本发明提出的一种猪鬃用染色剂,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料14.5份、铬黄1.25份、滑石粉0.8份、稀土0.75份、硫酸铝铵0.32份、硫酸铝钾0.22份、碳酸钙0.15份、硫酸锌0.3份、氯化钾0.52份、氢氧化钠0.25份、壳聚糖0.62份、苯甲酸钠0.7份、渗透剂JFC 0.3份、聚乙烯醇0.35份、丙二醇0.6份、儿茶素0.06份、烷基糖苷1份、羟甲基纤维素0.32份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯0.35份、三聚磷酸钾0.22份、聚丙烯酸酯0.3份、苯甲酸乙酯0.3份、环氧大豆油1份、钛酸四丁酯0.4份、去离子水70份。
其中,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将大黄和芒果核清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入溶剂A提取3次,合并提取液得到物料B;其中,大黄、芒果核与溶剂A之间的重量比为2:3:28;溶剂A为体积分数为60%的乙醇水溶液;提取温度为85℃,提取时间为35min;
S2、将香蕉皮粉碎后与玉米粉混合,加入溶剂C,微波处理,抽滤,浓缩,得到物料D;其中,香蕉皮、玉米粉、溶剂C之间的重量比为1.5:3:28;溶剂C为体积分数为75%的乙醇水溶液;微波处理过程中工艺参数如下:微波功率为320W,微波时间为10min;
S3、将物料B、物料D与姜黄素以重量比为8:4:1.2混合,得到天然染料。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种猪鬃用染色剂,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料13.5份、铬黄1.25份、滑石粉0.6份、稀土0.65份、硫酸铝铵0.25份、硫酸铝钾0.15份、碳酸钙0.12份、硫酸锌0.25份、氯化钾0.45份、氢氧化钠0.2份、壳聚糖0.55份、苯甲酸钠0.65份、渗透剂JFC0.25份、聚乙烯醇0.25份、丙二醇0.45份、儿茶素0.04份、烷基糖苷0.75份、羟甲基纤维素0.25份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯0.25份、三聚磷酸钾0.15份、聚丙烯酸酯0.25份、苯甲酸乙酯0.25份、环氧大豆油0.75份、钛酸四丁酯0.3份、去离子水60份。
其中,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将大黄和芒果核清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入溶剂A提取4次,合并提取液得到物料B;其中,大黄、芒果核与溶剂A之间的重量比为3:5:30;溶剂A为体积分数为62%的乙醇水溶液;提取温度为90℃,提取时间为30min;
S2、将香蕉皮粉碎后与玉米粉混合,加入溶剂C,微波处理,抽滤,浓缩,得到物料D;其中,香蕉皮、玉米粉、溶剂C之间的重量比为2:4:30;溶剂C为体积分数为80%的乙醇水溶液;微波处理过程中工艺参数如下:微波功率为350W,微波时间为7min;
S3、将物料B、物料D与姜黄素以重量比为10:5:1.5混合,得到天然染料。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种猪鬃用染色剂,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料16.5份、铬黄1.4份、滑石粉0.85份、稀土0.8份、硫酸铝铵0.35份、硫酸铝钾0.25份、碳酸钙0.18份、硫酸锌0.35份、氯化钾0.5份、氢氧化钠0.3份、壳聚糖0.7份、苯甲酸钠0.75份、渗透剂JFC 0.35份、聚乙烯醇0.4份、丙二醇0.7份、儿茶素0.08份、烷基糖苷1份、羟甲基纤维素0.35份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯0.45份、三聚磷酸钾0.25份、聚丙烯酸酯0.34份、苯甲酸乙酯0.35份、环氧大豆油1.4份、钛酸四丁酯0.5份、去离子水70份。
其中,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将大黄和芒果核清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入溶剂A提取2次,合并提取液得到物料B;其中,大黄、芒果核与溶剂A之间的重量比为1:2:25;溶剂A为体积分数为55%的乙醇水溶液;提取温度为82℃,提取时间为40min;
S2、将香蕉皮粉碎后与玉米粉混合,加入溶剂C,微波处理,抽滤,浓缩,得到物料D;其中,香蕉皮、玉米粉、溶剂C之间的重量比为1:2:25;溶剂C为体积分数为72%的乙醇水溶液;微波处理过程中工艺参数如下:微波功率为300W,微波时间为13min;
S3、将物料B、物料D与姜黄素以重量比为6:3:1混合,得到天然染料。

1.一种猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料12-18份、铬黄1-1.5份、滑石粉0.5-1份、稀土0.5-1份、硫酸铝铵0.2-0.4份、硫酸铝钾0.1-0.3份、碳酸钙0.1-0.2份、硫酸锌0.2-0.4份、氯化钾0.4-0.6份、氢氧化钠0.1-0.4份、壳聚糖0.4-0.8份、苯甲酸钠0.6-0.8份、渗透剂JFC 0.2-0.4份、聚乙烯醇0.2-0.5份、丙二醇0.4-0.8份、儿茶素0.02-0.1份、烷基糖苷0.6-1.2份、羟甲基纤维素0.2-0.4份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯0.2-0.5份、三聚磷酸钾0.1-0.3份、聚丙烯酸酯0.2-0.4份、苯甲酸乙酯0.2-0.4份、环氧大豆油0.6-1.5份、钛酸四丁酯0.2-0.6份、去离子水50-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料14-17份、铬黄1.1-1.4份、滑石粉0.6-0.9份、稀土0.6-0.9份、硫酸铝铵0.25-0.35份、硫酸铝钾0.15-0.25份、碳酸钙0.12-0.18份、硫酸锌0.25-0.35份、氯化钾0.45-0.55份、氢氧化钠0.2-0.3份、壳聚糖0.5-0.7份、苯甲酸钠0.65-0.75份、渗透剂JFC 0.25-0.35份、聚乙烯醇0.3-0.4份、丙二醇0.5-0.7份、儿茶素0.04-0.08份、烷基糖苷0.7-1.1份、羟甲基纤维素0.25-0.35份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯0.3-0.4份、三聚磷酸钾0.15-0.25份、聚丙烯酸酯0.25-0.35份、苯甲酸乙酯0.25-0.35份、环氧大豆油0.8-1.2份、钛酸四丁酯0.3-0.5份、去离子水60-70份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将大黄和芒果核清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入溶剂A提取2-4次,合并提取液得到物料B;
S2、将香蕉皮粉碎后与玉米粉混合,加入溶剂C,微波处理,抽滤,浓缩,得到物料D;
S3、将物料B、物料D与姜黄素混合,得到天然染料。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,S1中,大黄、芒果核与溶剂A之间的重量比为1-3:2-5:25-30。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,S1中,溶剂A为体积分数为55-62%的乙醇水溶液。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,S1中,提取温度为82-90℃,提取时间为30-40min。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,S2中,香蕉皮、玉米粉、溶剂C之间的重量比为1-2:2-4:25-30。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,S2中,溶剂C为体积分数为72-80%的乙醇水溶液。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,S2中,微波处理过程中工艺参数如下:微波功率为300-350W,微波时间为7-13min。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述猪鬃用染色剂,其特征在于,S3中,物料B、物料D、姜黄素之间的重量比为6-10:3-5:1-1.5。
