Description

Clothes care appliance with steering device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a clothes care appliance with a steering device.
Background
In conventional laundry care appliances, a circulation pumping system is used in order to pump washing liquid out of the lye container by means of a pump and to re-supply the pumped-out washing liquid to the lye container by means of the pump via the circulation pumping system. Here, the washing liquid supplied to the lye container is directed onto the laundry in the laundry drum in order to wet the laundry with the washing liquid. When the laundry drum is rapidly rotated during the cyclic pumping process or when the laundry drum is fully loaded with laundry, the sprayed washing liquid may bounce back by the laundry and flow into the lye container without being completely and effectively full of laundry, whereby the laundry may not be uniformly wetted or thoroughly washed.
DE 4330079 a1 discloses a drum-type washing machine having an injection nozzle for fresh water or inverted lye, which should be injected onto the laundry from the front and above, directed towards the interior space of the drum.
A glass housing for a door assembly of a washing machine is disclosed in WO 2011/012589 a1, wherein the glass housing has a see-through section.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on the following tasks: a laundry care appliance with a circulation pumping system is described, in which the wetting of laundry by washing liquid in a laundry drum can be improved.
This object is achieved by the subject matter having the features according to the invention. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the technical solution, the description and the figures of the present invention.
According to one aspect, the object is achieved according to the invention by a laundry care appliance having an appliance loading opening on an appliance front side of the laundry care appliance, an appliance door for closing the appliance loading opening, a laundry drum for receiving laundry, wherein the laundry drum is rotatable about a rotational axis, wherein the rotational axis extends from the appliance front side to an appliance back side of the laundry care appliance, and the laundry care appliance has a lye container for receiving washing liquid, wherein the lye container has an outlet opening, wherein the laundry care appliance has an inlet nozzle, wherein the outlet opening is fluidically connected to the inlet nozzle by a line, wherein a pump for pumping washing liquid from the outlet opening through the line and through the inlet nozzle is arranged in the line, wherein a deflection device is arranged on an inner side of the appliance door, wherein the inlet nozzle is configured to direct the washing liquid pumped out through the inlet nozzle radially with respect to the axis of rotation onto the deflecting device, wherein the deflecting device is configured to deflect the washing liquid hitting the deflecting device in the direction of the laundry drum and to spray the deflected washing liquid along the axis of rotation into the laundry drum in order to advantageously wet the laundry received therein.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the spraying of the washing liquid from the appliance front side into the laundry drum along the axis of rotation of the laundry drum results in a particularly uniform and thus complete wetting or spreading of the laundry in the laundry drum.
In conventional laundry care appliances, the laundry rests against the laundry drum due to centrifugal force when the laundry drum is rotating rapidly and thus forms a laundry ring. The laundry ring has a laundry tunnel along the rotation axis of the laundry drum. During the cyclic pumping process of the laundry care appliance, washing liquid is supplied to the laundry in the laundry drum during rotation of the laundry drum. However, the washing liquid supplied in this case can be repelled by the laundry lying on the laundry drum and flow into the lye container without completely wetting or spreading over the laundry. At high washing speeds, which exceed the laundry contact speed, the centrifugal force can become so great that the washing liquid can no longer be transported by gravity from the outside to the inside by the drum driver.
In the laundry care appliance according to the invention, it is ensured that the supplied washing liquid is advantageously introduced into the laundry tunnel, i.e. the laundry resting on the laundry drum. For this purpose, the washing liquid is pumped out through the inlet or spray nozzles and is guided onto a deflection device which is arranged on the inner side of a appliance door which is fastened to the appliance front side of the laundry care appliance. The deflecting device enables the washing liquid hitting the deflecting device to be deflected into the laundry tunnel in the direction of the laundry drum, in particular with an axis parallel to the axis of rotation. The diverted washing liquid is thereby guided from the appliance front side of the laundry care appliance along the axis of rotation into the interior of the laundry drum. By means of the rotation of the laundry drum, the washing liquid is pressed through the laundry resting on the laundry drum due to centrifugal force and can thus completely and advantageously wet the laundry.
