本发明提供一种弹性地板及其制备方法。该弹性地板包括石塑基材层以及编织面料层,所述编织面料层通过热熔胶粘设于所述石塑基材层上方,所述编织面料层采用主要原料为PVC的丝线编织而成。本发明弹性地板,通过热熔胶将编织面料层粘设于石塑基材层上,并且编织面料层采用主要原料为PVC的丝线编织而成,也就是以编织面料层作为上层,其结构更加简单,制作工艺也非常简单,从而良品率较高。由于编织面料层的主要原料是PVC,具有良好的耐磨性、耐刮性以及尺寸稳定性,并且对化学溶剂的耐受性也非常好,不易腐蚀。该弹性地板还具有良好的防火阻燃性能,且不怕水不怕潮,打理非常简单,用抹布擦拭即可,耐污性能良好。

本发明涉及地板技术领域,尤其涉及一种弹性地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
弹性地板是一种在外力作用下发生变形,当外力解除后,能完全恢复到变形前形状的地板。弹性地板使用寿命长达30年至50年,具有卓越的耐磨性、耐污性和防滑性,富有弹性的足感令人行走十分舒适。弹性地板因其优越的特性而倍受用户青睐,因此被广泛应用于医院、学校、写字楼、商场、交通、工业、家居、体育馆等场所。
现有的弹性地板上层主要由UV层、耐磨层和彩膜层热压而成,其工艺复杂,且半成品的良品率低,且耐腐蚀性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种弹性地板及其制备方法,该弹性地板结构简单,制作工艺简单,良品率高,且耐腐蚀性好。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种弹性地板,包括石塑基材层以及编织面料层,所述编织面料层通过热熔胶粘设于所述石塑基材层上方,所述编织面料层采用主要原料为PVC的丝线编织而成。
于本发明一实施例中,所述编织面料层的丝线主要由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC85-94份、涤纶4-14份、稳定剂2-3份、玻璃纤维4-6份。
于本发明一实施例中,所述编织面料层的丝线主要由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC94份、涤纶5份、稳定剂2份、玻璃纤维5份。
于本发明一实施例中,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
于本发明一实施例中,所述石塑基材层与所述编织面料层粘合的一面经过磨砂处理,形成凹凸不平的表面。对石塑基材层进行磨砂处理可以使得热熔胶更均匀地涂覆于石塑基材层的表面,从而编织面料层可以更好地与石塑基材层贴合在一起,降低弹性地板分层的可能,提高地板使用寿命。
本发明还提供一种弹性地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
混合主要成分为PVC的原料并进行造粒、拉丝、定型形成丝线,然后经过整经、织布形成编织面料层;
提供石塑基材层,在石塑基材层上涂覆热熔胶;
将编织面料层贴合于石塑基材层上涂覆有热熔胶的一面,在温度为21℃-25℃、湿度为60%-80%的环境下静置5-7小时,即可得到弹性地板。
于本发明一实施例中,混合原料时,按照以下重量份的组分进行混合:PVC 85-94份、涤纶4-14份、稳定剂2-3份、玻璃纤维4-6份。
于本发明一实施例中,在石塑基材层上涂覆热熔胶之前,对石塑基材层的一表面进行磨砂处理,使其形成凹凸不平的表面,之后再在该凹凸不平的表面涂覆热熔胶。
于本发明一实施例中,造粒时温度控制在200℃-230℃;
于本发明一实施例中,造粒后通过挤出机拉丝形成丝状半成品,之后丝状半成品进入水温为10-15℃的水箱中冷却,然后在温度为70-75℃的温度下对丝状半成品进行定型得到丝线。
与现有技术相比,本技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明弹性地板,通过热熔胶将编织面料层粘设于石塑基材层上,并且编织面料层采用主要原料为PVC的丝线编织而成,也就是以编织面料层作为上层,其结构更加简单,制作工艺也非常简单,从而良品率较高。由于编织面料层的主要原料是PVC,具有良好的耐磨性、耐刮性以及尺寸稳定性,并且对化学溶剂的耐受性也非常好,不易腐蚀。该弹性地板还具有良好的防火阻燃性能,且不怕水不怕潮,打理非常简单,用抹布擦拭即可,耐污性能良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
请参考图1所示,本发明提供一种弹性地板,包括石塑基材层1以及编织面料层2。所述编织面料层2通过热熔胶粘设于所述石塑基材层1上方,所述编织面料层2采用主要原料为PVC的丝线编织而成。
所述编织面料层的丝线主要由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC 85-94份、涤纶4-14份、稳定剂2-3份、玻璃纤维4-6份。所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
所述石塑基材层与所述编织面料层粘合的一面经过磨砂处理,形成凹凸不平的表面。所述石塑基材层由主要成分为PVC和石粉的原料制成,也就是现有市面上常见的PVC地板的基材层,均可作为本发明弹性地板的石塑基材层。本发明对石塑基材层的具体原料组分不进行限制。
以上所述的弹性地板通过以下方法制备:
混合主要成分为PVC的原料并进行造粒、拉丝、定型形成丝线,然后经过整经、织布形成编织面料层;
提供石塑基材层,在石塑基材层上涂覆热熔胶;
将编织面料层贴合于石塑基材层上涂覆有热熔胶的一面,在温度为21℃-25℃、湿度为60%-80%的环境下养生5-7小时,即可得到弹性地板。
在石塑基材层上涂覆热熔胶之前,对石塑基材层的一表面进行磨砂处理,使其形成凹凸不平的表面,之后再在该凹凸不平的表面涂覆热熔胶。
造粒时温度控制在200℃-230℃,该温度范围能够使得原料形成流动性好的颗粒,利于后续步骤拉丝。造粒后通过挤出机拉丝形成丝状半成品,之后丝状半成品进入水温为10-15℃的水箱中冷却,然后在温度为70-75℃的温度下对丝状半成品进行定型得到丝线。经过急剧降温冷却及升温定型可以获得性能更加稳定的丝线,利于提升最终产品的尺寸稳定性。
实施例1

