本发明公开了一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料的制备方法,首先制备作为基层的布料层,取用原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;然后按照质量分数计取用聚醋酸乙烯乳液、硫化钠、钛白粉和复合消泡剂作为涂料层原料,将原材料持续搅拌20‑25min即得到涂料;将薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒备用;然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;本发明通过设有四层结构能够提高较好的防水效果,并且通过在涂料层上设有的薄膜层能够防止涂料在长期使用后磨损较多。

服装以面料制作而成,面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。呈现出自身的高贵完美,手感柔软。现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点防水透气面料的主要功能有:防水,透湿,透气,绝缘,防风,保暖。从制作工艺上讲,防水透气面料的技术要求要比一般的防水面料高的多;同时从品质上来看,防水透气面料也具有其他防水面料所不具备的功能性特点。防水透气面料在加强布料气密性、水密性的同时,其独特的透汽性能,可使结构内部水汽迅速排出,避免结构孳生霉菌,并保持人体始终干爽,完美解决了透气与防风,防水,保暖等问题,是一种健康环保的新型面料。真正的防水面料长期处于潮湿的气候环境中也能经得住渗水压力,不渗水。比如长时间地在风雨交加的户外行走,跪或坐在潮湿的地面,都不会渗水。在水汽的状态下,水颗粒非常细小,根据毛细运动的原理,可以顺利渗透到毛细管到另一侧,从而发生透汽现象。当水汽冷凝变成水珠后,颗粒变大,由于水珠表面张力的作用(水分子之间互相“拉扯抗衡”),水分子就不能顺利脱离水珠渗透到另一侧,也就是防止了水的渗透发生,使透汽膜有了防水的功能。
现有的户外衣物面料通常具备一定的防水效果,但是其材质较为轻薄,导致其结构强度较低,在长期的户外活动中会造成衣物表面出现破损的问题,而且采用多层面料的户外衣物着色单一,为了满足功能性需求从而导致其表面无法附着较为立体的涂料层结构。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中结构强度较差且无法在表面喷涂复杂涂料的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种通过合理设置达到较高强度且还通过多层材料将涂料层保护起来使其稳定的附着在布料层表面的衣物面料布料的制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A1.首先制备作为基层的布料层,按照质量分数计取用50-75%的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维、20-40%的聚四氟乙烯纤维和20-35%的聚氨酯弹性纤维作为原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;
A2.然后按照质量分数计取用聚醋酸乙烯乳液40-60%、硫化钠15-25%、钛白粉10-15%和复合消泡剂10-20%作为涂料层原料,先将复合消泡剂按照质量分数比例倒入聚醋酸乙烯乳液中进行加热搅拌10-20min,然后再向其混合液中加入硫化钠和钛白粉并持续搅拌20-25min即得到涂料;
A3.按照质量分数计取用双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂40-60%、对苯二甲醇醚酯30-40%和过氯乙烯树脂20-35%作为薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒备用;
A4.然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;
A5.再以质量分数计选取氯丁橡胶45-85%、溴化钠8-16%和丙酮20-30%作为压胶层的原材料进行熔融共聚得到改性氯丁橡胶并通过烫金工艺贴合在布料层设有涂料层相对一侧面上形成压胶层,从而得到衣物面料。
进一步地,所述步骤A1中混纺成纱为60-80支,并将得到的混纺纱按照95*60的纱织密度进行纺织成布料层。
进一步地,所述步骤A2中具体在140-175℃的条件下进行聚醋酸乙烯乳液的加热搅拌过程。
进一步地,所述步骤A3中中造粒挤出温度范围为120-145℃;造粒挤出机前端温度为120-125℃,中端温度140-145℃,后端为135-138℃。
进一步地,所述步骤A5中的烫金工艺为塑料冷烫金工艺。冷烫金技术是近年来欧美印刷行业中的高科技成果。它打破了传统烫金依靠热压转移电化铝箔的传统工艺,而使用一种全新的的概念——冷压技术来转移电化箔。冷烫金技术不仅解决了许多印刷行业过去难以解决的工艺问题,而且更重要的是节约了能源,并避免了制作金属印版过程中对环境产生的污染。将冷烫金技术用于在窄幅轮转印刷机上印刷不干胶材料时,只需在原有设备上附加一些装置即可。以下介绍了冷烫金的工艺流程原理及其附加设备等情况。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
本发明的方法通过合理控制各反应物之间的配比,合理控制反应条件而制备出一种适高强度且具有较好防水效果的衣物面料,本发明的防水基层为表面覆盖的薄膜层和内部的压胶层得到的固化物,耐湿性优异,并且抗冲击性等机械特性也优异的性能,粘接性能好,耐久性能好,且制备方法简单易行,适合工业化生产力。
具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例。
实施例1:
