step (9), after the guide device is removed, continuously pushing out the second pipe ring until the end face of the second pipe ring is in butt joint with the end face of the first pipe ring, the first pipe ring corresponds to the bolt hole of the second pipe ring, and then installing a longitudinal connecting bolt;
