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述的拒水透气小孔(3a)的上端口处均布有一层拒水透气绒毛(5)。
