Description

Sunlight power generation type red tide and green tide removing device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water purifier, and more particularly, to a solar power generation type red tide and green tide removing apparatus which purifies various kinds of water such as industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, and a water source of a fresh water tank by rotating a rotary purification blade formed in a predetermined shape by using solar electric energy to guide supply of oxygen and agitation fluid.
Background
In general, water in which water circulation is not stagnant, such as reservoirs, lake water, and golf course ponds, or water in the sea, rain drainage pump farms, tap water drainage farms, water reservoirs, and rivers, is spoiled by microorganisms, but plankton flourishes due to high oxygen concentration caused by contact between surface water and the atmosphere, but when plankton grows to the limit, it dies off and accumulates on the bottom surface of water, and as a result, organic substances are rotten in deep water having a depth of 18m or less, and nutritive salts such as nitrogen and phosphorus are decomposed to generate, thereby causing water spoilage. There are problems that water quality is purified in order to use the water as drinking water, but a large amount of cost is imposed, and the value of environmental resources is greatly impaired due to the low quality of drinking water and the deterioration of reservoir and lake water.
A conventional water purification apparatus for preventing the above-described deterioration phenomenon of reservoir water, lake water, or the like is an apparatus for preventing the deterioration of water quality by circulating water desalinated in the lake water, the reservoir water, or the like, and is used by a compressor or wind power.
However, in the case of using wind power, since the windmill is freely rotated by the wind power, it is difficult to accurately reach the water bottom surface, and the power is difficult to replace and maintain itself, and much cost and time are consumed for maintenance and manufacturing, because the floater is formed integrally with the drum and the drum itself is made of a rigid material, and when the water is floated in a reservoir or other lake water and used for a long time, foreign matters are accumulated in the inlet drum pipe, and a blocking phenomenon occurs, and the power is not well transmitted to the impeller due to the foreign matters.
In order to solve the above problems, the present applicant has applied a registered water purification apparatus (registered patent nos. 10-0458940 and 10-0802633) configured to generate turbulence in a fluid staying in a reservoir, a pond, or the like, and a fluid in a river, a reservoir, or the like, and to sufficiently supply oxygen and agitate the fluid.
Registered patent No. 10-0458940, which is composed of a support frame, a motor, a rotor, and a plurality of rotating parts, wherein the support frame is connected to a floating body on both sides thereof so as to float on the water surface, and is connected and installed inside thereof so as to secure a predetermined space; the motor is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame, and a motor rotating shaft which receives the supplied power and transmits rotating force through mechanical rotating motion is arranged on one side in an extending mode; the rotor is arranged in a specified space at the inner side of the supporting frame, extends towards two ends to be provided with a rotating shaft, is connected to one end through a driving connecting device so as to transmit power from the rotating shaft of the motor, and is supported and arranged at one side of the supporting frame at the other end; and a plurality of rotating members coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the rotor and radially extending around the rotor so that a predetermined portion thereof is immersed in the water, wherein a fluid flow having a certain direction is artificially generated according to a shape of the rotating members provided to the rotating rotor, thereby generating a turbulent flow in a fluid stagnating in a reservoir, a pond, or the like, thereby sufficiently supplying oxygen and stirring the fluid, and thus obtaining an effect of improving water quality by natural purification with oxygen.
However, although the registered patent No. 10-0458940 has an advantage that the above-mentioned components are exposed to the outside and interfere with the natural environment and are easily moved to a desired place by its own power when installed in a reservoir, a pond, or the like, the registered patent No. 10-0458940 cannot maintain the installation state and is inconvenient to use and maintain because the components must be moved to a desired place by power every time the installation state is maintained.
Further, the patent document has a disadvantage that a facility for applying the normal power to the motor from the power supply device such as the peripheral power distributor is required because the normal power is driven as the power, but it is difficult to provide the water purification apparatus such that the electric wire is watertight from the power supply device to the water purification apparatus on the sea because the water purification apparatus is provided on the sea rather than on the land, and furthermore, even if the water purification apparatus is provided in the fresh water tank, the water flows and the electric wire distribution is required in consideration of the flow of the water, and therefore, the wiring work of the electric wire is very difficult, and a large amount of maintenance cost is required according to the use of the normal power.