一种弹性地板,包括石塑基材层以及编织面料层。该弹性地板通过以下方法制备:按照以下重量份的组分混合原料:PVC 94份、涤纶5份、稳定剂2份、玻璃纤维5份。原料混合后在230℃的温度下进行造粒。造粒后通过挤出机拉丝形成丝状半成品,之后丝状半成品进入水温为15℃的水箱中冷却,然后在温度为75℃的温度下对丝状半成品进行定型得到丝线。然后经过整经、织布形成编织面料层。提供石塑基材层,对石塑基材层的一表面进行磨砂处理,使其形成凹凸不平的表面,之后再在该凹凸不平的表面涂覆热熔胶。将编织面料层贴合于石塑基材层上涂覆有热熔胶的一面,在温度为25℃、湿度为80%的环境下养生7小时,即可得到弹性地板。
实施例5
一种弹性地板,包括石塑基材层以及编织面料层。该弹性地板通过以下方法制备:按照以下重量份的组分混合原料:PVC 90份、涤纶11份、稳定剂3份、玻璃纤维5份。原料混合后在210℃的温度下进行造粒。造粒后通过挤出机拉丝形成丝状半成品,之后丝状半成品进入水温为12℃的水箱中冷却,然后在温度为73℃的温度下对丝状半成品进行定型得到丝线。然后经过整经、织布形成编织面料层。提供石塑基材层,对石塑基材层的一表面进行磨砂处理,使其形成凹凸不平的表面,之后再在该凹凸不平的表面涂覆热熔胶。将编织面料层贴合于石塑基材层上涂覆有热熔胶的一面,在温度为23℃、湿度为70%的环境下养生6小时,即可得到弹性地板。
对比例1
一种弹性地板,包括从上至下依次设置的UV层、耐磨层、彩膜层和石塑基材层。各层分别成型,然后依次叠放在一起,之后通过模具热压成型。
对比例2
一种弹性地板,包括石塑基材层以及编织面料层。该弹性地板的制备方法除了编织面料层的原料组分与实施例1不同外,其他与实施例相同。该对比例中,编织面料层按照以下重量份的组分混合原料:PVC 150份、涤纶18份、稳定剂5份、玻璃纤维3份。
检测实施例1-5以及对比例1-2的弹性地板的性能,测试结果如下表1所示。
膨胀率测试:采用精密高温烤箱HQ-WG-550测定50℃的地板膨胀率。
收缩率测试:采用精密高温烤箱HQ-WG-550测定80℃的地板收缩率。
耐磨等级测试:采用标准EN660-2测试地板耐磨等级。
耐刮值测试:采用耐刮测试仪进行测定,其耐刮值越大耐刮性能越高。
化学溶剂耐受性测试:将强酸强碱腐置于地板表面一定时间,去除强酸强碱后观察地板表面的腐蚀情况。

从上表1可知,本实施例1-5的弹性地板具有较低的膨胀率、收缩率,耐磨等级高,耐刮性能好,耐化学溶剂性强,不易被腐蚀。

Claims (10)

1.一种弹性地板,其特征在于,包括石塑基材层以及编织面料层,所述编织面料层通过热熔胶粘设于所述石塑基材层上方,所述编织面料层采用主要原料为PVC的丝线编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性地板,其特征在于,所述编织面料层的丝线主要由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC 85-94份、涤纶4-14份、稳定剂2-3份、玻璃纤维4-6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的弹性地板,其特征在于,所述编织面料层的丝线主要由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC 94份、涤纶5份、稳定剂2份、玻璃纤维5份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的弹性地板,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性地板,其特征在于,所述石塑基材层与所述编织面料层粘合的一面经过磨砂处理,形成凹凸不平的表面。
6.一种弹性地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
混合主要成分为PVC的原料并进行造粒、拉丝、定型形成丝线,然后经过整经、织布形成编织面料层;
提供石塑基材层,在石塑基材层上涂覆热熔胶;
将编织面料层贴合于石塑基材层上涂覆有热熔胶的一面,在温度为21℃-25℃、湿度为60%-80%的环境下养生5-7小时,即可得到弹性地板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的弹性地板的制备方法,其特征在于,混合原料时,按照以下重量份的组分进行混合:PVC 85-94份、涤纶4-14份、稳定剂2-3份、玻璃纤维4-6份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的弹性地板的制备方法,其特征在于,在石塑基材层上涂覆热熔胶之前,对石塑基材层的一表面进行磨砂处理,使其形成凹凸不平的表面,之后再在该凹凸不平的表面涂覆热熔胶。
9.根据权利要求6所述的弹性地板的制备方法,其特征在于,造粒时温度控制在200℃-230℃。
10.根据权利要求6所述的弹性地板的制备方法,其特征在于,造粒后通过挤出机拉丝形成丝状半成品,之后丝状半成品进入水温为10-15℃的水箱中冷却,然后在温度为70-75℃的温度下对丝状半成品进行定型得到丝线。
