A washing machine upper cover is provided with a cover body for covering a clothes input port of the washing machine and an extending part extending forwards along the cover body, wherein a perspective window is arranged on the extending part.
Further, an operation state display area and a control area are arranged on a control panel of the washing machine, and the extension part covers the operation state display area after the upper cover is closed.
Further, the upper cover comprises an upper body and a lower body, and the perspective window comprises an upper perspective part arranged on the upper body, a lower perspective part arranged on the lower body and matched with the upper perspective part, and a perspective part arranged between the upper perspective part and the lower perspective part.
Further, the perspective window further comprises an upper wall extending downwards along the upper perspective hole and a lower wall extending upwards along the lower perspective hole, and the upper wall is assembled with the lower wall in a plugging manner.
Further, the outer edge of the lower body is provided with a first clamping edge extending upwards, the upper body is provided with an outer edge extending downwards, the outer edge is matched with the first clamping edge, and the first clamping edge is clamped on the inner side of the outer edge.

Referring to fig. 1 to 16, an embodiment of a top cover of a washing machine according to the present invention includes a casing 1, a control panel 2, and a top cover 3, wherein the control panel 22 is disposed on the control panel 2, the control panel 22 is disposed in front of the control panel 2, the control panel 22 has an operation state display area and a manipulation area, the operation state display area is located at the rear, and the manipulation area, that is, the key area is located at the front. The upper cover 3 is provided with a cover body 30 for covering a laundry inlet of the washing machine, and an extension 31 extending forward along the cover body 30, and a perspective window 32 is provided on the extension 31.
In the embodiment, the extension part 31 is arranged, so that the extension part 31 covers the area in front of the clothes input port of the washing machine, namely the control panel 22 area, after the upper cover 3 is buckled, thereby improving the neatness and the attractiveness of the appearance of the washing machine; and the control panel 22 is protected by the extension part 31 of the upper cover 3, so that the safety of the control panel is improved, the collision, the pressing down and the like of foreign objects on the control panel are avoided, and the safety of the control panel is improved; the extension part 31 is provided with a perspective window 32 which is used for observing the state of the covered control panel 22, thereby being convenient for observing the running state of the washing machine program, adding novelty and beautiful appearance and having practicability.
For the sake of aesthetic appearance, the perspective window 32 is preferably circular and provided at a central position in the length of the upper cover 3 or at a central position in the lateral direction. The remaining time of the user's attention, etc. are displayed as seen through the perspective window 32. Preferably, the transparent window 32 is in a shape of a circular hole in the up-down direction, and the appearance is enhanced by providing a circular hole structure.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, after the upper cover 3 is fastened, the upper cover covers the upper surface of the control panel seat 2, and the extension portion 31 covers the running state display area on the control panel 22 after the upper cover 3 is closed, and the control area is exposed, i.e. is uncovered; in this way, in the state that the upper cover 3 is closed, the keys of the control area can be operated, so that the convenience of use is improved; and because the front-back dimension of the control area is smaller, that is, the dimension of the front-back direction of the upper cover 3 is slightly smaller than the dimension of the front-back direction of the control panel seat 2, the beauty of the upper cover 3 is ensured, and the operation of the control area is simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the upper cover 3 is assembled by the upper body 35 and the lower body 36, which is advantageous in increasing the strength of the upper cover 3, improving the supporting force of the upper cover 3, and reducing the cost. The upper body 35 and the lower body 36 are engaged and fixed, and fastened by screws. The perspective window 32 includes an upper perspective portion 321 opened on the upper body 35, a lower perspective portion 322 opened on the lower body 36, and a perspective member 34 positioned between the upper perspective portion 321 and the lower perspective portion 322; wherein, the upper perspective part 321 is a round hole which is arranged, and the lower perspective part 322 is a round hole which is arranged corresponding to the upper perspective part 321; the perspective member 34 has a cylindrical structure matching the upper perspective portion 321 and the lower perspective portion 322, and the aesthetic appearance of the perspective window 32 is enhanced.
