Abstract
本发明公开了一种灌装用隔膜阀,包括阀座,阀座底部设有入料口接头,阀座一侧设有出料口接头,阀座内部设有将入料口接头与出料口接头连通的输料通道,该输料通道配有可将其隔断的平置橡胶隔膜片,该橡胶隔膜片配有驱动其开闭的气压缸。本发明灌装用隔膜阀,其能通过橡胶隔膜片来控制输料通道的通断,且能将保证气动元件与输料通道的隔离。

技术领域
本发明涉及灌装用隔膜阀。
背景技术
饮料灌装的设备中需要用到气动隔膜阀,为了保证饮料的卫生,需要将气动元件与饮料隔离。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种灌装用隔膜阀,其能通过橡胶隔膜片来控制输料通道的通断,且能将保证气动元件与输料通道的隔离。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种灌装用隔膜阀,包括阀座,阀座底部设有入料口接头,阀座一侧设有出料口接头,阀座内部设有将入料口接头与出料口接头连通的输料通道,该输料通道配有可将其隔断的平置橡胶隔膜片;
所述橡胶隔膜片置于隔膜室内,隔膜室设于输料通道上方,且隔膜室与输料通道通过橡胶隔膜片隔离;
所述隔膜室上方设有竖置的气压缸,气压缸包括设于隔膜室上方的缸室,缸室与隔膜室通过平置的隔板隔离;
所述缸室顶部设有第一压缩空气快速接头,缸室底部设有第二压缩空气快速接头,缸室内部设有活塞,活塞位于第一压缩空气快速接头和第二压缩空气快速接头之间;
所述缸室内部还设有位于活塞上方的竖置压缩弹簧;活塞顶部设有供压缩弹簧底端***的弹簧安装孔,压缩弹簧的底端置于弹簧安装孔内;缸室内顶壁向下延伸有用于将压缩弹簧顶端固定的弹簧定位柱,压缩弹簧的顶端套装在弹簧定位柱上;
所述活塞底面向下延伸有驱动杆,上述隔板设有供驱动杆贯穿的通孔,驱动杆贯穿该通孔并伸入隔膜室内;
所述橡胶隔膜片的顶面中心向上凸起形成推拉头,驱动杆底端通过连接件与该推拉头固定;连接件包括:与驱动杆底端卡接的上部连接头,以及与推拉头卡接的下部连接头。
优选的,所述隔膜室侧壁设有用于观察橡胶隔膜片的观察窗。
优选的,所述通孔的内壁设有用于安装第一密封圈的第一环形安装槽,第一密封圈设于第一环形安装槽内;第一密封圈与驱动杆配合,形成滑动密封。
优选的,所述活塞的侧壁设有用于安装第二密封圈的第二环形安装槽,第二密封圈设于第二环形安装槽内;第二密封圈与缸室内壁配合,形成滑动密封。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种灌装用隔膜阀,其能通过橡胶隔膜片来控制输料通道的通断,且能将保证气动元件与输料通道的隔离。
常态时,压缩弹簧驱动活塞和驱动杆下压,进而驱动橡胶隔膜片将输料通道隔断。
需要开启输料通道时,通过第二压缩空气快速接头向缸室下部充入压缩空气,缸室上部空气由第一压缩空气快速接头流出,可驱动活塞和驱动杆上升,进而向上拉动橡胶隔膜片使其开启输料通道。
本发明灌装用隔膜阀采用气压缸做为推压关阀及拉动开阀机构,可达成利用程序控制的要求,可搭配流量计或称重计来完成定体积及定重量灌装要求。
本发明灌装用隔膜阀能有效隔绝气动元件与饮料的接触,达到食品卫生效果。
隔膜室侧壁设有用于观察橡胶隔膜片的观察窗,可在运行期间随时观察橡胶隔膜片的状况,便于查看橡胶隔膜片是否损坏。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
如图1所示,一种灌装用隔膜阀,包括阀座1,阀座1底部设有入料口接头2,阀座1一侧设有出料口接头3,阀座1内部设有将入料口接头2与出料口接头3连通的输料通道4,该输料通道4配有可将其隔断的平置橡胶隔膜片5;
所述橡胶隔膜片5置于隔膜室6内,隔膜室6设于输料通道4上方,且隔膜室6与输料通道4通过橡胶隔膜片5隔离;
所述隔膜室6上方设有竖置的气压缸7,气压缸7包括设于隔膜室6上方的缸室,缸室与隔膜室6通过平置的隔板8隔离;
