(2) Dividing the left side and the right side of the large chain belt into a left large chain belt and a right large chain belt, respectively arranging large left chain racks and large right chain racks of the left large chain belt and the right large chain belt in a left guide groove mold and a right guide groove mold, wherein a V-shaped or U-shaped boss is arranged in one guide groove mold in the direction of a tooth head which is in near engagement, and a groove matched with the V-shaped or U-shaped boss is arranged in the other guide groove mold in the direction of the tooth head which is in near engagement; the method comprises the steps of respectively covering strip-shaped hot melt elastomer materials on the surfaces of left and right large chain cloth belts, respectively melting and coating the hot melt elastomer materials on the left and right large chain cloth belts by rolling the hot melt elastomer materials under the condition of heating the hot melt elastomer materials to form a waterproof layer, penetrating into gaps of teeth of the large left and right large chain racks except for large tooth heads, respectively forming V-shaped or U-shaped grooves on the opposite side end surfaces of the left and right large chain belts by the hot melt elastomer materials, and tenons matched with the V-shaped or U-shaped tenons, taking out the left and right large chain belts from left and right guide groove dies after cooling, meshing the left and right large chain belts, and tightly embedding the tenons and the grooves with each other to form a sealed waterproof large chain belt;
(3) The meshed small left and right chain racks and the left and right small cloth belts matched with the racks are respectively sewn together to form a small chain belt;
(4) The large left and right racks of the waterproof large chain belt are upwards, the small left and right racks of the small chain belt are downwards, the waterproof large chain belt and the small chain belt are vertically overlapped together, the tooth seam of the waterproof large chain belt and the tooth seam of the small chain belt are aligned left and right, the left and right large cloth belts and the left and right small cloth belts are respectively sewn together at the two outer sides of the large left and right chain racks by single needle or multiple needles, or the hot melt elastomer materials which are already melt coated on the left and right large cloth belts are utilized, the hot melt elastomer materials are heated at the two outer sides of the large left and right chain racks until the hot melt elastomer materials are melted, and the left and right large cloth belts and the left and right small cloth belts are respectively bonded together by the hot melt elastomer materials.

The method for producing a double-layer fastener tape for preventing riot and water of a large tooth and a small tooth according to claim 7, wherein after the step (4) is completed, hot melt elastomer materials are melt coated on the outer surfaces of the small left and right racks and the left and right tapes except for the small tooth head part of the small fastener tape, and the hot melt elastomer materials above the small left and right racks are split by a blade to form the double-layer fastener tape for preventing riot and double water of the small fastener tape with water-proof function.

The method for producing a double-layered, explosion-proof and waterproof fastener tape of large and small teeth according to claim 7, wherein after step (4) is completed, the needling holes are covered by hot-attaching a narrow waterproof tape on the left and right large cloth strips of the two rows of needled hole parts where the left and right large cloth strips and the left and right small cloth strips are sewn together.
10. The method for manufacturing a double-layer chain belt for preventing riot and water of large-sized teeth and small-sized teeth according to claim 9, wherein the narrow waterproof adhesive strip is a waterproof film, a reflective film or a trademark pattern film.
11. The method for manufacturing a double-layer fastener belt for preventing riot and water of large teeth and small teeth according to claim 7, wherein said hot melt elastomer material is TPU elastomer material.
