The application discloses a lens and bracket pressing device, which comprises a workbench; the positioning sleeve is arranged on the workbench, the inner wall of the positioning sleeve is stepped and comprises a first end part, a second end part and a third end part, the first end part is abutted against the lens, and the second end part and the third end part are abutted against the bracket; a plurality of guide holes arranged at the second end part, wherein the guide holes are aligned with the pressing sheets of the bracket; two special-shaped grooves arranged at the third end part, wherein the special-shaped grooves are embedded with a connecting foot rest of the bracket; the rubber gasket is arranged on the inner wall of the second end part and is close to the third end part; a driving device for guiding the guide hole; and a control system electrically connected with the driving device. The application utilizes the locating sleeve to fix the mounting bracket and the lens, is convenient for the driving device to press, and is automatically carried out, thereby improving the efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of installation of a headlight lens and a bracket of an automobile, and particularly relates to a lens and bracket pressing device.
Background
The lens is connected with the bracket in a way that gluing cannot be adopted, the high temperature generated in the running process of the automobile headlight can melt and fall off, a fastening mode with high strength cannot be adopted, and the lens is easy to break; at present, the press sheets around the support are utilized to bend and fasten the lens and the auxiliary part press ring, but the press sheets cannot be bent at one time at present, and special equipment is lacked.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the technical problem to be solved by the application is to provide a lens and bracket pressing device, wherein a bracket with a lens is fixedly installed through arranging a positioning sleeve, and a driving device is used for driving a bending pressing sheet, so that the trouble caused by bending of a manual pressing clamp is avoided.
In order to solve the technical problems, the application discloses a lens and bracket pressing device, which comprises a workbench; the positioning sleeve is arranged on the workbench, the inner wall of the positioning sleeve is stepped and comprises a first end part, a second end part and a third end part, the first end part is abutted against the lens, and the second end part and the third end part are abutted against the bracket; a plurality of guide holes arranged at the second end part, wherein the guide holes are aligned with the pressing sheets of the bracket; two special-shaped grooves arranged at the third end part, wherein the special-shaped grooves are embedded with a connecting foot rest of the bracket; the rubber gasket is arranged on the inner wall of the second end part and is close to the third end part; a driving device for guiding the guide hole; and a control system electrically connected with the driving device.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first end aperture is larger than the second end aperture, and the second end aperture is larger than the third end aperture.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the driving device includes a driving cylinder disposed on the workbench, the driving cylinder having two driving rods; a push plate connecting the two drive rods; and the pressure lever is arranged on the pushing plate and driven by the driving cylinder, and penetrates through the guide hole.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the guide hole has a taper hole portion located outside the positioning sleeve and a through hole portion communicating with the taper hole portion, and the pressing rod is guided to the through hole portion by the taper hole portion.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pressing rod has a tapered shaft portion corresponding to the tapered hole portion and a pressing head connected to the tapered shaft portion and penetrating the through hole portion, wherein two opposite sides of the pressing head are provided with a plane, and two opposite sides of the pressing head are provided with cambered surfaces.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the pressure head is made by quenching the borax-coated aqueous solution.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the special-shaped groove corresponds to the connection leg, and the special-shaped groove and the connection leg are attached to each other.
Compared with the prior art, the application can obtain the following technical effects:
1) The locating sleeve is used for fixing the mounting support and the lens, so that the driving device can be conveniently pressed, the pressing is automatically performed, and the efficiency is improved.
2) The inside of the locating sleeve is provided with a rubber gasket which is in close contact with the locating sleeve to prevent deflection.
3) The pressure head is quenched, the rigidity is better, the wear resistance is high, and the method is practical and convenient.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product embodying the application to achieve all of the technical effects described above at the same time.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present application will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, by which the implementation process of how the present application can be applied to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a pressing device for a lens and a bracket according to an embodiment of the application; fig. 2 is an exploded view of the positioning sleeve 20, the bracket 100 and the lens 110 according to the embodiment of the application, and fig. 3 is a schematic view of the positioning sleeve 20 according to the embodiment of the application. As shown, a lens and bracket lamination device comprises a workbench 10; the positioning sleeve 20 is arranged on the workbench 10, the inner wall of the positioning sleeve 20 is stepped and comprises a first end part 21, a second end part 22 and a third end part 23, the first end part 21 is abutted against the lens 110, and the second end part 22 and the third end part 23 are abutted against the bracket 100; a plurality of guide holes 30 provided at the second end 22, the guide holes 30 being aligned with the pressing pieces 101 of the bracket 100; two special-shaped grooves 40 arranged at the third end part 23, wherein the special-shaped grooves 40 are embedded into the connecting foot frames 102 of the bracket 100; a rubber gasket 50 disposed on the inner wall of the second end 22 and adjacent to the third end 23; a driving device 60 guiding the guide hole 30; and a control system (not shown) electrically connected to the driving device 60.
