本发明公开了一种水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:聚磷酸铵25%‑30%、三聚氰胺6%‑10%、季戊四醇8%‑11%、钛白粉7%‑9%、硼酸锌5%‑6%、滑石粉2%‑3%、丙烯酸树脂20%‑22%、余量水。该涂料可提高钢结构的耐火极限,涂层2毫米就能达到耐火2小时,施工方便,成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,钢结构建筑大量出现在公共建筑、商业建筑等高层建筑及工业产房中。钢材具有良好的抗拉强度,但是随着温度的升高,特别是在温度达到400-600℃时,其强度几乎成直线下降,当温度达到600℃以上时,钢材几乎失去了承载能力。因此,对钢结构采取有效的保护措施,使其能在意外发生时免受高温火焰的直接灼烧,延缓塌陷时间,为消防救援提供宝贵的时间就显得十分重要。目前,世界各国对钢结构采用了多种方法进行防火保护,主要有在钢结构表面粘贴无机防火板、喷涂无机纤维板、粘帖纤维板、粘帖柔性板材及结构内部通水,但是往往施工比较复杂,成本较高,同时会影响美观。而目前通用的防火涂料往往需要涂层厚度达到5mm以上才能达到较好的防火效果,需要进行多次重复喷涂,费工费料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,可提高钢结构的耐火极限,涂层2毫米就能达到耐火2小时,施工方便,成本较低。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用以下技术方案:
水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:聚磷酸铵25%-30%、三聚氰胺6%-10%、季戊四醇8%-11%、钛白粉7%-9%、硼酸锌5%-6%、滑石粉2%-3%、丙烯酸树脂20%-22%、余量水。
进一步地,所述聚磷酸铵的聚合度为2000。
进一步地,所述季戊四醇的纯度≥99.8%。
本发明还提供了所述水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
依次称取上述重量百分比的原料,将其加入球磨机内;球磨至少15小时,同时调节粘度,测试细度;粘度为300±50S,细度≤100um时放料,即得防火涂料。
本发明的有益效果为:该涂料在普通防火涂料的基础上进行改进,加入的丙烯酸树脂使丙烯酸增大成碳剂,遇火产生,增加碳化层强度,耐高温火焰冲击,提高钢结构的耐火极限,涂层2毫米就能达到耐火2小时,施工方便,成本较低。
本发明可应用于机场、电厂、石化、体育场、商业广场、工业厂房、高层建筑等室内裸露钢结构的防火保护。该涂料受火烧时能膨胀发泡并形成致密的隔热层,从而延缓钢材的升温,可提高钢结构的耐火极限,耐火极限可达2小时。与普通的钢结构涂料相比,该涂料粒度更细、涂层更薄、施工方便、装饰性好,具有优越的黏结强度和装饰效果,既可满足防火要求,又能满足人们对装饰性的需要。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但这并不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例1:
一种水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,包括以下重量百分比的原料:聚合度为2000的聚磷酸铵25%、三聚氰胺6%、纯度为99.8%的季戊四醇8%、钛白粉7%、 硼酸锌5%、滑石粉2%、丙烯酸树脂20%、水27%。依次称取上述重量百分比的原料,将其加入球磨机内;球磨15小时,同时调节粘度,测试细度;粘度为300±50S,细度≤100um时放料,即得防火涂料。
实施例2:
一种水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,包括以下重量百分比的原料:聚合度为2000的聚磷酸铵26%、三聚氰胺8%、纯度为99.8%的季戊四醇9%、钛白粉8%、硼酸锌6%、滑石粉3%、丙烯酸树脂20%、水20%。依次称取上述重量百分比的原料,将其加入球磨机内;球磨17小时,同时调节粘度,测试细度;粘度为300±50S,细度≤100um时放料,即得防火涂料。
对本发明实施例1 2制备的水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料进行性能检测,检测结果见下表:

1.水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:聚磷酸铵25%-30%、三聚氰胺6%-10%、季戊四醇8%-11%、钛白粉7%-9%、硼酸锌5%-6%、滑石粉2%-3%、丙烯酸树脂20%-22%、余量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,所述聚磷酸铵的聚合度为2000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,所述季戊四醇的纯度≥99.8%。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
依次称取上述重量百分比的原料,将其加入球磨机内;球磨至少15小时,同时调节粘度,测试细度;粘度为300±50S,细度≤100um时放料,即得防火涂料。
