本发明公开了一种新型环保胶带,所述新型环保杀菌胶带自上而下包括:杀菌层、纤维层、基布层、胶粘层,所述纤维层为聚乳酸纤维,所述基布层为聚氨酯纤维布,所述聚乳酸纤维压合在杀菌层和所述聚氨酯纤维布中间,并与第四胶粘层结合为一体,所述胶粘层是由聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔,压合在聚氨酯纤维布的最下面,通过胶粘剂粘合为一体。本发明具有如下优点:1)通过聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔的使用,有效的降低了胶粘的污染性,提高环保。2)通过纤维层上复合杀菌层,有效的提高胶带的粘合性,降解胶带上的细菌,其使用简单方便,对身体无伤害。

一种新型环保杀菌胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,特别是涉及一种新型环保杀菌胶带。
背景技术
随着我国经济持续发展,工程机械的不断增加,对于胶带的需求量越大,人们对生活的要求也越来越高,胶带封装在箱体等物品上,大部分都是采用透明胶带,这类胶带都是采用PVC材料即聚氯乙烯和增塑剂制成的,功能单一,不能杀菌,且PVC(聚氯乙烯)材料本身就是有毒性的,对人的身体有害,给人类造成一定的环境污染,不环保。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型环保胶带,能够解决现有胶带功能单一,不能杀菌,不环保等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型环保杀菌胶带,所述新型环保杀菌胶带自上而下包括:杀菌层、纤维层、基布层、胶粘层,所述纤维层为聚乳酸纤维,所述基布层为聚氨酯纤维布,所述聚乳酸纤维压合在第一杀菌层和所述聚氨酯纤维布中间,并与胶粘层结合为一体,所述胶粘层是由聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔,压合在聚氨酯纤维布的最下面,通过胶粘剂粘合为一体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基布层的厚度为15-25μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述杀菌层为聚酸乳,纳米杀菌剂,硫酸铜按其质量百分比为:聚酸乳10%-20%、纳米杀菌剂4-8%、5-10%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶粘层厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶粘剂与胶粘层成分相同。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚丁二烯橡胶占新型环保杀菌胶带主体重量比25%,所述聚苯乙烯树脂占新型环保胶带主体重量比15%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种医用防水透气胶带,具有如下优点:
1)通过聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔的使用,有效的降低了胶粘的污染性,提高环保。
2)通过纤维层上复合杀菌层,有效的提高胶带的粘合性,降解胶带上的细菌,其使用简单方便,对身体无伤害。

一种新型环保杀菌胶带,所述新型环保杀菌胶带自上而下包括:杀菌层、纤维层、基布层、胶粘层,所述纤维层为聚乳酸纤维,所述基布层为聚氨酯纤维布,所述聚乳酸纤维压合在杀菌层和所述聚氨酯纤维布中间,并与第四胶粘层结合为一体,所述胶粘层是由聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔,压合在聚氨酯纤维布的最下面,通过胶粘剂粘合为一体,所述基布层的厚度为15μm,所述杀菌层为聚酸乳,纳米杀菌剂,硫酸铜按其质量百分比为:聚酸乳10%%、纳米杀菌剂4%、5%,所述胶粘层厚度为0.2mm,所述胶粘剂与胶粘层成分相同,所述聚丁二烯橡胶占新型环保杀菌胶带主体重量比25%,所述聚苯乙烯树脂占新型环保胶带主体重量比15%。
实施例2
一种新型环保杀菌胶带,所述新型环保杀菌胶带自上而下包括:杀菌层、纤维层、基布层、胶粘层,所述纤维层为聚乳酸纤维,所述基布层为聚氨酯纤维布,所述聚乳酸纤维压合在杀菌层和所述聚氨酯纤维布中间,并与第四胶粘层结合为一体,所述胶粘层是由聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔,压合在聚氨酯纤维布的最下面,通过胶粘剂粘合为一体,所述基布层的厚度为25μm,所述杀菌层为聚酸乳,纳米杀菌剂,硫酸铜按其质量百分比为:聚酸乳20%%、纳米杀菌剂8%、10%,所述胶粘层厚度为0.5mm,所述胶粘剂与胶粘层成分相同,所述聚丁二烯橡胶占新型环保杀菌胶带主体重量比25%,所述聚苯乙烯树脂占新型环保胶带主体重量比15%.
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种医用防水透气胶带,具有如下优点:
3)通过聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔的使用,有效的降低了胶粘的污染性,提高环保。
4)通过纤维层上复合杀菌层,有效的提高胶带的粘合性,降解胶带上的细菌,其使用简单方便,对身体无伤害。

1.一种新型环保杀菌胶带,其特征在于,所述新型环保杀菌胶带自上而下包括:杀菌层、纤维层、基布层、胶粘层,所述纤维层为聚乳酸纤维,所述基布层为聚氨酯纤维布,所述聚乳酸纤维压合在杀菌层和所述聚氨酯纤维布中间,并与第四胶粘层结合为一体,所述胶粘层是由聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯树脂高温热熔,压合在聚氨酯纤维布的最下面,通过胶粘剂粘合为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保无纺布胶带,其特征在于,所述基布层的厚度为15-25μm
根据权利要求1所述的新型环保无纺布胶带,其特征在于,所述杀菌层为聚酸乳,纳米杀菌剂,硫酸铜按其质量百分比为:聚酸乳10%-20%、纳米杀菌剂4-8%、5-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保无纺布胶带,其特征在于,所述胶粘层厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保无纺布胶带,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂与胶粘层成分相同。
