本发明一种防火建筑材料板的制备工艺,步骤如下:(1)制备防火涂料,按重量份数计,将硼酸锌10—20份、空心玻璃微珠1—8份、氢氧化镁5—15份、多聚磷酸铵10—20份、三聚氰胺10—20份、丙烯酸树脂8—10份进行搅拌混合,得到防火涂料;(2)添加加强颗粒,将碳纤维颗粒2—8份、玻璃纤维颗粒1—5份加入防火涂料中,得到加强防火涂料。(3)将加强防火涂料均匀喷涂至建材表面,喷涂完成后自然晾干即可。所述碳纤维颗粒的粒径为50‑90nm。所述玻璃纤维颗粒的粒径为20‑50nm。本发明所得的防火建材的防火性能极佳。

背景技术
近年来随着建筑行业的飞速发展,火灾的防控也面临巨大的挑战,防火的重要性不言而喻,防火涂料作为有效的防火材料,可以对火势进行有效的阻燃,防止进一步蔓延,可以有效的减少火灾对人民生命和财产造成的威胁。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种防火建筑材料板的制备工艺。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种防火建筑材料板的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)制备防火涂料,按重量份数计,将硼酸锌10—20份、空心玻璃微珠1—8份、氢氧化镁5—15份、多聚磷酸铵10—20份、三聚氰胺10—20份、丙烯酸树脂8—10份进行搅拌混合,得到防火涂料;
(2)添加加强颗粒,将碳纤维颗粒2—8份、玻璃纤维颗粒1—5份加入防火涂料中,得到加强防火涂料;
(3)将加强防火涂料均匀喷涂至建材表面,喷涂完成后自然晾干即可。
上述一种防火建筑材料板的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述碳纤维颗粒的粒径为50-90nm。
上述一种防火建筑材料板的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维颗粒的粒径为20-50nm。
本发明所得的防火建材的防火性能极佳。

(1)制备防火涂料,按重量份数计,将硼酸锌10份、空心玻璃微珠1份、氢氧化镁5份、多聚磷酸铵10份、三聚氰胺10份、丙烯酸树脂8份进行搅拌混合,得到防火涂料;
(2)添加加强颗粒,将碳纤维颗粒2份、玻璃纤维颗粒1份加入防火涂料中,得到加强防火涂料;
(3)将加强防火涂料均匀喷涂至建材表面,喷涂完成后自然晾干即可。
所述碳纤维颗粒的粒径为50nm。
所述玻璃纤维颗粒的粒径为20nm。

一种防火建筑材料板的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)制备防火涂料,按重量份数计,将硼酸锌20份、空心玻璃微珠8份、氢氧化镁15份、多聚磷酸铵20份、三聚氰胺20份、丙烯酸树脂10份进行搅拌混合,得到防火涂料;
(2)添加加强颗粒,将碳纤维颗粒8份、玻璃纤维颗粒5份加入防火涂料中,得到加强防火涂料;
(3)将加强防火涂料均匀喷涂至建材表面,喷涂完成后自然晾干即可。
所述碳纤维颗粒的粒径为90nm。
所述玻璃纤维颗粒的粒径为50nm。

(1)制备防火涂料,按重量份数计,将硼酸锌10—20份、空心玻璃微珠1—8份、氢氧化镁5—15份、多聚磷酸铵10—20份、三聚氰胺10—20份、丙烯酸树脂8—10份进行搅拌混合,得到防火涂料;
(2)添加加强颗粒,将碳纤维颗粒2—8份、玻璃纤维颗粒1—5份加入防火涂料中,得到加强防火涂料;
(3)将加强防火涂料均匀喷涂至建材表面,喷涂完成后自然晾干即可。
