Furthermore, a positioning column 117 is convexly disposed at the bottom of the accommodating groove 112, a positioning hole is disposed on the control panel 13, the positioning hole and the positioning column 117 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, and the end of the positioning column 117 is inserted into the positioning hole, so as to realize the installation and positioning of the control panel 13 on the installation shell 11. Preferably, the number of the positioning columns 117 is two, the number of the mounting columns 116 is two, the control panel 13 has a rectangular plate-shaped structure, mounting holes are formed in one pair of opposite corners of the control panel 13, and positioning holes are formed in the other pair of opposite corners of the control panel 13, so that the setting stability of the control panel 13 can be ensured while the positioning reliability and the connection stability are ensured.
Because the front surface of the mounting shell 11 is provided with the mounting groove 111, and the back surface is provided with the accommodating groove 112, in order to ensure the overall structural strength and rigidity of the mounting shell 11, the bottom of the accommodating groove 112 is convexly provided with a plurality of reinforcing rib plates. As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, preferably, in the present embodiment, the back surface of the mounting case 11 is connected to the door body 2, and the front side surface of the mounting case 11 protrudes forward of the door panel 21, so that the thickness requirement of the door body 2 can be reduced while the overall thickness of the operating device is ensured to meet the requirement. In order to improve the stability of the arrangement of the operating device on the door body 2, the mounting housing 11 of the actuating device 1 is preferably detachably connected to the transverse member 22. Preferably, the back surface of the mounting case 11 is formed with a back mounting surface that can be attached to the outer surface of the door panel 21 to improve mounting and positioning accuracy of the mounting case 11.
To prevent external moisture from dripping to the control board 13 to cause a short circuit of the control board 13, a sealing member 16 is preferably provided between the door panel 21 and the mounting case 11. The sealing member 16 is at least located above the control board 13 and crosses the control board 13 along the left-right direction, so as to shield water drops dropping from the upper part downwards, prevent the water drops on the upper part of the door assembly from dropping into the containing groove 112 to cause short circuit of the control board 13, and improve the use safety and reliability of the control device 1.
In the present embodiment, the sealing member 16 is a horizontally disposed strip-shaped structure, and the sealing member 16 spans across the control board 13 in the length direction, so as to simplify the structure of the sealing member 16 and reduce the cost of the sealing member 16 while ensuring the waterproof effect. In other embodiments, the seal 16 may be an annular structure disposed around the control plate 13.
In order to mount the sealing element 16, a sealing groove 119 is formed in the rear mounting surface, and the sealing element 16 is embedded in the sealing groove 119 and protrudes outwards from the sealing groove 119, so that when the rear mounting surface is mounted on the door panel 21 in an attaching manner, the door panel 21 presses the sealing element 16, and the sealing between the door panel 21 and the mounting shell 11 is realized through the pressing deformation of the sealing element 16. Preferably, the length of the sealing groove 119 is substantially equal to the length of the receiving groove 112, so as to further improve the sealing effect.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 8, in order to connect the mounting shell 11 and the door body 2, a first mounting structure is disposed on the back of the mounting shell 11, a second mounting structure is disposed on the cross beam 22, an avoiding opening 211 is disposed on the door panel 21, and one of the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure passes through the avoiding opening 211 and is detachably connected to the other of the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure. This kind of setting can be so that the major structure of installation shell 11 is located door panel 21's the outside when, realizes being connected of controlling device 1 and crossbeam 22, simplifies opening of keeping away mouth 211 on door panel 21 and offers size, guarantees door panel 21's wholeness. In other embodiments, the rear end of the mounting case 11 may be directly embedded in the door panel 21.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first connection hole penetrates through the front side of the mounting housing 11 for the screw to pass through, in order to prevent the screw from protruding outward to affect the mounting of the display 12, the groove bottom of the mounting groove 111 is recessed to form a first groove 1111, the first connection hole penetrates through the groove bottom of the first groove 1111, and the head of the screw is received in the first groove 1111. Preferably, the first recess 1111 is formed by forward and backward pressing the groove bottom of the mounting groove 111, so that the first boss portion 1110 is correspondingly formed on the groove bottom of the receiving groove 112 in a protruding manner, and the first fixing pillar 118 is protruded on the first boss portion 11110. This kind of setting of first recess 1111 can improve the processing convenience of first recess 1111 on the one hand, and on the other hand can reduce the length demand to first fixed column 118, guarantees the connection reliability, reduces the probability that first fixed column 118 warp.