It should be understood that the lens 110 is mounted inside the bracket 100, and the front end is clamped by the bracket 100, and meanwhile, the pressing ring 120 abuts against the rear end, so that the front end and the rear end are fastened by the bending press piece 101, and the trouble caused by bonding the lens 110 in other manners is avoided. In one embodiment of the present invention, the holder 100 with the lens 110 and the pressing ring 120 assembled is placed in the positioning sleeve 20, and the two shaped grooves 40 on the third end 23 are aligned with the connection legs 102 of the holder 100, keep accurate guiding and fit to each other, and make the guiding holes 30 face the pressing piece 101. The rubber gasket 50 which is positioned on the inner wall of the second end part 22 and is close to the third end part 23 props against the flange of the bracket 100 which is positioned on the connecting foot rest 102, so that the friction is increased, the sliding of the bracket 100 is avoided, meanwhile, the friction with the positioning sleeve 20 can be reduced when the positioning is adjusted, the abrasion of the bracket 100 is reduced, and the use is convenient. It should be noted that, the aperture of the first end portion 21 is larger than that of the second end portion 22, and the aperture of the second end portion 22 is larger than that of the third end portion 23, so as to cooperate with the bracket 100 to form a layered stop, thereby improving the stability of the later bending press piece 101.
After the assembly of the bracket 100 is completed, a control signal is sent out through the control system to control the driving device 60 to push the pressing sheet 101 to bend, clamp the pressing ring 120, fix the lens 110, automatically carry out, and improve the efficiency.
In detail, referring to fig. 1, the driving device 60 includes a driving cylinder 61 provided on the table 10, and the driving cylinder 61 has two driving rods 62; a push plate 63 connecting the two drive levers 62; and a pressing rod 64 provided on the pushing plate 63, the pressing rod 64 being driven by the driving cylinder 61, and penetrating the guide hole 30. In this embodiment, the driving cylinder 61 is additionally provided with two driving rods 62, so as to maintain stability in the process of pushing the pressing rod 64, avoid direct use of a single driving rod 62 to connect the pressing rod 64, and easily cause local vibration, and have a simple structure and convenient use. The pushing plate 63 is connected with the driving rod 62 and the pressing rod 64, so that a single shaft is connected in a multi-shaft mode, and the applicability is high.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a guiding hole 30 according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in the drawing, the guide hole 30 has a tapered hole portion 31 located outside the positioning sleeve 20 and a through hole portion 32 communicating with the tapered hole portion 31, and the presser bar 64 is guided by the tapered hole portion 31 to the through hole portion 32. In an embodiment of the present application, the compression bar 64 and the guide hole 30 need to be tightly matched to align with the pressing piece 101, so as to achieve a good bending effect. Therefore, the taper hole portion 31 is arranged on the outer side, the pressure supply rod 64 is initially penetrated, and then the through hole portion 32 with smaller aperture is turned to be accurately guided, so that the pushing is convenient.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a compression bar 64 according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in the drawing, the pressing rod 64 has a tapered shaft portion 641 corresponding to the tapered hole portion 31 and a pressing head 642 connected to the tapered shaft portion 641 and penetrating the through hole portion 32, wherein two opposite sides of the pressing head 642 are set to be flat surfaces P, and two opposite sides are set to be cambered surfaces S. In an embodiment of the present application, in the driving process of the compression bar 64, the compression head 642 first enters the guide hole 30, and then the taper shaft 641 is penetrated in the process of pushing the compression bar 101 by the compression head 642, and after the compression bar 101 is pushed and bent by the compression head 642, the taper shaft 641 is abutted against the taper hole 31 to form a limit, so that overload of the driving cylinder 61 is avoided, meanwhile, the stroke of the compression bar 64 is properly controlled, the efficiency is improved, and the processing is convenient. In addition, the pressing head 642 is provided with a plane P and an arc surface S which are opposite to each other, so that when the pressing sheet 101 is pushed against, the lower side of the pressing sheet 101 is turned over by the plane P to keep flatness; and the cambered surface S is connected with the conical shaft 641, so that the width of the conical shaft 641 is relatively kept, the lamination area is enlarged, and the lamination efficiency is improved.
It is worth mentioning that the pressure head 642 provided by the invention is made by coating borax aqueous solution for quenching, the borax aqueous solution ensures the smooth surface of the pressure head 642 after quenching, avoids the invasion of dust, has no soft spots and spots, simultaneously reduces the oxidation and decarbonization of the pressure head 642, increases the rigidity after quenching, and realizes the improvement of the durability.