(III) advantageous effects
The solar power generation type red tide and green tide removing apparatus of the present invention has advantages that the flow of water is forcibly generated by the rotation of the purification blade formed in a predetermined shape, in the process, the turbulence is generated in the fluid stored in the purification facility, the reservoir or the pond, and the water quality is purified by sufficiently supplying oxygen and the agitation fluid, and particularly, the electric energy generated by the solar power generation is used as the driving source of the purification blade, thereby operating with less cost, and in order to improve the efficiency of the solar power generation, the solar panel of the solar power generation part is maintained in the south direction, and the position of the purification blade is changed to be arranged to match the flow direction of the water, thereby improving the efficiency of the water quality purification, and the electric energy of the solar power generation is not required to be stored in a separate storage battery and supplied to the load, thereby saving the cost caused by the use of the storage battery, a large number of OH-free radicals are produced to remove red and green tides in a relatively fast time, thereby improving reliability as a water purification technique.
Further, the nano bubble generator improves the water purification rate by the nano bubbles generated by the nano bubble generator, and also has an effect of saving costs by driving the nano bubble generator using the photovoltaic power as a driving source.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the solar power generation type red and green tide removing apparatus 100 of the present invention includes: a main frame 10; a floating body 20 for floating the main frame 10 on the water surface; a water quality purifying part 30 installed on the main frame 10 and removing red tide and green tide by purifying the blade; the solar power generation unit 40 generates electric power using solar energy as electric energy, and supplies the generated electric energy to the water purification unit 30.
The main frame 10 provides a space for installing the floating body 20, the water purifying part 30, and the solar power generating part 40, and is divided into, for example, a first frame part (solar panel mounting part) 11 for installing the solar power generating part 40 and a second frame part (purifying part mounting part) 12 for installing the water purifying part 30.
The first and second frame members (11, 12) can be integrated by being separated only depending on the installation target, i.e., the solar power generation section 40 and the water purification section 30, and can be assembled after being formed as separate products so that the first and second frame members (11, 12) can be freely shared.
The first frame portion 11 has a substantially rectangular frame shape when viewed from a plane, in accordance with the structure of the solar power generation unit 40.
Preferably, the second frame part 12 has a circular rim (rim) structure (a closed loop shape, a partially opened loop shape, or the like) so that the direction change of the water purifying part 30 can be performed. That is, in the present invention, the solar power generation units 40 are arranged at the irradiation position of the sunlight, and the water purification unit 30 can be switched in the direction of the second frame unit 12 so as to freely change the purification direction of the water, and this will be described in detail below.
The floating body 20 is a tub structure filled with fluid (air, water, etc.) therein, and floats itself and the assembly of the main frame 10 on the water surface by the fluid therein.
Preferably, the floating body 20 forms an inflow part/a discharge part for flowing and discharging fluid into and from an internal space so as to smoothly circulate water by the rotation of the purification blades 34 of the water purification part 30, and a water pump; the water pump is used to inflow and discharge fluid, and thus, the floating water level is adjusted by adjusting the amount of water of the fluid, thereby setting the purification blades 34 at an optimal height to match the site conditions.
The floating body 20 is not limited to the water amount and the position shown in the drawings, and can be variously modified.
The water purification unit 30 includes a purification unit frame 31, a motor 32, a rotary shaft 33, and purification blades 34.
The purification part frame 31 provides an installation space for the motor 32, the rotation shaft 33 and the purification blades 34, and is used for installing the purification part frame on the main frame 10. the position of the solar power generation part 40 is arranged according to the irradiation direction of the sunlight, and the motor 32, the rotation shaft 33 and the purification blades 34 are installed through the purification part frame 31, so that the direction of the water formed by passing through the water purification part 30 is matched, namely, the direction of the water purification part 30 and the direction of the solar power generation part 40 can be changed independently.
The purification unit frame 31 is manufactured and used in various shapes such as a square frame and a circular frame shown in the drawings by assembling various materials such as a square tube.
The water purifying unit 30 is provided on the second frame part 12 of the main frame 10 via the purifying unit frame 31, and is provided as follows so as to be switchable in direction as described above.
As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of coupling holes 13 are formed in the second frame part 12 at regular intervals in the circumferential direction and vertically penetrate, a coupling hole 35 communicating with the coupling hole 13 is formed in the edge part of the purification part frame 31, and the purification part frame 31 is installed in the second frame part 12 by connecting coupling means 14 (bolts, nuts, pins, etc.) in a state where the plurality of coupling holes (13, 35) are aligned, and at this time, the number of coupling holes 13 of the second frame part 12 is formed to be larger than the number of coupling holes 35 of the purification part frame 31, so that the direction change of the purification part frame 31 can be performed.
