Abstract
本发明公开了一种微型双动力电动拖拉机,属于温室农业机械领域。其特征在于,支重轮固定在支重轮支架上;支重轮支架、从动轮、直流电机、电池组、拖轮、交流电机、液压油箱、变速箱、驱动轮通过机械连接固定在动力底盘上;履带通过支重轮、从动轮、拖轮和驱动轮带动整机的行走;变速箱通过挡位操纵杆实现速度的变化;电力驱动控制***控制直流电机和交流电机速度的变化及转动方向的改变;直流电机由电池组提供能量;交流电机由220V交流电提供能量。本发明结构简单,解决了温室作业机械续航时间短的问题,不仅提高了温室作业机械的工作效率,还有助于推动温室大棚作业机械的发展,具有较强的推广使用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于温室农业机械领域,尤其涉及一种微型双动力电动拖拉机。
背景技术
温室大棚是农业生产的重要组成部分,由于其特殊作业条件的限制,适用于温室的作业机械发展起步较晚。目前,国内温室大棚内的作业机械大多是露天农田作业机械的简单转移,这样的作业机械在大棚内作业逐渐暴露出污染严重、影响大棚内作物的品质和作业人员的身体健康,操作者劳动强度大,路面适应能力差等缺陷,为了解决这些问题,国内高校及研究机构尝试研制适用于温室大棚的作业机械,虽然研制的产品可以解决上述存在的问题,但是续航时间短限制了这类产品的发展。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷与不足,本发明在现有温室作业机械优点的基础上,公开了一种能克服续航时间短缺陷的微型双动力电动拖拉机。
本发明提供了一种微型双动力电动拖拉机,包括支重轮支架(1),支重轮(2),动力底盘(3),从动轮(4),履带(5),直流电机(6),电池组(7),电力驱动控制***(8),拖轮(9),交流电机(10),V带(11),挡位操纵杆(12),液压油箱(13),变速箱(14),驱动轮(15)。其特征在于,所述支重轮(2)固定在支重轮支架(1)上;所述支重轮支架(1)、从动轮(4)、直流电机(6)、电池组(7)、拖轮(9)、交流电机(10)、液压油箱(13)、变速箱(14)、驱动轮(15)通过机械连接固定在动力底盘(3)上;所述履带(5)通过支重轮(2)、从动轮(4)、拖轮(9)和驱动轮(15)带动整机的行走;所述变速箱(14)通过挡位操纵杆(12)实现速度的变化;所述电力驱动控制***(8)控制直流电机(6)和交流电机(10)速度的变化及转动方向的改变;所述直流电机(6)由电池组(7)提供能量;所述交流电机(10)由220V交流电提供能量。
本发明的工作原理:
当微型双动力电动拖拉机需要工作时,通过电力驱动控制***(8)启动直流电机(6),实现整机从机库到温室大棚之间的转移:待进入温室大棚后,整机动力来源切换至由交流电机(10)提供,通过电力驱动控制***(8)控制交流电机(10)的转速和转向,进而带动农具进行温室大棚作业,在作业过程中,可对电池组(7)进行充电以实现微型双动力电动拖拉机返回机库。
本发明结构简单,发明了一种微型双动力电动拖拉机,在保持温室作业机械环保无污染、噪声小等优点基础上,实现了温室作业机械续航时间的大幅度提升,不仅提高了温室作业机械的工作效率,还有助于推动温室大棚作业机械的发展,具有较强的推广使用价值。

如图1所示,一种微型双动力电动拖拉机,主要包括:支重轮支架(1),支重轮(2),动力底盘(3),从动轮(4),履带(5),直流电机(6),电池组(7),电力驱动控制***(8),拖轮(9),交流电机(10),V带(11),挡位操纵杆(12),液压油箱(13),变速箱(14),驱动轮(15)。
如图1和图2给出了,微型双动力电动拖拉机的结构布局图。支重轮(2)固定在支重轮支架(1)上;支重轮支架(1)、从动轮(4)、直流电机(6)、电池组(7)、拖轮(9)、交流电机(10)、液压油箱(13)、变速箱(14)、驱动轮(15)通过机械连接固定在动力底盘(3)上;履带(5)通过支重轮(2)、从动轮(4)、拖轮(9)和驱动轮(15)带动整机的行走;变速箱(14)通过挡位操纵杆(12)实现速度的变化,电力驱动控制***(8)控制直流电机(6)和交流电机(10)速度的变化及转动方向的改变。
