南美白对虾由于壳薄体肥,含肉率高,肉质鲜美,营养丰富,深受消费喜爱,同时由于南美白对虾适温及适盐范围广,离水存活时间长等优点,适合我国大规模养殖。目前,我国南美白对虾养殖过程中存在养殖粗放,资源利用率低,南美白对虾发病率高,增重慢,产量低,影响了南美白对虾的养殖效益。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,充分利用养殖资源,南美白对虾发病率低,增重快,产量高,有效降低养殖风险,提高南美白对虾养殖效益。
本发明提出的一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、整理池塘:在池底铺设中砂石,保持池底平坦,对池塘进行消毒杀菌处理,并在注入清水后调节水体pH值及盐度;
S2、放苗:选取规格为0.6-1cm的南美白对虾虾苗,以5.5-6.5万尾/亩投放,养殖17-19天后投放经消毒处理的鱼进行混养;
S3、饲料管理:每天投喂饲料2-3次;
S4、日常管理:每天巡塘,观察鱼虾活动、池塘水色与透明度,适时换水及充氧,及时清理池塘杂物;
S5、虾病预防:每月泼洒1-2次消毒试剂和益生菌制剂。
优选地,S1中,砂石厚度为10-15cm,池塘水体平均深度为1.5-2m,平均深度盐度为6-12‰。
优选地,S1中,消毒杀菌处理工艺为采用暴晒、施加高锰酸钾溶液与石灰粉结合处理工艺完成,其中,高锰酸钾溶液的溶度为120-140ppm,石灰粉的施加量为65-72kg/亩。
优选地,还包括在池塘中种植菱角、狐尾藻、荇菜和睡莲,且种植密度为30-40%。
优选地,S2中,鱼由鲶鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和鲢鱼按尾数比为18-22:12-18:6-10:4-6组成,且投放规格为40-60尾/亩,鱼平均体重为400-600g。
优选地,S3中,饲料的原料按重量份包括:肉骨粉60-80份、蝇蛆粉20-40份、发酵血粉10-20份、玉米粉100-130份、红薯粉30-50份、发酵豆粕30-50份、发酵木薯渣10-25份、芝麻粉5-10份、蛋黄粉5-10份、柑橘渣5-10份、藕粉5-10份、抗菌肽0.1-0.2份、大豆卵磷脂1-2份、海藻酸钠0.8-1.6份、丝素蛋白0.5-0.9份、壳聚糖1.5-3份、低聚果糖2-4份、黄芪多糖0.5-1份、大蒜素0.2-0.6份、茶籽油2-4份。
具体实施方式中,肉骨粉的重量份还可以为62、68、70、72、75、78份,蝇蛆粉的重量份还可以为22、24、28、30、32、35、38份,发酵血粉的重量份还可以为12、14、15、16、18份,玉米粉的重量份还可以为105、110、115、120、125份,红薯粉的重量份还可以为32、35、38、40、42、45、48份,发酵豆粕的重量份还可以为32、35、38、40、42、45、48份,发酵木薯渣的重量份还可以为12、15、18、20、22、24份,芝麻粉的重量份还可以为6、7、7.5、8、8.5、9份,蛋黄粉的重量份还可以为6、7、7.5、8、8.5、9份,柑橘渣的重量份还可以为6、7、7.5、8、8.5、9份,藕粉的重量份还可以为6、7、7.5、8、8.5、9份,抗菌肽的重量份还可以为0.12、0.14、0.15、0.16、0.18份,大豆卵磷脂的重量份还可以为1.2、1.4、1.5、1.6、1.8份,海藻酸钠的重量份还可以为1、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.5份,丝素蛋白的重量份还可以为0.6、0.65、0.7、0.75、0.8份,壳聚糖的重量份还可以为1.8、2、2.2、2.5、2.8份,低聚果糖的重量份还可以为2.4、2.8、3、3.2、3.5、3.8份,黄芪多糖的重量份还可以为0.6、0.7、0.75、0.8、0.9份,大蒜素的重量份还可以为0.3、0.35、0.4、0.45、0.5份,茶籽油的重量份还可以为2.4、2.8、3、3.2、3.5、3.8份。
肉骨粉、蝇蛆粉、发酵血粉、玉米粉、红薯粉、发酵豆粕、发酵木薯渣、芝麻粉、蛋黄粉、柑橘渣、藕粉、抗菌肽、大豆卵磷脂、海藻酸钠、丝素蛋白、壳聚糖、低聚果糖、黄芪多糖、大蒜素、茶籽油。
优选地,S3中,每次投喂时间为80-100min。
优选地,S4中,消毒试剂和益生菌制剂分别在晴天泼洒,且两者之间泼洒时间超过一周。
优选地,巡塘时注意观察鱼虾活动,包括吃食情况、水质情况、有无反常行为和浮头现象,及虾壳脱壳情况。