The mounting groove 111 is a rectangular groove adapted to the display screen 12, first grooves 1111 are formed at four corners of the mounting groove 111, that is, four first boss portions 1110 are formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 112 in a protruding manner, the first boss portions 1110 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first fixing posts 118, and the second fixing posts 222 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first fixing posts 118, so as to improve the connection stability of the control device 1 on the door body 2.
Preferably, the avoidance port 211 is provided with two second fixing posts 222 at intervals along the left-right direction, and the two second fixing posts 222 arranged up and down pass through the same avoidance port 211, so that the number of the avoidance ports 211 can be reduced, and the influence on the structural integrity of the door panel 21 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, a second connection hole is formed at the rear side of the positioning groove 2221 and penetrates the groove bottom of the positioning groove 2221, and the second connection hole preferably penetrates the front and rear sides of the cross beam 22 to increase the fitting length of the screw member with the second connection hole. Preferably, the front side of the cross beam 22 is protruded with a second boss portion 223, and the second fixing column 222 is protruded and arranged on the second boss portion 223. The second boss portion 223 is disposed to reduce the length of the second fixing column 222 and prevent the second fixing column 222 from contacting the sidewall of the escape opening 211.
As shown in fig. 1 and 10, in the present embodiment, the control device 1 further includes a control member 17, the control member 17 has a pressing control function and/or a rotating control function, and a user can control the operation of the dishwasher through the control member 17. In this embodiment, the user may select and confirm options in the function/program menu displayed in the display screen 12 by rotating and/or pressing. By setting the control member 17, the diversity of the user's control selection on the control device 1 can be increased, the problem of poor control or incapability of controlling caused by the failure of the touch function of the display screen 12 can be avoided, and the use reliability of the control device 1 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 8-12, the operation end of the operation member 17 is exposed at the front side of the door body 2, the inner side surface of the door body 2 is provided with an installation hole 221 for installing the operation member 17, the door assembly further includes a waterproof cover 3, the waterproof cover 3 is covered on the inner side surface of the door body 2, and the installation hole 221 is located within the coverage range of the waterproof cover 3. The waterproof cover 3 is arranged to prevent water vapor inside the dishwasher from entering the control device 1 through the mounting hole 221, and meanwhile, the water vapor is prevented from affecting the connecting wire 18 of the control part 17, so that the connecting wire 18 is short-circuited, and the use safety of the control device 1 is ensured.
Specifically, the waterproof cover 3 has a waterproof groove 311 with an opening facing the cross beam 22, and an opening end surface of the waterproof groove 311 is attached to a side surface of the cross beam 22 away from the door panel 21, so that the opening of the waterproof groove 311 is closed by the inner side surface of the cross beam 22 to form a sealed waterproof cavity. The mounting hole 221 is located within the waterproof chamber.
The inner side surface of the door body 2 is provided with an accommodating groove 224, the mounting hole 221 penetrates through the bottom of the accommodating groove 224, and the waterproof cover 3 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 224. Therefore, the situation that the waterproof cover 3 protrudes out of the cross beam 22 to scratch structures in the inner cavity of the dishwasher can be avoided. Preferably, the waterproof cover 3 has a thickness less than or equal to the groove depth of the receiving groove 224.