The advantageous spraying of the washing liquid by the deflecting device thus ensures that the spray jet is not impeded or interrupted by the laundry quantity, by the geometry of the laundry and by the geometry of the appliance door. Furthermore, the geometry of the deflecting device can be used to influence the configuration of the deflected washing liquid jet. Furthermore, the spraying process can be visualized through the window of the appliance door due to the deflection of the washing liquid jet. Furthermore, the drum interior lighting device can particularly advantageously indicate a deflected spraying process of the washing liquid.
By laundry care appliance is understood an appliance for laundry care, such as a washing machine or a laundry dryer. Such a laundry care appliance is understood in particular to be a household laundry care appliance. Namely, a laundry care appliance which is used in the home administration range and treats a common amount of laundry in the home.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the deflecting means has a deflecting surface against which washing liquid hitting the deflecting means can be sprayed in order to deflect the washing liquid in the direction of the laundry drum, wherein the deflecting surface is configured in particular as an arc-shaped or curved deflecting surface.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: a particularly effective deflection of the washing liquid jet impinging on the deflection surface can be achieved by the deflection surface of the deflection device. The deflecting surface of the deflecting device makes it possible in particular for the washing liquid impinging on the deflecting surface to be sprayed into the washing drum with an axis parallel to the axis of rotation. The curved or bent deflecting surface is particularly advantageous because the jet of washing liquid hitting the curved or bent deflecting surface is deflected along the curved portion or bend of the curved or bent deflecting surface. The direction of the spray of washing liquid into the laundry drum can thus advantageously be controlled by the curved portion or bend, which is configured as a curved or bent deflection surface.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the washing liquid pumped out through the inlet nozzle can be guided along a spray axis onto the deflection device, wherein the spray axis encloses a deflection angle of 75 ° to 105 °, in particular 90 °, with the rotation axis.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: a deflection angle of 75 ° to 105 °, in particular 90 °, ensures a particularly effective deflection of the washing liquid jet. The impact position of the diverted washing liquid jet in the laundry drum can thus advantageously be fine-tuned by the diversion angle, thereby ensuring that the diverted washing liquid jet can be introduced into the laundry drum from the diversion means on the front side of the appliance, advantageously along the rotation axis of the laundry drum.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the deflecting device has a profiled surface structure which is designed to effectively fan out the impinging washing liquid, wherein the profiled surface structure has, in particular, recesses, grooves or ribs.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the profiled surface structure, in particular the recesses, grooves or ribs, ensures a particularly effective fanning of the washing liquid jet. The fanned-out washing liquid jet ensures a large emergence area of the washing liquid jet inside the laundry drum, so that the laundry can be advantageously moistened.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the deflecting device has a projecting edge on the side facing the laundry drum, which is designed to guide the deflected washing liquid in the direction of the laundry drum, wherein the deflecting device has, in particular, a progressive slope change at the projecting edge.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the projecting edge ensures that the washing liquid does not flow down into the lye container on the deflecting device when the pumping pressure decreases and the resulting injection pressure of the injected washing liquid decreases, without effectively wetting or spreading the laundry in the laundry drum. Thus, the diverted washing liquid can be sprayed into the washing drum, in particular with its axis parallel to the axis of rotation. The projecting edge and in particular the progressive slope change of the deflecting device at the projecting edge ensure that the washing liquid jet can leave the deflecting device when flowing over the projecting edge and can be effectively guided into the laundry drum along the rotational axis of the laundry drum.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the deflecting device has a bundling element which is designed to bundle the washing liquid in order to guide the bundled washing liquid jet in the direction of the laundry drum, wherein the bundling element comprises, in particular, a bundling nozzle or a bundling nozzle section.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the bundling element, in particular the bundling nozzle or the bundling nozzle section, which is geometrically arranged on the door contour of the appliance door, ensures that the excessively wide fan-shaped washing liquid jet can in turn advantageously be guided in a bundle into the laundry drum, as a result of which splashing of the washing liquid can be prevented. Thus, the entire washing liquid can be effectively used for wetting or flooding the laundry.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the deflecting means is configured as an arcuate or curved metal plate, rubber plate, plastic plate or as an arcuate or curved window pane section, and/or the deflecting means is molded onto the inside of the appliance door.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: an arc-shaped or curved metal plate, rubber plate, plastic plate or an arc-shaped or curved window pane section enables an advantageous production of the deflecting device, whereby an effective deflection of the washing liquid can be ensured by the deflecting device. A particularly simple, advantageous and therefore cost-effective production of the appliance door together with the steering device is made possible by the steering device molded onto the inside of the appliance door.