本实施例的一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料,以布料层为基层,并在布料层一侧设有用来增加观感的涂料层,并在涂料层上覆盖有用来保持涂料层长期使用稳定附着在布料层上的薄膜层;在布料层另一侧设有采用烫金工艺贴合在布料层表面的压胶层,其中每层材料的具体配方如下:布料层:包括以质量分数计的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维50-75%、聚四氟乙烯纤维20-40%和聚氨酯弹性纤维20-35%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的聚醋酸乙烯乳液40-60%、硫化钠15-25%、钛白粉10-15%和复合消泡剂10-20%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂40-60%、对苯二甲醇醚酯30-40%和过氯乙烯树脂20-35%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的氯丁橡胶45-85%、溴化钠8-16%和丙酮20-30%。
本发明的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)布料层的制备:首先制备作为基层的布料层,按照质量分数计取用的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和聚氨酯弹性纤维作为原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;其中混纺成纱为60-80支,并将得到的混纺纱按照95*60的纱织密度进行纺织成布料层。
(2)然后按照质量分数计取用聚醋酸乙烯乳液、硫化钠、钛白粉10-15%和复合消泡剂作为涂料层原料,先将复合消泡剂按照质量分数比例倒入聚醋酸乙烯乳液中进行加热搅拌10-20min,然后再向其混合液中加入硫化钠和钛白粉并持续搅拌20-25min即得到涂料;其中具体在140-175℃的条件下进行聚醋酸乙烯乳液的加热搅拌过程。
(3)按照质量分数计取用双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂、对苯二甲醇醚酯和过氯乙烯树脂作为薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒备用;其中造粒挤出温度范围为120-145℃;造粒挤出机前端温度为120-125℃,中端温度140-145℃,后端为135-138℃。
(4)然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;
(5)再以质量分数计选取氯丁橡胶、溴化钠和丙酮作为压胶层的原材料进行熔融共聚得到改性氯丁橡胶并通过烫金工艺贴合在布料层设有涂料层相对一侧面上形成压胶层,从而得到衣物面料。
实施例2:
本实施例是在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步地限定,包括以质量分数计的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维60%、聚四氟乙烯纤维20%和聚氨酯弹性纤维20%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的聚醋酸乙烯乳液55%、硫化钠15%、钛白粉15%和复合消泡剂15%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂50%、对苯二甲醇醚酯30%和过氯乙烯树脂20%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的氯丁橡胶70%、溴化钠9%和丙酮21%。本实施例的其他部分与上述实施例相同,不再赘述。
实施例3:
本实施例是在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步地限定,所述包括以质量分数计的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维50%、聚四氟乙烯纤维25%和聚氨酯弹性纤维25%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的聚醋酸乙烯乳液40%、硫化钠25%、钛白粉15%和复合消泡剂20%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂45%、对苯二甲醇醚酯35%和过氯乙烯树脂20%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的氯丁橡胶58%、溴化钠12%和丙酮30%。本实施例的其他部分与上述实施例相同,不再赘述。
实施例4:
本实施例是在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步地限定,所述包括以质量分数计的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维59%、聚四氟乙烯纤维17%和聚氨酯弹性纤维23%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的聚醋酸乙烯乳液56%、硫化钠16%、钛白粉14%和复合消泡剂14%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂42%、对苯二甲醇醚酯34%和过氯乙烯树脂23%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的氯丁橡胶66%、溴化钠9%和丙酮25%。本实施例的其他部分与上述实施例相同,不再赘述。
实施例4:
