Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑装饰材料。其组成成分包 括高铝白水泥石英砂、结晶剂、石子、黄砂、普通水泥、 水。具有原料来源广泛，成本低，制作工艺简单、光泽 度好等优点。采用本发明提供的成分配比，可制作成 彩色仿瓷大理石地砖或仿瓷大理石内墙装饰板等 等。

Description

本发明涉及一种建筑装饰材料。
目前，用于建筑装潢的有天然大理石材料和人造大理石材料，天然大理石价高、运输难、加工亦难;而人造大理石中的一种是在其表面涂上一层树脂，因为是有机材料易老化变质，另一种人造大理石虽为无机原料但所加的试剂种类多，成本高。
本发明的目的是提供一种所加添加剂少，制作工艺简单、成本低、质量优的人造仿瓷大理石。
本发明所提出的仿瓷大理石，其组成成份有：高铝白水泥、石子、黄砂、石英砂、普通水泥、结晶剂、水，上述成份的重量配比为高铝白水泥22.5、石英砂12.5、结晶剂1、石子60、黄砂40、普通水泥20、水适量。
本发明所提出的仿瓷大理石是以水泥、黄砂、石子为主料，原料来源广、易购，并且只用了一种起结晶作用的添加剂，使得成本低，制作工艺简单、光泽度好。采用本发明提供的成份配比，可制作成彩色仿瓷大理石地砖或仿瓷大理石内墙装饰板等等。
下面给出本发明的一个具体实施例。
制作一块250毫米×250毫米×7毫米的仿瓷大理石地砖，各种原料成份的需要量分别为：
625＃白水泥450克;石英砂200克;结晶剂20克;水适量，供面料用;石子360克;黄砂240克;425＃普通水泥120克;水适量，供背料用。

Claims (2)

1、一种仿瓷大理石，其特征在于，它包括下列组成成份，高铝白水泥、石英砂、结晶剂、石子、黄砂、普通水泥、水，上述各种成份的重量配比为，面料中高铝白水泥22.5、石英砂12.5、结晶剂1、石子60、黄砂40、普通水泥20、水适量。
2、根据权利要求1所述的仿瓷大理石，其特征在于：结晶剂的组成成份有氯化铵、191树脂、硫酸、明矾、硅油、水，上述成份的重量配比为氯化铵1、191树脂5、硫酸（40%）17.3、明矾28.3、硅油60、水1000。