本发明中通过优化养殖工艺,先采用暴晒、施加高锰酸钾溶液与石灰粉结合处理的方式对池塘进行消毒杀菌,消毒杀菌效果明显,有效减少池塘水生生物感染源,降低南美白对虾和鱼的发病率;养殖过程中采用混养模式,具体选取规格为0.6-1cm的南美白对虾虾苗,以5.5-6.5万尾/亩投放,养殖17-19天后投放经消毒处理的鱼进行混养,鱼为鲶鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和鲢鱼,能有效清除南美白对虾养殖过程产生的残铒、***物以及瘦弱病死虾,减少和抑制了南美白对虾细菌病及病毒病的暴发和流行,同时提高资源利用率,增强池塘调节效果,另外鱼类对水体的搅动作用,增加了底部溶解氧渗透,促进底部沉积有机物上浮和有益细菌的生长繁殖,加快有机物分解速度,避免养殖期间有机物的积累而导致水体氨氮的升高,有效改善池塘水体环境及池塘底部环境,促进鱼和南美白对虾的健康生长,同时通过混养鱼,有效增加南美白对虾活动时间,南美白对虾消食快,增重明显,有效提高南美白对虾的产量及改善虾肉品质;再种植密度为30-40%的菱角、狐尾藻、荇菜和睡莲,促进池塘水体中浮游生物的生长繁殖,丰富食物链,促进池塘生态平衡,提高资源利用率,同时为鱼虾提供适宜生存的活动场所,且通过有效吸收并处理水体中氨态氮、二氧化碳、氮、磷及某些有机分解物,防止水体富营养化,且经光合作用释放大量的氧,提高养殖池中的含氧量,与施加的益生菌制剂工艺配合,增加水体中有益菌数量,减少水体中有害菌的数量,避免鱼虾患病,且有效调节并净化水质,减少换水量,降低养殖成本,提高养殖效益;池塘中,南美白对虾、鲶鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和鲢鱼、益生菌、浮游生物、水生植物相互配合,丰富食物链,池塘中能量与物质转换效率高,池塘水体具有一定的自我调节能力,促进池塘中南美白对虾、鱼及有益菌的健康生长,有效提高南美白对虾产量及改善其品质。饲料中肉骨粉、蝇蛆粉、发酵血粉、玉米粉、红薯粉、发酵豆粕、发酵木薯渣、芝麻粉、蛋黄粉、柑橘渣、藕粉、抗菌肽、大豆卵磷脂、海藻酸钠、丝素蛋白、壳聚糖、低聚果糖、黄芪多糖、大蒜素和茶籽油相互配合,营养丰富,营养成分间实现有效互补,提高饲料营养价值,降低饵料系数,同时其适口性好,诱食效果明显,满足南美白对虾采食习性,长期食用能有效改善南美白对虾及混养鱼的体质,降低发病率,有效调节南美白对虾新陈代谢,对南美白对虾具有杀虫除菌、保肝健胃等功效,南美白对虾增重快,产量高,品质好。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、整理池塘:在池底铺设中砂石,保持池底平坦,对池塘进行消毒杀菌处理,并在注入清水后调节水体pH值及盐度;
S2、放苗:选取规格为0.6cm的南美白对虾虾苗,以6.5万尾/亩投放,养殖19天后投放经消毒处理的鱼进行混养;
S3、饲料管理:每天投喂饲料2次;
S4、日常管理:每天巡塘,观察鱼虾活动、池塘水色与透明度,适时换水及充氧,及时清理池塘杂物;
S5、虾病预防:每月泼洒1次消毒试剂和益生菌制剂。

S3中,饲料的原料按重量份包括:肉骨粉80份、蝇蛆粉20份、发酵血粉20份、玉米粉100份、红薯粉50份、发酵豆粕30份、发酵木薯渣25份、芝麻粉5份、蛋黄粉10份、柑橘渣5份、藕粉10份、抗菌肽0.1份、大豆卵磷脂2份、海藻酸钠0.8份、丝素蛋白0.9份、壳聚糖1.5份、低聚果糖4份、黄芪多糖0.5份、大蒜素0.6份、茶籽油2份;每次投喂时间为100min;
S4中,消毒试剂和益生菌制剂分别在晴天泼洒,且两者之间泼洒时间超过一周。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、整理池塘:在池底铺设中砂石,保持池底平坦,对池塘进行消毒杀菌处理,并在注入清水后调节水体pH值及盐度;
S2、放苗:选取规格为0.8cm的南美白对虾虾苗,以6万尾/亩投放,养殖18天后投放经消毒处理的鱼进行混养;
S3、饲料管理:每天投喂饲料2次;
S4、日常管理:每天巡塘,观察鱼虾活动、池塘水色与透明度,适时换水及充氧,及时清理池塘杂物;
S5、虾病预防:每月泼洒1次消毒试剂和益生菌制剂。
其中,S1中,砂石厚度为12cm,池塘水体平均深度为1.8m,平均深度盐度为10‰;消毒杀菌处理工艺为采用暴晒、施加高锰酸钾溶液与石灰粉结合处理工艺完成,其中,高锰酸钾溶液的溶度为130ppm,石灰粉的施加量为69kg/亩;
还包括在池塘中种植菱角、狐尾藻、荇菜和睡莲,且种植密度为35%;
S2中,鱼由鲶鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和鲢鱼按尾数比为20:15:8:5组成,且投放规格为48尾/亩,鱼平均体重为500g;
S3中,饲料的原料按重量份包括:肉骨粉70份、蝇蛆粉30份、发酵血粉15份、玉米粉120份、红薯粉40份、发酵豆粕40份、发酵木薯渣18份、芝麻粉8份、蛋黄粉8份、柑橘渣8份、藕粉7份、抗菌肽0.15份、大豆卵磷脂1.6份、海藻酸钠1.2份、丝素蛋白0.8份、壳聚糖2.2份、低聚果糖3.1份、黄芪多糖0.8份、大蒜素0.4份、茶籽油3份;每次投喂时间为90min;