本实施例是在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步地限定其制备方法,具体步骤为:(1)布料层的制备:首先制备作为基层的布料层,按照质量分数计取用的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和聚氨酯弹性纤维作为原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;其中混纺成纱为70支,并将得到的混纺纱按照95*60的纱织密度进行纺织成布料层。(2)然后按照质量分数计取用聚醋酸乙烯乳液、硫化钠、钛白粉10-15%和复合消泡剂作为涂料层原料,先将复合消泡剂按照质量分数比例倒入聚醋酸乙烯乳液中进行加热搅拌15min,然后再向其混合液中加入硫化钠和钛白粉并持续搅拌24min即得到涂料;其中具体在156℃的条件下进行聚醋酸乙烯乳液的加热搅拌过程。(3)按照质量分数计取用双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂、对苯二甲醇醚酯和过氯乙烯树脂作为薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒备用;其中造粒挤出温度范围为120-145℃;造粒挤出机前端温度为120℃,中端温度140℃,后端为138℃;(4)然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;(5)再以质量分数计选取氯丁橡胶、溴化钠和丙酮作为压胶层的原材料进行熔融共聚得到改性氯丁橡胶并通过烫金工艺贴合在布料层设有涂料层相对一侧面上形成压胶层,从而得到衣物面料。
实施例5:
本实施例是在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步地限定其制备方法,具体步骤为:(1)布料层的制备:首先制备作为基层的布料层,按照质量分数计取用的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和聚氨酯弹性纤维作为原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;其中混纺成纱为70支,并将得到的混纺纱按照95*60的纱织密度进行纺织成布料层。(2)然后按照质量分数计取用聚醋酸乙烯乳液、硫化钠、钛白粉10-15%和复合消泡剂作为涂料层原料,先将复合消泡剂按照质量分数比例倒入聚醋酸乙烯乳液中进行加热搅拌17min,然后再向其混合液中加入硫化钠和钛白粉并持续搅拌22min即得到涂料;其中具体在155℃的条件下进行聚醋酸乙烯乳液的加热搅拌过程;(3)按照质量分数计取用双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂、对苯二甲醇醚酯和过氯乙烯树脂作为薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒备用;其中造粒挤出温度范围为120-145℃;造粒挤出机前端温度为124℃,中端温度145℃,后端为136℃;(4)然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;(5)再以质量分数计选取氯丁橡胶、溴化钠和丙酮作为压胶层的原材料进行熔融共聚得到改性氯丁橡胶并通过烫金工艺贴合在布料层设有涂料层相对一侧面上形成压胶层,从而得到衣物面料。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
A1.首先制备作为基层的布料层,按照质量分数计取用50-75%的1,2-环己基二甲酸二甲酯纤维、20-40%的聚四氟乙烯纤维和20-35%的聚氨酯弹性纤维作为原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;
A2.然后按照质量分数计取用聚醋酸乙烯乳液40-60%、硫化钠15-25%、钛白粉10-15%和复合消泡剂10-20%作为涂料层原料,先将复合消泡剂按照质量分数比例倒入聚醋酸乙烯乳液中进行加热搅拌10-20min,然后再向其混合液中加入硫化钠和钛白粉并持续搅拌20-25min即得到涂料;
A3.按照质量分数计取用双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂40-60%、对苯二甲醇醚酯30-40%和过氯乙烯树脂20-35%作为薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒备用;
A4.然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的双酚A型不饱和聚酯树脂颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;
A5.再以质量分数计选取氯丁橡胶45-85%、溴化钠8-16%和丙酮20-30%作为压胶层的原材料进行熔融共聚得到改性氯丁橡胶并通过烫金工艺贴合在布料层设有涂料层相对一侧面上形成压胶层,从而得到衣物面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A1中混纺成纱为60-80支,并将得到的混纺纱按照95*60的纱织密度进行纺织成布料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A2中具体在140-175℃的条件下进行聚醋酸乙烯乳液的加热搅拌过程。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A3中中造粒挤出温度范围为120-145℃;造粒挤出机前端温度为120-125℃,中端温度140-145℃,后端为135-138℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有立体涂料层的衣服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A5中的烫金工艺为塑料冷烫金工艺。