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum about an axis of rotation, wherein the drum drive is designed to drive the laundry drum at an abutment rotational speed in order to bring the laundry received in the laundry drum into abutment with the laundry drum and form a laundry tunnel inside the laundry abutting on the laundry drum, wherein the deflection device is designed to guide the washing liquid in the direction of the axis of rotation into the laundry tunnel inside the laundry abutting on the laundry drum, wherein the abutment rotational speed comprises in particular a range from 80 rpm to 200 rpm.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the spraying of the washing liquid into the interior of the laundry drum ensures a particularly effective wetting or flooding of the laundry in the laundry drum when the laundry drum is rotating at or above the contact rotational speed and the laundry is thereby in contact with the laundry drum. The washing liquid sprayed by the deflecting device into the laundry tunnel of the laundry placed on the laundry drum is pressed through the laundry by the centrifugal force of the rotating laundry drum and an advantageous wetting or flooding of the laundry can be achieved. In this case, the washing liquid is introduced into the laundry tunnel, in particular parallel to the axis of rotation. The contact rotational speed can be selected in particular as a function of the radius of the laundry drum.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the pump is configured for pumping washing liquid through the inlet nozzle at different pumping pressures in order to change the location of the appearance of the washing liquid inside the rotating laundry drum.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the spraying direction of the washing liquid is easily changed by the different pressure of the washing liquid pumped out of the inlet nozzle, which is achieved by changing the pumping speed, and the washing liquid hits the deflecting device at different locations and then also the inner circumferential surface of the laundry tunnel. The diverted washing liquid is thus guided into the laundry drum in different directions by the diverting device, whereby the washing liquid hits in the laundry drum or on the laundry ring at different occurrence positions, whereby a uniform wetting or flooding of the laundry in the laundry drum can be ensured.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the pump is designed to pump washing liquid through the inlet nozzle with a pumping pressure which varies periodically in time, wherein the pumping pressure which varies periodically in time corresponds in particular to a sinusoidal course of pumping pressure variation.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the time-based uniform distribution of the washing liquid on the laundry is achieved by a periodic variation in the pumping pressure over time, in particular a sinusoidal course of the pumping pressure. The pumping pressure variation can be achieved most simply by increasing and decreasing the pumping speed of the pump.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance comprises a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum about the rotation axis with a laundry drum rotation frequency, and the pump is configured for pumping washing liquid through the inlet nozzle with a pumping pressure that varies according to a pumping frequency, wherein the pumping frequency is different from the laundry drum rotation frequency or from an integer multiple of the laundry drum rotation frequency.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: by means of the different values of the pumping frequency of the pump and the laundry drum rotation frequency of the laundry drum, it is ensured that the changing occurrence of the washing liquid pumped into the laundry drum by the pump is directed onto a large area of the drum cover or of the laundry tunnel of the laundry drum, and thus a complete wetting of the laundry in the laundry drum can be ensured. After a plurality of drum revolutions, it is thus ensured that a spray interference pattern is generated on the laundry tunnel and spray lines on the laundry ring which are not already removed are wetted or wetted again. This interference pattern is related to the change in the pumping pressure over time, i.e. to the change in the pumping speed and the drum speed, but not to the radius of the laundry ring or laundry tunnel.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the inlet nozzle is arranged on the upper front side of the lye container and the outlet opening is arranged on the lower side of the lye container, wherein the inlet nozzle is arranged in particular on a cup leather between the laundry drum, the lye container and the appliance housing of the laundry care appliance.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the inlet nozzles arranged on the upper front side of the lye container, in particular on the leather cup, ensure a particularly advantageous injection of the washing liquid in the direction of the stationary, vibration-free deflection device. In the case of a precise positioning of the inlet or injection nozzle, the inlet nozzle on the cup is positioned as far as possible on the stationary device housing or is arranged as far as possible away from the vibrating lye container. By positioning the inlet nozzle on the cup, no vibration is applied to the inlet nozzle. It is thereby ensured that the spray jet guided through the inlet nozzle is always directed and is not deflected by the vibration of the lye container.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, a number of projections are arranged on the laundry drum, on the cup or on the appliance door, which projections are configured for moving the laundry in the laundry drum during rotation of the laundry drum.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the protrusions can cause the laundry to tumble particularly advantageously in a reliably rotating laundry drum, whereby an effective wetting of the laundry can be ensured.
