背景技术
衣服泛指身上穿的各种衣裳服装,衣服的本意是防寒保暖,护身的介质;而在现代社会衣服已经逐渐演化为人体的装饰物品,更多的时候象征了一个人的生活水准和社会地位;同时在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物对身体的保健作用,随着科技的发展和人民生活水平的提高,对于面料的安全性的需求也不断扩大,人们对服装面料的功能性、舒适性、健康性、环保性及保健性都有更高的要求。不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性。
现有的生产衣服的面料一般由一种材质制成,特点也比较单一,造成面料的柔软性和吸湿等特点不可兼得,这将大大降低了穿着衣服的舒适度,不能满足人们对服装面料的要求。目前市场上急需一种既有保健功能,又柔软透气,还有抗菌的作用的面料。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种轻质舒适透气抗菌面料。
技术方案:一种轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,由基层、抗菌层和透气层组成,所述基层上层设有抗菌层,基层下层设有透气层,所述基层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:天丝纤维12-20份、珍珠纤维3-9份、蚕丝纤维10-16份、汉麻纤维6-10份、竹纤维2-6份和大豆纤维5-8份。本发明所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料结构简单、合理,质地细腻、手感柔软、保暖性好,绿色环保,舒适性好。其中,天丝纤维强度高,无论在干或湿的状态下,均极具韧性。珍珠纤维含有多种氨基酸和微量元素,养颜护肤功效,又有吸湿透气、穿着舒适的特性,使面料凉爽舒适。蚕丝纤维吸湿性能和溶胀性能好,强度和拉伸佳。汉麻纤维柔软舒适,吸湿透气性能优越,既有良好的保暖性能,然而在夏季又凉爽宜人,并且还有一定的抗菌抑菌功能。竹纤维则可以进一步提高整个面料的透气性、吸水性和耐磨性。

进一步的,上述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,所述抗菌层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10-20份、粘杆菌素4-20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3-8份、茶树精油2-12份、竹醋液5-10份、氯化铜3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-1份、壳聚糖5-15份和聚氨基甲酸酯2-6份。抗菌效果好,持续时间久,具有很好的抗细菌和抗真菌作用。
进一步的,上述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,所述基层、抗菌层和透气层通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
进一步的,上述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,所述粘合剂为聚氨酯。增加了复合面料的整体强度和牢固度。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,质地细腻、手感柔软、保暖性好,绿色环保,舒适性好,透气性、吸水性和耐磨性以及抗菌性好。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1
如图1所示的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,由基层1、抗菌层2和透气层3组成,所述基层1上层设有抗菌层2,基层1下层设有透气层3,所述基层1、抗菌层2和透气层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,如图2所示,所述基层1包括两第一基层11和第二基层12,所述第二基层12呈弯曲状,使两第一基层11之间形成弧形空腔,所述第一基层11和第二基层12通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。并且,所述第一基层11内设有孔洞13。另,所述基层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:天丝纤维12份、珍珠纤维3份、蚕丝纤维10份、汉麻纤维6份、竹纤维2份和大豆纤维5份。
此外,如图3所示,所述透气层3为蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构为立体六边形,包括蜂窝孔31和侧壁32。并且,所述透气层3按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶10份、丙烯酸树脂20份、贝壳粉6份、纳米碳酸钙8份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺5份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份、聚碳化二亚胺1份和聚乙烯醇2份。
进一步的,所述抗菌层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10份、粘杆菌素4份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3份、茶树精油2份、竹醋液5份、氯化铜3-5份、柠檬酸10份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1份、壳聚糖5份和聚氨基甲酸酯2份。
实施例2

进一步的,所述抗菌层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺16份、粘杆菌素10份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘5份、茶树精油8份、竹醋液8份、氯化铜4份、柠檬酸15份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.6份、壳聚糖12份和聚氨基甲酸酯4份。
实施例4

Claims (9)
1.一种轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:由基层(1)、抗菌层(2)和透气层(3)组成,所述基层(1)上层设有抗菌层(2),基层(1)下层设有透气层(3),所述基层(1)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:天丝纤维12-20份、珍珠纤维3-9份、蚕丝纤维10-16份、汉麻纤维6-10份、竹纤维2-6份和大豆纤维5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述基层(1)包括两第一基层(11)和第二基层(12),所述第二基层(12)呈弯曲状,使两第一基层(11)之间形成弧形空腔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述第一基层(11)内设有孔洞(13)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述第一基层(11)和第二基层(12)通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(3)为蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构为立体六边形,包括蜂窝孔(31)和侧壁(32)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(3)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶10-25份、丙烯酸树脂20-40份、贝壳粉6-18份、纳米碳酸钙8-16份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺5-15份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-6份、聚碳化二亚胺1-3份和聚乙烯醇2-8份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(2)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10-20份、粘杆菌素4-20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3-8份、茶树精油2-12份、竹醋液5-10份、氯化铜3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-1份、壳聚糖5-15份和聚氨基甲酸酯2-6份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述基层(1)、抗菌层(2)和透气层(3)通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
9.根据权利要求4或8所述的轻质舒适透气抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为聚氨酯。
