Abstract
The invention discloses a sliding bed bedplate of a railway turnout, which comprises a base for connecting a backing plate of the railway turnout and a cover plate for supporting a track, wherein the cover plate is detachably arranged above the base and covers the top surface of the base, and a height-adjusting piece with adjustable thickness is arranged between the base and the cover plate. The sliding bed platen adopts a split detachable design of the base and the cover plate, so that the corroded cover plate can be quickly replaced, the friction force between the track and the sliding bed platen is reduced, the whole replacement of the base plate can be avoided, and the maintenance cost is reduced; meanwhile, by arranging the height adjusting piece, the height of the sliding bed platen is adjusted, the gap between the track and the upper surface of the sliding bed platen is eliminated, and the stability is improved. Description
Technical Field

Background
In railway switches, the slide bed bedplate mainly provides support for the switch rails and the switch rails, is an important component part of the switch, and is directly related to the running safety of a high-speed train. The height adjusting piece 3 can also be a flat plate arranged between the top plate 21 and the top surface of the base, and the height adjustment can be realized by replacing flat plates with different thicknesses, which are all within the protection scope of the invention.
