The structure realizes the manual and automatic dual control mode to drive the hydraulic cylinder to work, and the two are complementary, so that dual guarantee is realized, and powerful driving guarantee is provided for the unfolding and folding of the cover plate 10.
In one embodiment of the present application, the thickness of the cover plate 10 is preferably in the range of: 0.5mm to 5mm.
In this embodiment, by reasonably setting the range of the thickness of the cover plate 10 to be 0.5mm to 5mm, when the thickness of the cover plate 10 is smaller than 0.5mm, the structural strength of the cover plate 10 is lower, so that the situation that sundries with larger weight such as broken stones cannot be effectively blocked, the cover plate 10 is easy to break, and normal use of the track protection device 1 cannot be ensured; when the thickness of the cover plate 10 is greater than 5mm, the structural strength of the cover plate 10 is larger, that is, the structural strength of the cover plate is far greater than the required structural strength, which is a waste of materials and increases the production cost, and meanwhile, when the cover plate 10 is in a folded state, the cover plate 10 is large in thickness and can interfere with a vehicle, so that a scraping event is easy to occur, and normal running of the vehicle cannot be ensured.
In one embodiment of the present application, the cover plate 10 is preferably a steel plate or a plastic plate.

Claims (7)

1. A track protection device, comprising:
the apron, the upright wall of track is connected to the one end of apron can overturn, the apron includes: the rotating shaft is connected with the vertical wall; the rotating shaft is sleeved with one end of the body, and the body can rotate relative to the rotating shaft;
a detection section for detecting whether a vehicle is running within a preset distance range of the track;
the driving part is connected with the cover plate and used for driving the cover plate to rotate; the number of the detection parts is a plurality; the detection parts are distributed at the opposite ends of the cover plate along the extending direction of the track;
a controller connected to the detection unit and the driving unit, respectively; the driving section includes: the pump station is connected with the controller; the hydraulic cylinder is respectively connected with the cover plate and the pump station; a manual part connected with the hydraulic cylinder;
when the vehicle runs within the preset distance range, the detection part transmits a signal to the controller, the controller controls the pump station to act, and the pump station drives the hydraulic cylinder to retract, so that the cover plate is driven to be folded above the vertical wall; when the vehicle runs out of the preset distance range, the detection part transmits a signal to the controller, the controller controls the pump station to act, and the pump station drives the hydraulic cylinder to extend out so as to drive the cover plate to extend until the other end of the cover plate is erected at one end of the stock rail of the track, which is far away from the ground; or (b)
The manual part drives the hydraulic cylinder to work.
2. The track protection device of claim 1, wherein,
the cover plate includes:
the positioning part is connected with one end of the vertical wall, which is away from the ground;
the cover body is connected with the positioning part through the rotating part;
when the vehicle runs out of the preset distance range, the free end of the cover body is erected at one end of the stock rail, which is far away from the ground.
3. The track protection device of claim 2, further comprising:
the mounting groove is arranged on one side of the positioning part, which is away from the vertical wall;
and the fastener penetrates through the mounting groove and is locked in the vertical wall.
4. The track protection device of claim 2, wherein,
the number of the rotating parts is a plurality of;
the plurality of rotating parts are uniformly distributed at the joint of the positioning part and the cover body.
5. The track protection device of claim 2, wherein,
the cover body and/or the positioning part are formed by splicing a plurality of sub-boards.
6. The track protection device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein,
the thickness of the cover plate has the following range: 0.5mm to 5mm.
7. The track protection device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein,
the cover plate is a steel plate or a plastic plate.