According to a second aspect of the invention, the object is achieved by a method for wetting laundry in a laundry drum of a laundry care appliance, wherein the laundry care appliance has an appliance loading opening on an appliance front side of the laundry care appliance, an appliance door for closing the appliance loading opening, a laundry drum for receiving laundry, wherein the laundry drum is rotatable about a rotational axis, wherein the rotational axis extends from the appliance front side to an appliance back side of the laundry care appliance, and the laundry care appliance has a lye container for receiving washing liquid, wherein the lye container has an outlet opening, wherein the laundry care appliance has an inlet nozzle, wherein the outlet opening is fluidically connected to the inlet nozzle by a line, wherein a pump for pumping washing liquid from the outlet opening through the line and through the inlet nozzle is arranged in the line, wherein a steering device is arranged at an inner side of the appliance door, wherein the method comprises the steps of: directing the washing liquid pumped by the pump circulation radially with respect to the axis of rotation through the inlet nozzle onto the diverting means; and diverting the washing liquid hitting the diverting means towards the laundry drum, so as to spray the diverted washing liquid into the laundry drum along the rotation axis.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: by means of the deflecting device, an effective deflection of the washing liquid inside the laundry drum and thus an advantageous wetting of the laundry is ensured. The washing liquid jet can thus be radially sprayed through the inlet nozzle and deflected axially on the deflection device, without the structured clothing ring obstructing or deflecting the spray jet. In the case of a semi-axial spray (in this case diagonally from the cup edge into the laundry tunnel), there is always the risk in full use that the laundry ring covers the spray channel, so that the sprayed washing liquid can flow away on the appliance door without being utilized for the washing process and thus does not rewet or become full of laundry.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a generic laundry care appliance 100, for example a washing machine. The laundry care appliance 100 comprises a rinsing housing 101 into which a laundry care substance, for example a detergent, can be injected. The laundry care appliance 100 has an appliance front side 103, an appliance back side 105, an appliance longitudinal side 107, an appliance lower side 109 and an appliance upper side 111. On the appliance front side 103 of the laundry care appliance 100, an appliance loading opening 113 is arranged, which can be closed by an appliance door 115, in order to load the laundry care appliance 100 with laundry.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a laundry care appliance with a circulation pumping system. The circulation pumping system of the laundry care appliance 100 shown in fig. 2 comprises a laundry drum 117 for receiving laundry, a lye container 119 for receiving washing liquid, which lye container has a discharge opening 121, wherein the laundry care appliance 100 has an inlet nozzle 123. The inlet nozzles 123 and the outlet openings 121 are fluidically connected by a line 125, wherein a pump 127 is arranged in the line 125, which pump is designed to pump washing liquid from the lye container 119 through the outlet openings 121 into the line 125 and to supply the pumped washing liquid from the line 125 through the inlet nozzles 123 to the laundry drum 117. Fig. 2 also shows a drum drive 129, which is designed to drive the laundry drum 117 by means of a drive connection 131. The laundry care appliance 100 has a control device 133 which is connected to the drum drive 129 via a first control connection 135 and to the pump 127 via a second control connection 137.