In order to improve the waterproof effect of the waterproof cover 3, one of the inner side surface of the door body 2 and the front end surface of the waterproof cover 3 is convexly provided with a convex rib 225, the other one is provided with a sealing slot 312, the convex rib 225 is annular and surrounds the outer sides of all the mounting hole positions 221, and the convex rib 225 is inserted into the sealing slot 312. Through the cooperation of the convex rib 225 and the sealing slot 312, the water vapor can be prevented from passing through the gap between the joint surface of the waterproof cover 3 and the cross beam 22, and the waterproof performance of the waterproof cover 3 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the groove bottom of the receiving groove 224 is convexly provided with a rib 225, and the opening end surface of the waterproof cover 3 is provided with a sealing slot 312, so as to simplify the processing. Preferably, the protruding height of the rib 225 is equal to or slightly greater than the groove depth of the sealing insertion groove 312, so as to ensure that the rib 225 can be in close contact with the groove bottom of the sealing insertion groove 312, thereby improving the sealing effect. More preferably, the width of the sealing socket 312 is slightly larger than the width of the rib 225 to facilitate the insertion of the rib 225 into the sealing socket 312.
The waterproof cover 3 preferably includes a shell-shaped cover body 31, the cover body 31 is connected to the inner side surface of the door body 2 in a snap-fit manner, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 32 are arranged on one surface of the cover body 31 facing away from the door body 2 in a protruding manner. With this arrangement, the thickness of the cover body 31 can be reduced while ensuring the overall structural strength and rigidity of the waterproof cover 3.
In order to facilitate the connection of the waterproof cover 3 and the cross beam 22, the cover body 31 extends outwards along both sides in the left-right direction to form connecting lug parts 33, and the connecting lug parts 33 are detachably connected with the cross beam 22 of the door body 2. The detachable connection is preferably a threaded connection to improve connection reliability. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 8, 9 and 12, the inner end of the operating member 17 passes through the door panel 21 and is connected to the cross member 22, the operating end of the operating member 17 is exposed out of the door panel 21, the mounting hole position 221 includes a mounting hole 2211, and the inner end of the operating member 17 is mounted at the mounting hole 2211. The structure of the plug hole 2211 and the specific installation mode of the control member 17 at the installation hole 221 can all refer to the setting of the existing control member 17, which is not the key point of the present invention, and is not repeated here.

The projection of the mounting case 11 on the door panel 21 preferably covers the second mouth 2112 to shield the second mouth 2112. The machine door assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the door body (2) comprises a door panel (21) and a door frame arranged on the back of the door panel (21), the mounting hole (221) is formed in the door frame, an avoiding opening (211) is formed in the door panel (21), the operation end of the operation control member (17) is exposed out of the door panel (21), and the inner end of the operation control member (17) penetrates through the avoiding opening (211) and is connected with the door frame.

The door assembly according to claim 6, wherein the control device (1) comprises a mounting shell (11) and a display screen (12), the display screen (12) is mounted on the front side of the mounting shell (11), the control member (17) is used for controlling the display of the display screen (12), and the mounting shell (11) is mounted on the front side surface of the door body (2).

The door assembly as claimed in claim 11, wherein the first mounting structure is a first fixing column (118), the second mounting structure is a second fixing column (222), a positioning groove (2221) is formed on an end surface of one of the first fixing column (118) and the second fixing column (222), and the other one of the first fixing column (118) and the second fixing column (222) is inserted into the positioning groove (2221);
and/or, a first connecting hole is formed in the first mounting structure, a second connecting hole is formed in the second mounting structure, and the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure are connected through a threaded piece penetrating through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole.
13. The door assembly as claimed in claim 12, wherein said second connection hole penetrates said door frame, said second fixing column (222) is provided in plurality, and part of said second connection hole is located in the coverage area of said waterproof cover (3).
14. The door assembly according to claim 7, wherein the lower end of the mounting case (11) has a handle part (113), and a handle groove (1131) with a lower opening is formed between the handle part (113) and the door body (2).
15. The door assembly of claim 14, wherein said catch (113) is integrally formed on said mounting shell (11);

18. The machine door component of claim 15, characterized in that the lower end of the handle part (113) is bent forward to form a decorative part (1120), and an insertion groove with an upward opening is formed between the decorative part (1120) and the front side surface of the handle part (113).
19. The door assembly as claimed in claim 18, wherein said operating device (1) further comprises a protective panel (14) covering the front side of said mounting shell (11), the lower end of said protective panel (14) being inserted into said insertion slot.
