本发明涉及一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,属于空调***管路件技术领域,包括如下步骤:S1:先用不锈钢丝刷或砂轮清除毛刺;S2:将经过步骤S1处理后的空调***管路件放入碱洗液中;S3:用温水冲洗后对其充分烘干;S4:将烘干后的空调***管路件浸入温度为21℃‑60℃的酸洗液中;S5:用去离子水完全清洗后对其充分烘干;S6:在室温下,将空调***管路件浸入到钝化液中浸泡30‑60分钟;S7:用温水将空调***管路件表面冲洗干净。本发明的有益效果是:该处理方式操作简单,处理合理,且处理周期短,适合推广和普及,钝化液可重复使用,显著降低了生产成本。

一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及铜管表面处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺。
背景技术
冰箱***管路件绝大多数使用都是铜管,铜及铜合金焊接性能好、易加工、表面美观,目前已经成为工业用第二大金属材料,仅次于钢铁。铜及铜合金在航空航天、食品包装、建筑装饰、电子家电、交通运输等领域都有很广泛的应用。现有技术中,铜及铜合金在空气中极易容易氧化变黑,变黑后的铜管机械强度不好、不耐高温,抗腐蚀性差;现有技术的表面处理工艺较复杂,处理成本高,不适合广泛推广和利用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:先用不锈钢丝刷或砂轮清除毛刺,再将空调***管路件表面采用喷砂进行打磨处理,去除空调***管路件表面污垢及氧化层;
S2:将经过步骤S1处理后的空调***管路件放入碱洗液中,碱洗液是浓度为3%-5%的NaOH溶液,温度为50℃-70℃,持续时间为30-60秒;
S3:用温水冲洗后对其充分烘干;
S4:将烘干后的空调***管路件浸入温度为21℃-60℃的酸洗液中,持续时间为15-30分钟;
S5:用去离子水完全清洗后对其充分烘干;
S6:在室温下,将空调***管路件浸入到钝化液中浸泡30-60分钟;
S7:用温水将空调***管路件表面冲洗干净,然后用酸性石蕊试纸测试冲洗面,PH值为6.5-7.5之间即可,最后用压缩空气吹干。
优选地,所述酸洗液是由15%-20%的硝酸和3%-8%的氢氟酸配置而成的溶液。
优选地,所述钝化液是由3%-8%的硝酸以及1-6g/100ml的重铬酸钾配置而成的溶液。
优选地,所述喷砂使用的砂为纯硅或氧化铝。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明对空调***管路件采用碱洗方式将表面油污去除,最终进行钝化处理,使得空调***管路件获得较高的抗腐蚀性能,提高空调***管路件的实用性能,该处理方式操作简单,处理合理,且处理周期短,适合推广和普及,钝化液可重复使用,显著降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:先用不锈钢丝刷或砂轮清除毛刺,再将空调***管路件表面采用喷砂进行打磨处理,去除空调***管路件表面污垢及氧化层;
S2:将经过步骤S1处理后的空调***管路件放入碱洗液中,碱洗液是浓度为3.5%的NaOH溶液,温度为55℃,持续时间为35秒;
S3:用温水冲洗后对其充分烘干;
S4:将烘干后的空调***管路件浸入温度为30℃的酸洗液中,持续时间为25分钟;
S5:用去离子水完全清洗后对其充分烘干;
S6:在室温下,将空调***管路件浸入到钝化液中浸泡35分钟;
S7:用温水将空调***管路件表面冲洗干净,然后用酸性石蕊试纸测试冲洗面,PH值为6.8,最后用压缩空气吹干。
钝化处理后的空调***管路件呈以玫瑰红为主的彩虹色,取同批处理的试块做硝酸溶液点滴实验,所述的硝酸溶液为50%的硝酸溶液,耐蚀时间为8秒,空调***管路件钝化处理合格。
实施例2
一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:先用不锈钢丝刷或砂轮清除毛刺,再将空调***管路件表面采用喷砂进行打磨处理,去除空调***管路件表面污垢及氧化层;
S2:将经过步骤S1处理后的空调***管路件放入碱洗液中,碱洗液是浓度为4%的NaOH溶液,温度为60℃,持续时间为45秒;
S3:用温水冲洗后对其充分烘干;
S4:将烘干后的空调***管路件浸入温度为50℃的酸洗液中,持续时间为20分钟;
S5:用去离子水完全清洗后对其充分烘干;
S6:在室温下,将空调***管路件浸入到钝化液中浸泡45分钟;
S7:用温水将空调***管路件表面冲洗干净,然后用酸性石蕊试纸测试冲洗面,PH值为7.2,最后用压缩空气吹干。
钝化处理后的空调***管路件呈以玫瑰红为主的彩虹色,取同批处理的试块做硝酸溶液点滴实验,所述的硝酸溶液为50%的硝酸溶液,耐蚀时间为10秒,空调***管路件钝化处理合格。

1.一种空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:先用不锈钢丝刷或砂轮清除毛刺,再将空调***管路件表面采用喷砂进行打磨处理,去除空调***管路件表面污垢及氧化层;
S2:将经过步骤S1处理后的空调***管路件放入碱洗液中,碱洗液是浓度为3%-5%的NaOH溶液,温度为50℃-70℃,持续时间为30-60秒;
S3:用温水冲洗后对其充分烘干;
S4:将烘干后的空调***管路件浸入温度为21℃-60℃的酸洗液中,持续时间为15-30分钟;
S5:用去离子水完全清洗后对其充分烘干;
S6:在室温下,将空调***管路件浸入到钝化液中浸泡30-60分钟;
S7:用温水将空调***管路件表面冲洗干净,然后用酸性石蕊试纸测试冲洗面,PH值为6.5-7.5之间即可,最后用压缩空气吹干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,其特征在于:所述酸洗液是由15%-20%的硝酸和3%-8%的氢氟酸配置而成的溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,其特征在于:所述钝化液是由3%-8%的硝酸以及1-6g/100ml的重铬酸钾配置而成的溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空调***管路件酸洗钝化工艺,其特征在于:所述喷砂使用的砂为纯硅或氧化铝。