In this embodiment, the perspective window 32 further includes an upper wall 323 extending downward along the upper perspective portion 321 and a lower wall 324 extending upward along the lower perspective portion 322, and the upper wall 323 and the lower wall 324 are assembled in a plugging manner to form a side wall of the perspective window 32. This ensures the strength of the side walls of the see-through window 32, forming a support for the see-through member 34.
In this embodiment, the upper body 35 is engaged with the lower body 36, a first clamping edge 361 extending upwards is provided at the outer edge of the lower body 36, an outer edge 351 extending downwards and matching with the first clamping edge 361 is provided on the upper body 35, and the first clamping edge 361 is engaged with the inner side of the outer edge 351. So that only the outer edge 351 is visible when the upper cover 3 is snapped. The first clamping edge 361 is provided with a first claw 362 protruding outwards, the upper body 35 is provided with a first clamping groove 352 matched with the first claw 362, and the first claw 323 is positioned in the first clamping groove 352.
Referring to fig. 7, in this embodiment, the upper cover 3 further includes a cover 33 covering the cover body 30 and the extension portion 31, that is, the cover 30 covers the upper body 35, and the cover 33 is provided with a perspective area corresponding to the perspective window 32, so that the perspective window 32 can be seen through the perspective area after the cover 33 is provided. The preferred cover 33 is made of a transparent material such as tempered glass; thus, the perspective area is not specially treated, the surface cover 33 is directly covered and fixed, and the surface cover 33 has a flat surface, thereby being beneficial to improving the appearance and being simple and elegant. The upper end surface of the perspective member 34 is preferably attached to the lower end surface of the face cover 33, that is, the face cover 33 presses the perspective member 34, so that the firmness of the perspective member 34 after being mounted is increased.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the perspective member 34 includes a perspective bottom wall 341, and a peripheral wall 342 extending upward along an edge of the bottom wall 341, that is, the perspective member 34 is basin-shaped, and the perspective member 34 is mounted in a cylindrical through hole formed by the upper perspective portion 321, the lower perspective portion 322, the upper wall 323, and the lower wall 324, so that a top surface of the perspective window is a perspective area on the face cover 33, and a bottom surface is the bottom wall 341 of the perspective member 34. In order to facilitate the installation and fixation of the perspective member 34, the peripheral wall 342 is provided with a structure that is inclined upwards and outwards, that is, is large at the top and small at the bottom, so that the perspective member 34 is placed in the matched perspective portion 321, the inner wall of the perspective portion 321 has a supporting function on the perspective member 34, the upper end surface of the perspective member 34 is provided to be in contact with the lower end surface of the face cover 33, the face cover 33 is used for pressing the perspective member 34, and the firmness of the perspective member 34 after installation is increased. In order to avoid the gap between the upper body 35 and the lower body 36 from being seen through the peripheral wall 342, a coating is electroplated on the outside of the peripheral wall 342, reducing the light transmittance of the peripheral wall 342.
Since the user is located in front of the washing machine when using the washing machine, in order to make the inclination angle of the peripheral wall 342 of the perspective member 34 as seen by the user uniform, the inclination angle of the peripheral wall 342 from front to rear is set to be gradually increased, that is, the included angle between the generatrix of the peripheral wall at the front end and the vertical plane is the smallest, and then gradually increased along the peripheral wall rearward, so that the perspective member 34 has front and rear divisions. In order to improve the installation speed and efficiency of the perspective part 34, the perspective part 34 is provided with a positioning block 343 protruding outwards, and a positioning groove 325 matched with the positioning block 343 is arranged in the upper perspective part 321 of the upper body 35; when the see-through member 34 is mounted, the positioning block 342 is first positioned in the positioning groove 325 to position the see-through member 34, and then the face cover 33 is fixed to the upper body 32, thereby simultaneously completing the mounting and fixing of the see-through member 34.
