技术领域
本发明涉及一种储存设备技术领域,特别涉及一种防水浆料储存搅拌桶。
背景技术
目前厨房卫生间的修补多是普通水泥砂浆,由于水泥基层材料与混凝土基层相容性好,且性价比高,故被广泛采用,但是仍有些不足。例如早期强度低,导致施工工期长;粘结性差,施工后修补材料与混凝土基础界面结合薄弱,易出现空鼓起皮等现象,影响防水层性能;抗裂性差,施工后收缩得不到有效控制,导致修补失败。
参阅中国专利《防水浆料储存搅拌桶》,申请号:201420367123.4,本发明涉及一种防水浆料储存搅拌桶,属于防水浆料储存设备技术领域,其包括储存桶体,储存桶体内从左至右依次设置有防水液储存内胆、修补灰浆储存内胆和防水粉料储存内胆,在储存桶体内横向设置有搅拌桶体,搅拌桶体内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,搅拌轴的动力传动端外露在储存桶体左侧,防水液储存内胆底部通过管线与搅拌桶体连接相通;修补灰浆储存内胆通过管线与搅拌桶体连接相通;防水粉料储存内胆通过管线与搅拌桶体连接相通,搅拌桶体底部设置有出料管线,在搅拌桶体上连接有进水管。本发明能够有效的防止浆料一次性用不完造成浪费,且增加了一种渗透结晶型修补灰浆,对微裂缝具有很好的修复功能,施工搅拌很方便。
但是上述所述的搅拌桶中对于物料的投放采用阀门式,这样容易产生物料会一下子从储料内胆中流出,速度与数量的控制,不能达到很精准。
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明创作者经过长时间的研究和实践终于获得了本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种防水浆料储存搅拌桶,用以克服上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案在于,提供一种防水浆料储存搅拌桶,所述储存搅拌桶包括一桶体,所述桶体的上部设置一桶盖,所述桶体与所述桶盖相连接,所述桶盖的内侧上部设置有三个凸起,所述桶体内垂直平行设置有一防水液储存内胆、一修补灰浆储存内胆和一防水粉料储存内胆,所述防水液储存内胆,所述修补灰浆储存内胆和所述防水粉料储存内胆分别于所述凸起相连接,每一个所述内胆外连接一输液管,每一个所述输液管上设置一旋钮开关,用以控制浆液的流出量。
本发明所述储存搅拌桶对于浆液的投放具有准确的定位,混合后的浆液搅拌均匀,而且实现了自动、手动两种操作方式,提高了所述储存搅拌桶的可靠性。
较佳的,所述凸起平行排布于所述桶盖的内侧上部,或者呈圆周状,均匀分布于所述桶盖的内侧上部。
较佳的,所述防水液储存内胆,所述修补灰浆储存内胆和所述防水粉料储存内胆均为透明色,其外壁上均刻有相应的刻度尺,用以观察所述防水液储存内胆,所述修补灰浆储存内胆和所述防水粉料储存内胆中浆液的体积。
较佳的,每一个所述旋钮开关上的刻度均与其相对应的内胆上的刻度相一致。
较佳的,所述桶体的内侧下部设置有一搅拌桶,所述搅拌桶分别与所述防水液储存内胆,所述修补灰浆储存内胆和所述防水粉料储存内胆相连,均通过所述输液管连接。

在进行施工时,先在所述防水液储存内胆3中盛装耐久型防水液料,在所述修补灰浆储存内胆4中盛装渗透结晶型修补灰浆,在所述防水粉料储存内胆5中盛装耐久型防水粉料。
在使用时,首先将厨房、卫浴间内的穿管根部、地漏周边、墙角等有裂缝且需要修补的部位凿成“V”字型小凹槽,然后用扫把等工具清理施工面至无油污、粉尘及松散颗粒,用喷雾洒水器具将施工面洒水湿透,估算出所需料量。再将桶盖2打开,打开所述修补灰浆储存内胆4所述对应的所述旋钮开关8,旋转到所需的体积,使渗透结晶型修补灰浆流入所述搅拌桶6内,通过进水管加水进行搅拌,在5-10分钟内在需要修补的地方进行涂抹施工,其中穿管根部、地漏周边、阴阳角和墙根处应涂抹成r角,其r角是相对于直角,呈小半圆弧的角落,目的是利于排走明水,避免角落积水。
待渗透结晶型修补灰浆完全凝固后,再打开所述防水液储存内胆3所对应的旋扭开关8和所述防水粉料储存内胆5所对应的旋钮开关8,将耐久型防水液料和耐久型防水粉料流入搅拌桶6内搅拌均匀,静置3分钟,让液料和粉料充分混合反应之后,再搅拌一次,用毛刷均匀涂刷于施工面上,应朝着一个方向来回涂刷一遍,避免漏刷。
等施工面表面干后,以刚好不沾手为宜,再用毛刷均匀涂刷一次,这次是在上次涂刷方向的垂直方向来回涂刷一遍。完工后防踩踏,48小时后可进行闭水检验。
