Background

Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a cable deicing device which can walk on a cable and quickly and effectively deice the cable.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is that the cable deicing device comprises a first frame body, a second frame body and a rotary connector; the first frame body and the second frame body are sleeved on a cable, the cable penetrates through the first frame body and the second frame body, the first frame body and the second frame body are connected through a rotary connector, and the second frame body rotates by taking the cable as an axis; a travelling wheel mechanism comprising a first motor is arranged on the first frame body; the second frame body is provided with a deicing mechanism, and the deicing mechanism comprises a second motor, a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a deicing wheel, a universal ball and a water accumulating tank; the second motor is connected with the driving wheel; the driving wheel is in contact with the driven wheel and drives the driven wheel through friction; the driven wheel is contacted with the cable, and a gap is reserved between the deicing wheel and the cable; the universal ball is positioned at one end of the second frame body, which is far away from the first frame body, and is contacted with the cable; the water accumulating tank is positioned at one end of the driven wheel close to the first frame body.
The number of the travelling wheel mechanisms and the number of the deicing mechanisms comprising a first motor are four respectively; the four travelling wheel mechanisms comprising a first motor are arranged on the first frame body and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cable; the four deicing mechanisms are arranged on the second frame body and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cable. The surface of the driven wheel is a rubber roller surface, the driving wheel is provided with an electric heating device, and the driven wheel and the deicing wheel are in transmission through a belt.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the cable deicing device, the first frame body travels on the cable to push the deicing mechanism to deice the cable; the driving wheel rotating at a high speed drives the deicing wheel to rotate at a high speed to remove ice on the cable, and the ice removed by the deicing wheel is carried into the water accumulation tank by the driven wheel; when the first frame body walks on the cable, the deicing mechanism rotates around the cable, and when the deicing mechanism positioned above the cable rotates to the position below the cable, ice in the water accumulating tank can be discharged from the liquid discharge port; in addition, the cable deicing device is simple in structure and convenient to operate.

Detailed Description
A cable de-icing device comprises a first frame body 2, a second frame body 3 and a rotary connector 12; the first frame body 2 and the second frame body 3 are sleeved on the cable 1, the cable 1 penetrates through the first frame body 2 and the second frame body 3, the first frame body 1 and the second frame body 2 are connected through the rotary connector 12, and the second frame body 3 rotates by taking the cable 1 as an axis; a travelling wheel mechanism 4 comprising a first motor is arranged on the first frame body 2; the second frame body 3 is provided with a deicing mechanism, and the deicing mechanism comprises a second motor 5, a driving wheel 6, a driven wheel 7, a deicing wheel 8, a universal ball 11 and a water accumulating tank 9; the second motor 5 is connected with the driving wheel 6, and the driven wheel 7 and the deicing wheel 8 are in transmission through a belt; the driving wheel 6 is in contact with the driven wheel 7, and drives the driven wheel 7 through friction; the driven wheel 7 is contacted with the cable 1, and a gap is reserved between the deicing wheel 8 and the cable 1; the universal ball 11 is positioned at one end of the second frame body 3 far away from the first frame body 2 and is contacted with the cable 1; the water collecting tank 9 is positioned at one end of the driven wheel 7 close to the first frame body 2.
Four travelling wheel mechanisms 4 comprising a first motor and four deicing mechanisms are respectively arranged; four travelling wheel mechanisms 4 comprising a first motor are arranged on the first frame body 2 and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cable 1; the four deicing mechanisms are arranged on the second frame body 3 and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cable 1. The surface of the driven wheel 7 is a rubber roller surface. An electric heating device is arranged on the driving wheel 6. The rotary connector 12 may be rotated by a motor or may be rotated by itself.
When a travelling wheel mechanism 4 comprising a first motor travels on the cable 1, the deicing mechanism is pushed to deice the cable 1; the driving wheel 6 rotating at a high speed drives the deicing wheel 8 to rotate at a high speed to remove ice on the cable; the driving wheel 6 is contacted with the driven wheel 7, the driven wheel 7 is driven to rotate through friction, and ice removed through the deicing wheel 8 is brought into the water accumulating tank 9 by the driven wheel 7; when the first frame body 2 runs on the cable 1, the deicing mechanism moves on the cable 1 in a spiral line shape, and when the deicing mechanism positioned above the cable 1 rotates to the position below the cable 1, ice in the water collecting tank 9 is discharged from the liquid discharge port 10.
