Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用口罩用无纺布，自内向外依次包括亲肤层、吸水层、抑菌层、阻隔层、防水透气层和面层；所述亲肤层和面层均为无纺布层；所述阻隔层为树脂膜层，其上设有直径为0.1～1μm的纳微孔。本发明一种医用口罩用无纺布，通过各层的合理设计，可有效阻隔空气中的PM2.5尘埃及有毒气体，同时能够高效吸收人体呼出的水汽，还兼具抑菌杀菌的功效，对人体起到有效的保护，同时还满足舒适透气的效果，综合性能优异，市场前景广阔。

一种医用口罩用无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域，特别是涉及一种医用口罩用无纺布。
背景技术
过去医用口罩一般的结构都为两层纱网布间加一层医用棉组成，它不仅隔菌效果差，而且透气性和吸水性都比较差，佩戴者使用很不舒服。从空气污染问题突出后，医用口罩向着可以隔离PM2.5粉尘的方向发展，其厚度较好，号称8层以上。但实际上多数口罩只是增加了夹心层的厚度，不能真正起到隔离PM2.5粉尘的作用，而且关于透气性和吸水性的问题没有得到根本的改善。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种医用口罩用无纺布，能够解决现有医用口罩用无纺布材料存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种医用口罩用无纺布，自内向外依次包括亲肤层、吸水层、抑菌层、阻隔层、防水透气层和面层；所述亲肤层和面层均为无纺布层；所述阻隔层为树脂膜层，其上设有直径为0.1～1μm的纳微孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述亲肤层为细旦聚丙烯纤维纺粘无纺布层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述面层为竹纤维与细旦聚丙烯纤维的混合纺粘无纺布层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述竹纤维与细旦聚丙烯纤维的混合比例为3～5：1～2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述吸水层为由腈纶短纤维、粘胶短纤维、竹纤维和麻纤维以4～6：4～6：1：1的质量比例制成的横向纤维丝和纵向纤维丝交错布置而成，并采用针刺复合的方式固定连接为一体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述抑菌层为吸入除菌药物的活性炭结构层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述防水透气层为聚乙烯膜层，其上带有密集分布的直径透气孔，所述透气孔的直径为0.05～0.1mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述阻隔层为聚四氟乙烯膜层。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种医用口罩用无纺布，通过各层的合理设计，可有效阻隔空气中的PM2.5尘埃及有毒气体，同时能够高效吸收人体呼出的水汽，还兼具抑菌杀菌的功效，对人体起到有效的保护，同时还满足舒适透气的效果，综合性能优异，市场前景广阔。

实施例1
一种医用口罩用无纺布，自内向外依次包括亲肤层1、吸水层2、抑菌层3、阻隔层4、防水透气层5和面层6。
所述亲肤层1为细旦聚丙烯纤维纺粘无纺布层。
所述吸水层2为由腈纶短纤维、粘胶短纤维、竹纤维和麻纤维以4～6：4～6：1：1的质量比例制成的横向纤维丝和纵向纤维丝交错布置而成，并采用针刺复合的方式固定连接为一体。具有抑菌吸收双重功能。
所述抑菌层3为吸入除菌药物的活性炭结构层，还可以吸收过滤空气中的有毒气体。
所述阻隔层4为聚四氟乙烯树脂膜层，其上设有直径为0.1～1μm的纳微孔，可以有效组织PM2.5的颗粒尘埃。
所述防水透气层5为聚乙烯膜层，其上带有密集分布的直径透气孔，所述透气孔的直径为0.05～0.1mm，允许气体进出，并阻止外界水分进入。
所述面层6为竹纤维与细旦聚丙烯纤维的混合纺粘无纺布层，其中，竹纤维与细旦聚丙烯纤维的混合比例为3～5：1～2。

1.一种医用口罩用无纺布，其特征在于，自内向外依次包括亲肤层、吸水层、抑菌层、阻隔层、防水透气层和面层；所述亲肤层和面层均为无纺布层；所述阻隔层为树脂膜层，其上设有直径为0.1～1μm的纳微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用口罩用无纺布，其特征在于，所述亲肤层为细旦聚丙烯纤维纺粘无纺布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用口罩用无纺布，其特征在于，所述面层为竹纤维与细旦聚丙烯纤维的混合纺粘无纺布层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医用口罩用无纺布，其特征在于，所述竹纤维与细旦聚丙烯纤维的混合比例为3～5：1～2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医用口罩用无纺布，其特征在于，所述吸水层为由腈纶短纤维、粘胶短纤维、竹纤维和麻纤维以4～6：4～6：1：1的质量比例制成的横向纤维丝和纵向纤维丝交错布置而成，并采用针刺复合的方式固定连接为一体。
