本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
螃蟹因其营养高、味道鲜美而深受消费者青睐。随着生活水平的提高,螃蟹的消费也是日益增长。池塘养殖螃蟹成为农民朋友的致富好门路。螃蟹一般居住在较为潮湿的环境内,对于生长环境的水质有较高的要求,养殖螃蟹时应对养殖环境的水质做好清洁工作。
螃蟹养殖中常遇到的病害有病毒型、细菌真菌型、寄生虫型。感染真菌、细菌性疾病,螃蟹附肢出现斑点性腐烂,斑点由黄变黑,最后腐蚀成洞,有的腹部水肿,外壳长毛。病毒在水中的传播分为垂直传播和水平传播两种方式,抗生素的高频率使用使病毒的耐药性大大提高,在螃蟹体内形成药物残留也会影响螃蟹的养殖。对于寄生虫,常见的有聚缩虫、蟹奴虫等。一般在鳃部和腹部寄生,影响生长,直至死亡。
这些病害极大影响了螃蟹的产量及螃蟹质量,因而大量使用醛类、季铵盐、卤素类消毒剂,常由于药物不稳定不仅影响防效,导致抗药性,带来食品安全,还污染水体,影响二次养殖。
发明内容
本发明为了克服以上技术问题,提供了一种螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂及其制备方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,包括以下质量份原料:白芷20-100份、板栗10-80份、新鲜麦芽20-80份、山竹壳30-80份、枇杷核20-70份。
进一步,所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,包括以下质量份原料:白芷70-75份、板栗50-60份、新鲜麦芽50-55份、山竹壳40-45份、枇杷核30-40份。
进一步,所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,包括以下制备步骤:
1)白芷粉碎,加入等质量的溶液1混合,50-55℃放置20-30min,冰上放置50-60min,高压处理,得料1,加入2-3倍料1质量的清水,40-45KHz的超声频率提取40-45min,过滤,得提取液1;
2)麦芽捣碎,加入到提取液1中,60-70℃浸泡2-3h,过滤,得提取液2;
3)板栗、山竹壳、枇杷核粉碎,60-70℃烘制40-50min,50-55℃、按质量比1:3-5浸泡于溶液2中40-50min,得料2,加入18.4-19.5倍的溶液3,微波提取,过滤,滤液减压回流回收溶剂,得提取液3;
4)提取液2与提取液3混合,加入碱液搅拌、过滤,滤液中加入2-3倍乙醇,-10~-20℃静置30-40min,解冻后,冻干,得粉末1,既得;
其中,所述的碱液为0.6-1.0mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
进一步,所述的溶液1,为海藻、蚕蛹按照质量比3-5:5-7混合,加入等质量的清水,得料3,接种0.8-1.0%料3质量的乳酸菌、35-37℃发酵20-25h,得发酵料,过滤,滤液中加入盐酸溶液,30-40r/min、35-40℃搅拌1-2h,过滤,既得溶液1;
其中所述的盐酸溶液,是pH=5.6-6.4,甘油体积分数为7%-10%。
进一步,所述的高压出理,是在2.5-3.0MPa、300-350℃下处理5-8min。
进一步,所述的溶液2,为玉米须、石榴籽按等质量混合粉碎、加入3-4倍清水80-85℃回流提取2-3h,回流提取液中加入3-5%醋酸溶液既得。
进一步,所述的溶液3,是乙醇、丙二醇、水按照体积比20-22:3-5:8-12混合既得。
进一步,所述的微波提取,是在微波功率为800-860w条件下提取10-12min。
有益效果,本发明的药剂,通过最优配比,及特殊的制备方法,可以有效的抑制螃蟹养殖中所遇到的病虫害,保证了螃蟹的存活率,其存活率高达72.5%,远高于药剂对照组52.6%,同时提高了螃蟹的产量,产量达到111.4kg/亩。此外,由于本发明所使用的药剂不仅价格低廉,且安全无毒,提高产量的同时,也保护了环境卫生,不影响二次养殖。