In the case of a fully loaded laundry drum 117, the washing liquid sprayed into the laundry drum 117 through the inlet nozzle 123 can bounce back by the laundry, so that the passage to the interior of the laundry tunnel is blocked and the washing liquid can flow back into the lye container 119 without being completely full of laundry. When the laundry drum 117 rotates very quickly, the laundry is pressed against the laundry drum 117 due to the centrifugal force occurring, thereby forming a laundry tunnel in the laundry drum 117. The cleaning solution is pumped from the pump 127 through the line 125 to the inlet nozzle 123. It must then be ensured that the washing liquid pumped out through the inlet nozzles 123 advantageously hits the laundry tunnel of the laundry in the rotating laundry drum 117. It can thereby be ensured that, due to the centrifugal forces occurring, a favorable spreading of the laundry in the laundry drum 117 is achieved from the inside outwards in the radial direction pointing outwards from the laundry tunnel.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a laundry care appliance with a laundry drum and a turning device. In the selected illustration in fig. 3, the laundry care appliance 100 is shown in a lateral longitudinal section in the loaded state during the cyclical pumping-spraying process. Fig. 3 shows an appliance upper side 111, an appliance rear side 105, an appliance front side 103 and an appliance lower side 109 of the laundry care appliance 100. On the appliance front side 103, an appliance loading opening 113 is arranged, which can be closed by an appliance door 115, through which the interior space of the laundry care appliance 100 can be accessed for loading. In the interior of the laundry care appliance 100, a lye container 119 for receiving washing liquid and a laundry drum 117 for receiving laundry 139 are arranged, wherein the laundry drum 117 is rotatable along a rotational axis 141. Here, the axis of rotation 141 extends from the appliance front side 103 to the appliance back side 105 of the laundry care appliance 100.
A leather cup 143 is arranged between the laundry drum 117, the lye container 119 and the appliance door 115. The cup 143 ensures a fluidic seal between the laundry drum 117 or the lye container 119 and the appliance housing 145 of the laundry care appliance 100. Furthermore, the cup 143 decouples the vibration system supported on the spring damper from the stationary device housing 145. An inlet nozzle 123 is arranged on the stationary section of the cup 143, which inlet nozzle is designed to guide the washing liquid 147 pumped out by the inlet nozzle 123 along an injection axis 149 onto the deflecting device 151, wherein the deflecting device 151 is designed in particular as an arc-shaped or curved metal plate, rubber plate, plastic plate or as an arc-shaped or curved window pane section and/or is molded onto the inner side 153 of the appliance door 115 as shown in fig. 3.
The deflecting device 151 is arranged on an inner side 153 of the appliance door 115 and is designed to deflect the washing liquid 147 impinging on the deflecting device 151 in the direction of the laundry drum 117, in particular parallel to the axis of rotation 141, and to spray the deflected washing liquid 147 along the axis of rotation 141 into a laundry tunnel 155 in the laundry drum 117. The diverted washing liquid 147 is guided in particular from the appliance front side 103 into a laundry tunnel 155 of the laundry 139 lying on the laundry drum 117.
The deflecting device 151 has a curved deflecting surface 157 against which the washing liquid 147 hitting the deflecting device 151 can be sprayed in order to deflect the washing liquid 147 in the direction of the laundry drum 117, in particular parallel to the axis of rotation 114. The deflecting surface 157 is in particular designed here as an arc-shaped or curved deflecting surface 157. In order to enable the washing liquid 147 to be effectively introduced into the laundry tunnel 155, the spray axis 149 encloses a deflection angle 159 of 75 ° to 105 °, in particular 90 °, with the axis of rotation 141 of the laundry drum 117, in order to achieve an axis-parallel laundry tunnel 155-spray. In order to ensure that the deflected washing liquid 147 is effectively fanned out, the deflection device 151 can have a well-defined surface structure, in particular recesses, grooves or ribs. In order to ensure that the diverted washing liquid 147 is effectively bundled, the deflecting device 151 can have a bundling element, in particular a bundling nozzle or a bundling nozzle segment.