所述缸室顶部设有第一压缩空气快速接头9,缸室底部设有第二压缩空气快速接头10,缸室内部设有活塞11,活塞11位于第一压缩空气快速接头9和第二压缩空气快速接头10之间;
所述缸室内部还设有位于活塞11上方的竖置压缩弹簧12;活塞11顶部设有供压缩弹簧12底端***的弹簧安装孔,压缩弹簧12的底端置于弹簧安装孔内;缸室内顶壁向下延伸有用于将压缩弹簧12顶端固定的弹簧定位柱,压缩弹簧12的顶端套装在弹簧定位柱上;
所述活塞11底面向下延伸有驱动杆13,上述隔板8设有供驱动杆13贯穿的通孔,驱动杆13贯穿该通孔并伸入隔膜室6内;
所述橡胶隔膜片5的顶面中心向上凸起形成推拉头14,驱动杆13底端通过连接件15与该推拉头14固定;连接件15包括:与驱动杆13底端卡接的上部连接头,以及与推拉头14卡接的下部连接头。
所述隔膜室6侧壁设有用于观察橡胶隔膜片5的观察窗16。
所述通孔的内壁设有用于安装第一密封圈17的第一环形安装槽,第一密封圈17设于第一环形安装槽内;第一密封圈17与驱动杆13配合,形成滑动密封。
所述活塞11的侧壁设有用于安装第二密封圈18的第二环形安装槽,第二密封圈18设于第二环形安装槽内;第二密封圈18与缸室内壁配合,形成滑动密封。
本发明灌装用隔膜阀,其能通过橡胶隔膜片5来控制输料通道4的通断,且能将保证气动元件与输料通道4的隔离。
常态时,压缩弹簧12驱动活塞11和驱动杆13下压,进而驱动橡胶隔膜片5将输料通道4隔断。
需要开启输料通道4时,通过第二压缩空气快速接头10向缸室下部充入压缩空气,缸室上部空气由第一压缩空气快速接头9流出,可驱动活塞11和驱动杆13上升,进而向上拉动橡胶隔膜片5使其开启输料通道4。
本发明灌装用隔膜阀采用气压缸7做为推压关阀及拉动开阀机构,可达成利用程序控制的要求,可搭配流量计或称重计来完成定体积及定重量灌装要求。
本发明灌装用隔膜阀能有效隔绝气动元件与饮料的接触,达到食品卫生效果。

Claims (4)
1.灌装用隔膜阀,其特征在于,包括阀座,阀座底部设有入料口接头,阀座一侧设有出料口接头,阀座内部设有将入料口接头与出料口接头连通的输料通道,该输料通道配有可将其隔断的平置橡胶隔膜片;
所述橡胶隔膜片置于隔膜室内,隔膜室设于输料通道上方,且隔膜室与输料通道通过橡胶隔膜片隔离;
所述隔膜室上方设有竖置的气压缸,气压缸包括设于隔膜室上方的缸室,缸室与隔膜室通过平置的隔板隔离;
所述缸室顶部设有第一压缩空气快速接头,缸室底部设有第二压缩空气快速接头,缸室内部设有活塞,活塞位于第一压缩空气快速接头和第二压缩空气快速接头之间;
所述缸室内部还设有位于活塞上方的竖置压缩弹簧;活塞顶部设有供压缩弹簧底端***的弹簧安装孔,压缩弹簧的底端置于弹簧安装孔内;缸室内顶壁向下延伸有用于将压缩弹簧顶端固定的弹簧定位柱,压缩弹簧的顶端套装在弹簧定位柱上;
所述活塞底面向下延伸有驱动杆,上述隔板设有供驱动杆贯穿的通孔,驱动杆贯穿该通孔并伸入隔膜室内;
所述橡胶隔膜片的顶面中心向上凸起形成推拉头,驱动杆底端通过连接件与该推拉头固定;连接件包括:与驱动杆底端卡接的上部连接头,以及与推拉头卡接的下部连接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灌装用隔膜阀,其特征在于,所述隔膜室侧壁设有用于观察橡胶隔膜片的观察窗。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灌装用隔膜阀,其特征在于,所述通孔的内壁设有用于安装第一密封圈的第一环形安装槽,第一密封圈设于第一环形安装槽内;第一密封圈与驱动杆配合,形成滑动密封。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灌装用隔膜阀,其特征在于,所述活塞的侧壁设有用于安装第二密封圈的第二环形安装槽,第二密封圈设于第二环形安装槽内;第二密封圈与缸室内壁配合,形成滑动密封。
