Abstract
本发明涉及一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,其原料配方包括下述重量份计的组分:基体橡胶为:70~80份苯乙烯‑丁二烯橡胶,20~30份的天然橡胶;功能填料为:30~50份改性气相法白炭黑,40~60份炭黑;增强组分:10~20份凯夫拉纤维;增粘树脂为:10~20份环氧树脂;硫化组分:硫化剂5~10份、硫化促进剂2~5份。本发明所述的橡胶组合物保证了橡胶具有高弹性、高耐磨性、耐高温、阻燃、轮胎与地面的摩擦下不易游离、耐磨性好的优点,因此本发明所述的橡胶组合物具有广泛的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,属于汽车轮胎橡胶技术领域。
技术背景
轮胎是汽车的最重要的组成部件之一,它的主要作用是支持车辆的全部重量,承受着汽车的负荷,传送牵引和制动的扭力,保证车轮与路面的附着力,轮胎大多用的是橡胶材料。但近几年随着经济的发展汽车的数量越来越多,对橡胶的要求越来越高,不但要求它的耐磨性,而且现在为了追求汽车的舒服程度,所以怎样去减轻和吸收汽车在行驶时的震动和冲击力,防止汽车零部件受到剧烈震动和早期损坏,高度适应车辆的高速性能并降低行驶时的噪音,现在对橡胶轮胎的要求越来越高,需增进技术,提高性能。
中国专利号CN200480012204.1涉及在湿地上具有改进的抓着力的充气轮胎胎面。所述胎面由橡胶组合物形成,该组合物至少含有:(i)一种包含超过30phr丁基橡胶的二烯高弹体,(ii)二氧化硅之类的补强无机填料,(iii)用于无机填料并作为增塑剂的偶联剂,(iv)甘油不饱和(C12-C22)脂肪酸三酯,尤其是甘油三油酸酯。但有无所述的无机填料不参与橡胶硫化过程,所述的轮胎胎面耐磨性能差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点和不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物。
本发明所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,其原料配方包括下述重量份计的组分:基体橡胶为:70~80份苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶,20~30份的天然橡胶;功能填料为:30~50份改性气相法白炭黑,40~60份炭黑;增强组分:10~20份凯夫拉纤维;增粘树脂为:10~20份环氧树脂;硫化组分:硫化剂5~10份、硫化促进剂2~5份。
所述的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶分子量为1000000~5000000。
所述的改性气相法白炭黑为经KH570改性的气相法白炭黑。
所述炭黑优选为100目筛余<0.1%、氮吸附比表面积为100~1300m2/g、碘吸附量120~180mg/g。
所述的凯夫拉纤维优选为型号分为K29型号、49型号、K49AP型号的凯夫拉纤维。
所述的环氧树脂为有机钛改性二酚基丙烷环氧树脂、三聚氰酸环氧树脂、有机硅改性二酚基丙烷环氧树脂中的至少一种。
所述的硫化剂为过氧化二苯甲酰、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、过氧化钡、过氧化镉、过氧化镁、过氧化锌、过氧化双(2,4-二氯基甲酰)、过氧化二叔丁基、1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯、过氧化二异丙苯、叔丁基过苯甲酸脂、叔丁基异丙苯基过氧化物、过氧化异氯丙苯、叔丁基碳酸异丙酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸脂中的至少一种。
所述的硫化促进剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、六亚甲基二胺氨基甲酸盐、亚乙基二胺基甲酸盐、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺中的至少一种。
相对于现有技术,本发所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物明具有以下优点:
(1)以苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶、天然橡胶为基体,同时辅以含有双键的乙烯基改性气相法白炭黑与橡胶,因此所述组合物可在自由基硫化剂和硫化促进剂的作用下发生交联成三维网状结构,保证了橡胶具有高弹性。
(2)首次使用以凯夫拉纤维作增强组分,凯夫拉纤维具有密度低、强度高、韧性好、耐高温、阻燃型、易于加工和成型,使得本发明所述的橡胶组合物硫化后具有高耐磨性、耐高温和阻燃型。
(3)所述的KH570改性气相法白炭黑参与橡胶组合物硫化反应,白炭黑与橡胶以化学键结合一体而不是简单的共混,在轮胎与地面的摩擦下不易游离,一定程度上增加了其耐磨性。
(4)硫化剂、凯夫拉纤维均可以增粘组分的环氧树脂发生反应而协同交联固化,提高了所述橡胶组合物硫化后的韧性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物做进一步的描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
本发明所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,具体组成包括:基体橡胶为:73份苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶,27份的天然橡胶;功能填料为:43份KH570改性的气相法白炭黑,54份炭黑;增强组分:15份K49AP型号凯夫拉纤维;增粘树脂为:12份有机钛改性二酚基丙烷环氧树脂;硫化组分:过氧化镁7份、六亚甲基二胺氨基甲酸盐3份。
实施例2
本发明所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,具体组成包括:基体橡胶为:80份苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶,20份的天然橡胶;功能填料为:30份KH570改性的气相法白炭黑,60份炭黑;增强组分:10份K29型号凯夫拉纤维;增粘树脂为:10份三聚氰酸环氧树脂;硫化组分:二硫化四甲基秋兰姆5份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺2份。
实施例3
本发明所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,具体组成包括:基体橡胶为:70份苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶,30份的天然橡胶;功能填料为:50份KH570改性的气相法白炭黑,40份炭黑;增强组分:20份K49型号凯夫拉纤维;增粘树脂为:20份有机硅改性二酚基丙烷环氧树脂;硫化组分:硫化剂过氧化镉10份、亚乙基二胺基甲酸盐5份。
实施例所述的橡胶组合物在152℃硫化30min后的测试数据如下表:

Claims (4)
1.一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,其原料配方包括下述重量份计的组分:基体橡胶为:70~80份苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶,20~30份的天然橡胶;功能填料为:30~50份改性气相法白炭黑,40~60份炭黑;增强组分为:10~20份凯夫拉纤维;增粘树脂为:10~20份环氧树脂;硫化组分为:硫化剂5~10份、硫化促进剂2~5份;
所述的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶分子量为1000000~5000000;
所述的改性气相法白炭黑为经KH570改性的气相法白炭黑;
所述的硫化剂为过氧化二苯甲酰、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、过氧化钡、过氧化镉、过氧化镁、过氧化锌、过氧化双(2,4-二氯基甲酰)、过氧化二叔丁基、1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯、过氧化二异丙苯、叔丁基过苯甲酸脂、叔丁基异丙苯基过氧化物、过氧化异氯丙苯、叔丁基碳酸异丙酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸脂中的至少一种;
所述的硫化促进剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、六亚甲基二胺氨基甲酸盐、亚乙基二胺基甲酸盐、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述炭黑为100目筛余<0.1%、氮吸附比表面积为100~130m2/g、碘吸附量120~180mg/g。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述的凯夫拉纤维为K29型号、49型号、K49AP型号的凯夫拉纤维中之一种。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高耐磨汽车轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为有机钛改性二酚基丙烷环氧树脂、三聚氰酸环氧树脂、有机硅改性二酚基丙烷环氧树脂中的至少一种。