A protruding edge 163 of the deflecting device 151 is arranged on the side 161 of the deflecting device 151 facing the laundry drum 117. The deflecting device 151 has in particular a progressive slope change at the projecting edge 163. The projecting edge 163 ensures that the washing liquid 147 does not flow downwards on the side 161 of the deflecting device 151 facing the laundry drum 117 when the pumping pressure and thus the injection pressure of the injected washing liquid 147 are reduced, without effectively wetting the laundry 139 in the laundry drum 117. The progressive slope change of the protruding edge 163 and in particular of the deflecting device 151 on the protruding edge 163 ensures that the washing liquid jet, when flowing over the protruding edge 163, leaves the deflecting device 151 and can be effectively guided into the laundry drum 117 along the axis of rotation 141 of the laundry drum 117.
Thus, the deflector 151 arranged on the inner side 153 of the appliance door 115 is directly used for introducing the washing liquid 147 into the laundry 139. The deflection of the washing liquid jet takes place due to the surface contour of the deflection means 151. The washing liquid 147 can thus be sprayed, starting from the inlet nozzle 123 arranged on the leather cup 143, first radially into the middle of the lye container 119 and then deflected by approximately 90 ° on the deflection device 151 in order to spray the deflected washing liquid 147 in particular along the axis of rotation 141 of the laundry drum 117, in particular parallel to the axis of rotation 141 or exactly in line with the axis. The deviation of the spray jet from the cup edge into the laundry tunnel 155 in a straight, semi-axial path through the rotating laundry ring in the conventional diagonal spray can thus be completely avoided, since the appliance door 115 is also in the radially outer region in order to keep the laundry 139 out of the cup 143 depending on its task, but can cause a deflection of the washing liquid of the spray jet of the circulating pumping system in the central region. Thus, the geometry of the initial injection channel between the appliance door 115, the cup 143, the lye container 119, the laundry drum 117 and the rotating laundry ring no longer influences the function of wetting or flooding the laundry.
The deflecting device 151 of the appliance door 113 can be used not only for deflecting the sprayed-in washing liquid jet, but also for beam-forming geometries. Thus, for example, a so-called fan beam or a point-by-point beam can be realized by the configuration of the deflection device 151. It is thus possible, for example, to accelerate the wetting phase of the clothing or to accept particularly careful textiles. The separation of the washing liquid jet on the deflecting device 151 can be achieved by the projecting edge 163, during which the gradient change progresses progressively, so that the washing liquid 147 is reliably separated at the last projecting edge 163.
The deflecting device 151 according to the invention enables a loading-dependent spraying of the washing liquid 147, in which it is always ensured that the spraying jet is not impeded or interrupted by the washing geometry, in particular the laundry ring, nor by the window geometry. The necessary washing liquid 147 for rewetting and flooding the laundry 139 can thus be added to the vibration system along the rotation axis 141 consistently and functionally.
By means of the deflection device 151, the spray jet can be deflected at the same time on the appliance door 115, with an influence on the washing liquid jet profile. It is thus possible to influence not only the location of the occurrence but also the area of the occurrence of the spray in the clothing ring. In addition, the beam intensity is also influenced to a certain extent by this, since the fanned-out beam indicates point by point a smaller fabric load of the laundry, for example, as a result of the hitting washing liquid beam.
Advantageously, when the appliance door is realized as usual by viewing the glass, the injection process can be visualized for the user by beam deflection on the door geometry. The drum interior lighting, which is arranged on the same cup section as the deflecting device 151, can additionally indicate the activity of the injection process again, since the light cone and the injection beam are inclined or directed in the same direction into the middle of the drum.
