Technical Field

Background
In the unconventional reservoir fracturing process, because slickwater is required to carry sand for fracturing, a lot of fracturing sand is inevitably remained in the well. The construction working condition of the pressurized perforation is complex, and particularly, in the cable lifting process, sealing grease can wrap fracturing sand to enter the choke tube along the cable; along with the continuous accumulation of the fracturing sand, the adverse phenomenon of sand blocking the cable in the choke tube can be caused. It is noted that if the choke tube sand-blocking cable processing method is not proper, the cable is further broken, and the cable falls into the well, etc. extreme accidents occur. However, the inventor finds that in the research process, technicians do not have a proper disposal device when processing choke tube sand-blocked cables, so that cable blowout preventers are required to be closed during processing; the reliability of the blowout preventer is affected to a certain extent when the blowout preventer is opened and closed each time, the risk of out-of-control of a wellhead exists, and safety accidents are easily caused by improper disposal; in addition, the excessive downtime has an effect on the progress of the construction.

When the jar can not unclamp the choke tube, the choke tube clamp, the choke tube jacket clamp and the screw rod are required to cooperate to realize unclamp. Specifically, firstly, fastening a choke tube clamp to enable the choke tube clamp to be tightly connected with a choke tube; then fastening the choke tube jacket clamp to tightly connect the choke tube jacket clamp with the choke tube jacket; and then, uniformly screwing in nuts for the choke tube clamps at two ends of the screw rod and nuts for the choke tube jacket clamps, and removing the blocked state of the choke tube by utilizing the tension provided by the screw rod, so that the cable and dirt accumulated in the choke tube can be cleaned. If the choke tube is blocked outside the multistage choke tube, the device can be used for circularly releasing the choke.