As shown in fig. 6, another method is to form a circular rail 15 on the second frame part 12, form a plurality of coupling holes 13 (for example, through holes) in the rail 15 along the circumferential direction, insert the purge part frame 31 into the rail 15 in a rotatable manner, change the direction of the purge part frame 31 by rotating, and then couple the coupling means 14 to the coupling holes (13, 35) to fix the purge part frame 31 to the second frame part 12.
The rail 15 has a jaw formed at an edge portion thereof as shown in the drawing, and thus can support the purification unit frame 31 without slipping off, and includes all structures capable of performing functions equivalent thereto.
The shape of fig. 5 has no structure for guiding the rotation of the purification unit frame 31, and thus it is difficult to perform the work of keeping the coupling holes (13, 35) in alignment, and the purification unit frame 31 must be pulled up by a crane or a plurality of workers, but the shape of fig. 6 has an advantage that the purification unit frame 31 is rotated and moved by the rail 15, and thus a worker can change the direction of the purification unit frame 31 without using a crane.
The plurality of rollers are formed so that frictional resistance generated by contact at the bottom of the purification section frame 31 and more than one side of the circumferential portion is reduced, and the direction change of the purification section frame 31 is easily performed.
In this case, it is preferable that the purification section frame 31 is a circular frame.
The motor 32 is provided in the cleaning section frame 31 together with the rotating body [ an assembly of the rotating shaft 33 and the cleaning blade 34 ] and is attached through a waterproof case.
The waterproof case is provided to the purification unit frame 31 by welding, bolting, or the like, and is preferably of an open-close type (for example, a case body fixed to the purification unit frame 31 and opened at an upper portion of the internal motor 32, and a cover for opening and closing an upper portion of the case body) in order to maintain and replace the internal motor 32.
The rotating shaft 33 is directly connected to a drive shaft of the motor 32, for example, by a spring on one side, and is rotatably supported by the purge section frame 31 through a bearing on the other side.
The motor 32 and the rotary shaft 33 may be indirectly drivingly connected to each other by a power transmission member (such as a chain or a timing belt) instead of being drivingly connected to each other.
The cleaning blades 34 are formed in a v-shape or a u-shape in cross section, are radially arranged around the rotation shaft 33, are coupled in plural numbers so as to form a spiral shape in the longitudinal direction at the outer circumference of the center of the rotation shaft 33, and are arranged so that the spiral shape is arranged at a certain angle with respect to the rotation center of the rotation shaft 33.
Or the cleaning blades 34 are disposed radially with the rotating shaft 33 as the center, and are combined in a spiral shape in the longitudinal direction on the outer circumference of the center of the rotating shaft 33, and are disposed so that the spiral arrangement is separated by a certain angle with the rotating center of the rotating shaft 33 as the reference.
The purge vane 34 may be formed directly on the rotary shaft 33, but may be formed on a central circumferential portion of another cylindrical shape coupled to the circumferential portion of the rotary shaft 33 for manufacturing and maintenance.
In the drawings, the motor 32 is shown as being aligned with the rotation shaft 33 and the cleaning blade 34 in one direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the forward motor and the reverse motor are applied to both sides, and the forward rotation shaft and the reverse rotation shaft are connected to the forward motor and the reverse motor, respectively, so that the cleaning blade in the forward direction and the reverse direction can be configured.
The solar power generation unit 40 includes: a solar panel 41 that generates solar energy as electric energy; brackets (42, 43) for mounting the solar panel 41 to the first frame part 11 of the main frame 10; the controller 44 converts the electric energy generated by the solar panel 41 and applies the converted electric energy to the motor 32 of the water purifying part 30.
The solar panels 41 are manufactured in different numbers according to the amount of solar power generation.
The supports (42, 43) stand between the first frame part 11 of the main frame 10 and the solar panel 41, and the upper part is connected to the bottom of the solar panel 41, and the bottom is connected to the first frame part 11 of the main frame 10 to support the solar panel 41, and the solar panel 41 is divided into front and rear supports (42, 43) so as to be inclined in accordance with the irradiation angle of sunlight.
For example, the solar panel 41 is inclined forward (sun) by setting the height of the front bracket 42 lower than the height of the rear bracket 43.
The irradiation angle of sunlight is different according to seasons, and the solar panel 41 is configured so that the installation angle is adjusted to match the irradiation angle of sunlight formed according to seasons or the like, and the solar panel can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the front and rear brackets (42, 43).
For example, the front and rear brackets (42, 43) are respectively formed in such a manner that two kinds of tubes having different diameters are extendable and retractable, a height adjusting hole is formed in one of the tubes at the other end, a coupling hole communicating with the height adjusting hole is formed in the other tube, and a height is adjusted by coupling a height adjusting hole selected from the plurality of height adjusting holes to the coupling hole using a coupling tool.