In this embodiment, a large perspective window for observing the washing state of the underwear of the washing machine is provided on the upper cover 3, a perspective opening 37 is provided on the upper cover 3, and a large perspective area is formed by a transparent surface cover above the perspective opening 37. Specifically, the upper body 35 is provided with an upper perspective opening 371, the lower body 36 is provided with a lower perspective opening 372 and a second clamping edge 373 extending upwards along the lower perspective opening 372, the second clamping edge 373 is provided with a second claw 374 protruding outwards, a second clamping groove 375 matched with the second claw 374 is arranged at the upper perspective opening 371, and the second claw 374 is clamped and fixed in the second clamping groove 375.
Referring to fig. 10, in this embodiment, a front end upper portion of the extension portion 31 is provided with a forwardly extending latch portion 38, and when the upper cover 3 is required to be opened, a hand is placed on a lower end of the latch portion and the upper cover 3 is lifted upward to be opened.
In this embodiment, since the cover 33 is preferably made of tempered glass, the cover 32 should have high strength to support the cover 33, that is, the thickness of the cover 32 should not be too thin; at the same time, the extension 31 of the upper cover 3 is provided with a perspective window, and the area of the perspective window is not large, so that the thickness of the perspective window is ensured not to be too thick. The thickness of the extension 31 is reduced, but the face cover 33 is a flush face, that is, the front end of the cover 32 is provided with an upward step; the corresponding control panel 22 on the control dial 2 is protruded upward so that the extension 31 contacts the control panel 22.
Referring to fig. 1,2, and 11 to 16, the structure of the control dial 2 is described, the control dial 2 includes a control dial body 21, and a control panel 22 provided on the control dial body 23, and the control panel 22 is provided to protrude upward from the control dial body 23, that is, the upper surface of the control panel 22 is higher than the upper surface of the control dial body 23. In this embodiment, the control panel 22 protrudes from the upper surface of the control disc seat body 21, so that water dropped on the upper end surface of the control panel 22 flows downwards along the side surface, and then drops on the upper end surface of the control disc seat body 21, so that the path of water dropped on the control panel 22 reaching the inside of the control disc seat body 21 is prolonged, namely the difficulty of water infiltration is increased, the waterproof effect is increased, and the safety of the control panel is improved; and is beneficial to increasing the stereoscopic impression of the control panel 22, increasing the aesthetic property of the appearance and improving the attraction to customers; and facilitates the operation of the keys on the control panel 22, improving the convenience of the operation.
Referring to fig. 2, 11, 13 and 14, in the present embodiment, a part of the structure of the control panel 22 protrudes out of the control dial body 21, that is, the control panel 22 has a side surface forming the external appearance of the washing machine. Specifically, the control panel 22 includes a front control board 221, a bracket 222, and a display board component 223 sequentially disposed from top to bottom, where the front control board 221, the bracket 222, and the display board component 223 are assembled as a unit, and the bracket 222 includes a bracket body 2221, and a side plate 2222 disposed at an edge of the bracket body 2221, and the side plate 2222 is located on a top surface of the control panel seat body 21; or the lower end surface of the side plate 2222 contacts with the top surface of the control panel seat body 21, that is, the height of the control panel 22, which is the lowest level above the control panel seat body 21, is the height of the side plate 2222. By arranging the lower end surface of the side plate 2222 to contact with the upper end surface of the control disc seat body 21, a gap in the direction of the upper end surface of the control disc seat body 21 or a gap in the horizontal direction or a gap close to the horizontal direction is formed between the bracket 222 and the control disc seat body 21; the water dropped on the front control board 221 reaches the control disc seat body 21, or the water directly dropped on the control disc seat body 21, such as entering the inside of the control disc seat body 21, needs to permeate along the gap in the horizontal direction or near the horizontal direction, so that the permeation is slow or stopped; and the display panel member 223 is fixed on the bracket 222, the bracket 222 is provided with a side plate 2222 contacted with the upper surface of the control panel seat body 21, even if water is permeated into the concave containing cavity 214 along the upper surface of the control panel seat body 21, the water can not reach the electric device on the display panel member 223, thus the sealing performance between the control panel 22 and the control panel seat body 21 is not required to be high, a waterproof sealing piece is not required, the safety of the control panel 22 is increased, the structure is simplified, the assembly efficiency of the control panel seat 2 is improved, the cost is reduced, and the like.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, in the present embodiment, the front control board 221 includes a front control board body 2211, and a rear board 2212 extending downward along the rear end of the front control board body 2211, and the rear board 2212 is in contact with the top surface of the control dial body 21; that is, the side plates 2222 are located at the front side and the left and right sides of the control panel 22, and the rear plate 2212 is located at the rear side of the control panel 22.