实施例1-6的制备方法如下所示,对于没有的原料,不加入制备即可:
所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,包括以下制备步骤:
1)白芷粉碎,加入等质量的溶液1混合,50℃放置20min,冰上放置50min,高压处理,得料1,加入2倍料1质量的清水,40KHz的超声频率提取40min,过滤,得提取液1;
2)麦芽捣碎,加入到提取液1中,60℃浸泡2h,过滤,得提取液2;
3)板栗、山竹壳、枇杷核粉碎,60℃烘制40min,50℃、按质量比1:3浸泡于溶液2中40min,得料2,加入18.4倍的溶液3,微波提取,过滤,滤液减压回流回收溶剂,得提取液3;
4)提取液2与提取液3混合,加入碱液搅拌、过滤,滤液中加入2倍乙醇,-10℃静置30min,解冻后,冻干,得粉末1,既得;
其中,所述的碱液为0.6mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液。

实验例
1、螃蟹养殖情况
按照实施例1-9的方法制备螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,同时按照申请号CN201611030299.0《一种螃蟹养殖专用消毒剂的制备方法》进行制备,作为对照组。
实验方法:搭建12个相同的池塘,每个占地面积1亩,按照相同的办法养殖螃蟹,其中1-9号池塘施用实施例1-9制备的药剂,亩用量为30kg,10号施用对照组制备的药剂,亩用量为50kg,11号施用已有的药剂,即为二溴海因,12号为空白对照不施用任何药剂。12个池塘施药次数相同,饲养结束后,统计每一个实施例的螃蟹产量及存活率,结果如表2所示。

由表2可知,本发明的药剂,通过最优配比,及特殊的制备方法,可以有效的抑制螃蟹养殖中所遇到的病虫害,保证了螃蟹的存活率,其存活率高达72.5%,远高于药剂对照组52.6%,同时提高了螃蟹的产量,产量达到111.4kg/亩。此外,由于本发明所使用的药剂不仅价格低廉,且安全无毒,提高产量的同时,也保护了环境卫生,不影响二次养殖。

2.如权利要求1所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,包括以下质量份原料:白芷70-75份、板栗50-60份、新鲜麦芽50-55份、山竹壳40-45份、枇杷核30-40份。
3.如权利要求1所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)白芷粉碎,加入等质量的溶液1混合,50-55℃放置20-30min,冰上放置50-60min,高压处理,得料1,加入2-3倍料1质量的清水,40-45KHz的超声频率提取40-45min,过滤,得提取液1;
2)麦芽捣碎,加入到提取液1中,60-70℃浸泡2-3h,过滤,得提取液2;
3)板栗、山竹壳、枇杷核粉碎,60-70℃烘制40-50min,50-55℃、按质量比1:3-5浸泡于溶液2中40-50min,得料2,加入18.4-19.5倍的溶液3,微波提取,过滤,滤液减压回流回收溶剂,得提取液3;
4)提取液2与提取液3混合,加入碱液搅拌、过滤,滤液中加入2-3倍乙醇,-10~-20℃静置30-40min,解冻后,冻干,得粉末1,既得;
其中,所述的碱液为0.6-1.0mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
4.如权利要求3所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,所述的溶液1,为海藻、蚕蛹按照质量比3-5:5-7混合,加入等质量的清水,得料3,接种0.8-1.0%料3质量的乳酸菌、35-37℃发酵20-25h,得发酵料,过滤,滤液中加入盐酸溶液,30-40r/min、35-40℃搅拌1-2h,过滤,既得溶液1;
其中所述的盐酸溶液,是pH=5.6-6.4,甘油体积分数为7%-10%。
5.如权利要求3所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,所述的高压出理,是在2.5-3.0MPa、300-350℃下处理5-8min。
6.如权利要求3所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,所述的溶液2,为玉米须、石榴籽按等质量混合粉碎、加入3-4倍清水80-85℃回流提取2-3h,回流提取液中加入3-5%醋酸溶液既得。
7.如权利要求3所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,所述的溶液3,是乙醇、丙二醇、水按照体积比20-22:3-5:8-12混合既得。
8.如权利要求3所述的螃蟹养殖病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,所述的微波提取,是在微波功率为800-860w条件下提取10-12min。