In view of preventing damage to the solar panel 41 and assembling performance, it is preferable that the front and rear brackets (42, 43) be connected to the bottom of the plurality of solar panels 41 and to a frame integrating the plurality of solar panels 41, as compared to the case where the front and rear brackets (42, 43) are directly connected to the bottom of the solar panel 41.
The controller 44 converts an AC power (alternating current power) generated by the solar panel 41 into a DC power (direct current power) for driving the motor 32, and directly applies the DC power to the motor 32 without a battery.
The red tide and green tide removing device of the present invention can remove the red tide and green tide even if it is started only during the solar power generation, so that the electric energy generated by the solar panel 41 is not stored in the battery and is directly used as the power source of the motor 32, thereby saving the cost of using the battery and elements such as the inverter.
According to the above-described feature, since the solar panel 41 for generating the capacity of the electric power for driving the motor 32 is used, there is also an effect of saving the cost accordingly.
The controller 44 is provided to the front and rear brackets (42, 43) or the main frame 10 via a control box which is designed to be rainproof so as to be resistant to humidity.
Contrary to the description up to now, the direction of the water purifying part 30 is fixed in accordance with the shape of the reservoir and the water flow, and the solar panel 41 can be moved to the irradiation position of the sunlight by the tracking sensor, but the device for moving the sunlight tracking sensor and the solar panel 41 is very expensive and complicated, and thus it is difficult to implement the present invention.
The present invention includes a nano-bubble generator 50 for purifying water by nano-bubbles (or a micro-bubble generator) together with water purification by the purification blade 34.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the nanobubble 50 includes: a housing 51 having an accommodating space therein; an air pipe 52 connecting the inside and outside of the case 51, whereby an inflow end outside the case 51 corresponds to air; a motor 53 provided inside the housing 51 and driven by electric energy generated by the solar power generation unit 40; the injector 54 is disposed in the water at one discharge end connected to the air pipe 52 and the motor 52, and mixes the air and the water to inject the nano bubbles into the water when the motor 53 is operated.
The housing 51 is constructed to be watertight so that the motor 53 inside is not erroneously operated or damaged by moisture.
The nanobubble 50 replaces a common power source due to the electric power generated by the motor 53 using the sunlight, and thus, the problem occurring when the common power source is used can be solved by using the motor 53 instead of using a submersible motor, thereby greatly reducing the cost and reducing the erroneous operation.
To explain the water purification by the nanobubble 50, the electric power generated by the solar power generation part 40 is applied to the motor 53 to drive the motor 53, and the injector 54 mixes the air and water flowing in through the air tube 52 communicating with the outside to form nanobubbles (active microbubbles). The nano bubbles (active micro bubbles) generated in the injector 54 are injected into the water through an injection tube connected to the injector 54. At this time, the nano bubbles (active microbubbles) supplied to the water hold a large amount of air in the water to purify the ionized air, and the nano bubbles (active microbubbles) have electric charges and easily adhere to pollutants in the water to purify the water.
The present invention can be applied to an ozone sterilization device so as to enable sterilization by ozone. The ozone sterilization device comprises: an ozone generator that generates ozone; an ozone supply pipe for supplying ozone generated by the ozone generator; and an ozone injection pipe connected to the ozone supply pipe and injecting ozone through a plurality of ozone nozzles. The ozone sterilizer is also activated by using electric energy generated by solar power generation as a driving source.
The present invention is basically based on the use of electric energy generated by the solar power generation unit 40, but can be started up as needed using a common power supply to purify water even in the case where solar power generation is difficult as in the plum rain season.
For this purpose, as shown in fig. 8, the solar power generation section 40 includes: a detector 60 (current detector, voltage detector) that detects electric energy generated by the solar panel 41; a comparator 61 that compares the electric energy detected by the detector with reference electric energy [ stored in a memory as electric energy required for driving of the motor 32 ]; the conversion unit 62 connects the motor 32 and the normal power supply when the current detection value is smaller than the reference value, and connects the motor 32 and the solar power generation unit 40 when the current detection value is larger than the reference value, based on the comparison of the comparator 61.
The structure as described above is also applicable to the motor 53 of the nanobubble 50.
The solar power generation type red tide and green tide removing apparatus according to the present invention is installed to float on the water surface by the floating body 20, but is not moved by the flow of water and is installed as follows to maintain the installed position.