Referring to fig. 12-14, in this embodiment, for the purpose of assembling and fixing the control panel 22 and the control panel base body 21, a positioning column 2223 extending downward is provided on the side plate 2222, and a positioning slot 211 matching with the positioning column 2223 is provided on the control panel base body 21, and the positioning column 2223 is located in the positioning slot 211. The speed of mounting the control panel 22 to the control panel seat body 21 is increased by providing the positioning column 2223, and the firmness after fixation is increased. The side plate 2222 is provided with a hook 2224 extending downward, the control disc seat body 21 is provided with a card slot 212 matched with the hook 2224, and the hook 2224 is clamped in the card slot 212. The bracket 222 is provided with a fixing hole 2225, the control panel seat body 21 is provided with a receiving groove 213 for receiving the fixing hole 2225, the receiving groove 213 is provided with a screw hole, and the fixing hole on the bracket 222 is fixed in the receiving groove 213 by a screw.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, a concave accommodating cavity 214 and a water blocking rib 215 extending upward along the accommodating cavity 214 are provided on the control disc seat body 21, and the side plate 2222 and the rear plate 2212 are located outside the water blocking rib 215, so that even if water flows down from the side plate 2222 and the rear plate 2212, water cannot enter the accommodating cavity 214, and safety is further improved.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, in the present embodiment, a through hole is formed in the bracket body 2221, and the display screen of the display panel part 223 is located in the through hole; a touch film is attached to the lower end surface of the front console 221 to prevent water drops from reaching the display screen and the touch film. A waterproof seal 224 between the front console 221 and the stand 222, the waterproof seal 224 surrounding the running state display area and the manipulation area on the control panel 22, that is, surrounding the display screen and the touch film. The water sprayed on the control panel 22 in this way, after penetrating into the gap between the front control panel 221 and the bracket 222, cannot reach the control panel and the touch control area due to the protection of the waterproof sealing strip 224, so as to form effective protection; and for the edge setting seal at front accuse board 221, waterproof sealing strip 224's quantity is less to waterproof sealing strip 224 sets up between two planar members that set up from top to bottom, compresses tightly waterproof sealing strip 224 just can be between front accuse board 221 and support 222, is favorable to guaranteeing sealed effect.
Specifically, a receiving portion 2227 of the waterproof sealing strip 224 is provided on the support body 2221, the waterproof sealing strip 224 is located at and protrudes from the receiving portion 2227, and the protruding portion is used for compression sealing with the lower end face of the front control 3 board 221.
Referring to fig. 14 to 16, in the present embodiment, the control panel 22 further includes a door lock 23, the door lock 23 is fixed on the front control board 221, and the door lock 23 includes a door lock main body 232 and a lock head 231; this is advantageous in ensuring an assembly gap between the door lock 23 and the front control board 221, and in order to ensure a flat and beautiful upper surface of the control panel 22, the locking head 231 should be flush with the upper surface of the front control board 221 of the control panel 22 in the opened state of the door lock 23; a first lock hole 2213 is formed in the front control board 221, the lock head 231 is located in the first lock hole 2213, and the upper surface of the lock head 231 is flush with the upper surface of the front control board 221 of the control panel 22. Since the gap between the front console 221 and the bracket body 2221 cannot accommodate the door lock main body 232, the door lock main body 232 is disposed below the bracket 222. A second locking hole 2226 through which the lock head 2231 passes is formed in the bracket body 2221, so that the door lock 223 makes the lock head 2231 pass through the second locking hole 2226 up to the first locking hole 2213 from below the bracket 222, and makes the upper surface of the lock head 231 flush with the upper surface of the front control board 221 of the control panel 22; the door lock main body 232 is then fixed to the lower end surface of the front control plate 221 by screws.