S4中,消毒试剂和益生菌制剂分别在晴天泼洒,且两者之间泼洒时间超过一周。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、整理池塘:在池底铺设中砂石,保持池底平坦,对池塘进行消毒杀菌处理,并在注入清水后调节水体pH值及盐度;
S2、放苗:选取规格为0.9cm的南美白对虾虾苗,以5.8万尾/亩投放,养殖19天后投放经消毒处理的鱼进行混养;
S3、饲料管理:每天投喂饲料3次;
S4、日常管理:每天巡塘,观察鱼虾活动、池塘水色与透明度,适时换水及充氧,及时清理池塘杂物;
S5、虾病预防:每月泼洒1次消毒试剂和益生菌制剂。
其中,S1中,砂石厚度为15cm,池塘水体平均深度为2m,平均深度盐度为12‰;消毒杀菌处理工艺为采用暴晒、施加高锰酸钾溶液与石灰粉结合处理工艺完成,其中,高锰酸钾溶液的溶度为140ppm,石灰粉的施加量为65kg/亩;
还包括在池塘中种植菱角、狐尾藻、荇菜和睡莲,且种植密度为40%;
S2中,鱼由鲶鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和鲢鱼按尾数比为22:18:10:6组成,且投放规格为60尾/亩,鱼平均体重为400g;

其中,S1中,砂石厚度为14m,池塘水体平均深度为1.9m,平均深度盐度为10‰;消毒杀菌处理工艺为采用暴晒、施加高锰酸钾溶液与石灰粉结合处理工艺完成,其中,高锰酸钾溶液的溶度为135ppm,石灰粉的施加量为67kg/亩;
还包括在池塘中种植菱角、狐尾藻、荇菜和睡莲,且种植密度为38%;
S2中,鱼由鲶鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和鲢鱼按尾数比为22:12:6:4组成,且投放规格为44尾/亩,鱼平均体重为550g;
S3中,饲料的原料按重量份包括:肉骨粉75份、蝇蛆粉25份、发酵血粉18份、玉米粉120份、红薯粉48份、发酵豆粕45份、发酵木薯渣20份、芝麻粉8份、蛋黄粉9份、柑橘渣8.5份、藕粉6.5份、抗菌肽0.18份、大豆卵磷脂1.8份、海藻酸钠1.5份、丝素蛋白0.8份、壳聚糖2.8份、低聚果糖3.6份、黄芪多糖0.8份、大蒜素0.5份、茶籽油3.8份;每次投喂时间为85min;
S4中,消毒试剂和益生菌制剂分别在晴天泼洒,且两者之间泼洒时间超过一周。
采用本发明实施例3-5中提出的一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,在安徽省定远县某地区进行养殖,养殖结果如下表:

如上表所述,采用本发明提出的一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,得到的南美白对虾亩产量在957.5-1020.4kg之间,克服了南美白对虾内陆养殖产量低的缺陷,有效提高南美白对虾产量,表现出良好的养殖效益。

1.一种增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、整理池塘:在池底铺设中砂石,保持池底平坦,对池塘进行消毒杀菌处理,并在注入清水后调节水体pH值及盐度;
S2、放苗:选取规格为0.6-1cm的南美白对虾虾苗,以5.5-6.5万尾/亩投放,养殖17-19天后投放经消毒处理的鱼进行混养;
S3、饲料管理:每天投喂饲料2-3次;
S4、日常管理:每天巡塘,观察鱼虾活动、池塘水色与透明度,适时换水及充氧,及时清理池塘杂物;
S5、虾病预防:每月泼洒1-2次消毒试剂和益生菌制剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,其特征在于,S1中,砂石厚度为10-15cm,池塘水体平均深度为1.5-2m,平均深度盐度为6-12‰。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,其特征在于,S1中,消毒杀菌处理工艺为采用暴晒、施加高锰酸钾溶液与石灰粉结合处理工艺完成,其中,高锰酸钾溶液的溶度为120-140ppm,石灰粉的施加量为65-72kg/亩。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,其特征在于,还包括在池塘中种植菱角、狐尾藻、荇菜和睡莲,且种植密度为30-40%。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述增加南美白对虾产量的养殖方法,其特征在于,S2中,鱼由鲶鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和鲢鱼按尾数比为18-22:12-18:6-10:4-6组成,且投放规格为40-60尾/亩,鱼平均体重为400-600g。
