本发明公开了耐磨木地板,按照重量计,由镍矿渣30~60份,茶叶渣10~20份,二氧化钛4~8份,膨润土2~4份、乳液2~6份,硬脂酸2~6份,木塑抗冲击填充剂1~2份,分散剂1~2份,成膜助剂1~2份组成。本发明的主要成分由镍矿渣和茶叶渣组成,其生产工艺简单,成本低廉,且效果明显,便于工程应用;通过对材料加入木塑抗冲击填充剂,增加木板表面的柔韧性,达到地板表面的弹性层附着力强,能增加地板表面的脚部舒适感,具有缓冲功能和降噪功能;该发明的地板具有硬度较低、耐磨性好,不易开裂和变形的特点。

本发明涉及一种木地板,具体涉及一种耐磨木地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球天然林资源的急剧减少,木材加工行业出现了原料日益短缺的现象。而木地板作为室内装修的一种重要装饰材料,其市场需求量越来越大,其中三层实木复合地板由于其优良的稳定性和环保性也受到越来越多的国内消费者青睐。
传统的木地板一般采用涂装油漆形成表面光滑、硬度较高的保护层以保护木地板,增加木地板的使用寿命,但是表面光滑的木地板容易导致儿童、老人摔倒,而硬度较高的木地板表面在摔倒后极易导致对人体的伤害。
目前的地板硬度较高、耐磨性差,常常出现开裂、变形等形象,且制作工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐磨木地板。该发明的地板具有硬度较低、耐磨性好,不易开裂和变形的特点,且制作工艺简单。
本发明的技术方案:一种耐磨木地板,按照重量计,由镍矿渣30~60份,茶叶渣10~20份,二氧化钛4~8份,膨润土2~4份、乳液2~6份,硬脂酸2~6份,木塑抗冲击填充剂1~2份,分散剂1~2份,成膜助剂1~2份组成。
前述的耐磨木地板,按照重量计,由镍矿渣45份,茶叶渣15份,二氧化钛6份,膨润土3份、乳液4份,硬脂酸4份,木塑抗冲击填充剂1.5份,分散剂1.5份,成膜助剂1.5份组成。
前述的耐磨木地板及其制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
a、将镍矿渣和茶叶渣按照1:1的比例混合,再加入1:1的膨润土和乳液混合液,搅拌、制得A品;
b、将制得的A品加入二氧化钛、硬脂酸,再加入比例为1:1:1的木塑抗冲击填充剂、分散剂和成膜助剂,搅拌加热至50~70℃,混合均匀搅拌,经造粒,挤出成型,即得。
前述的耐磨木地板,所述木塑抗冲击填充剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的主要成分由镍矿渣和茶叶渣组成,其生产工艺简单,成本低廉,且效果明显,便于工程应用;通过对材料加入木塑抗冲击填充剂,增加木板表面的柔韧性,达到地板表面的弹性层附着力强,能增加地板表面的脚部舒适感,具有缓冲功能和降噪功能;该发明的地板具有硬度较低、耐磨性好,不易开裂和变形的特点。

本发明的实施例1。
一种耐磨木地板,按照重量计,由镍矿渣30~60份,茶叶渣10~20份,二氧化钛4~8份,膨润土2~4份、乳液2~6份,硬脂酸2~6份,木塑抗冲击填充剂1~2份,分散剂1~2份,成膜助剂1~2份组成。

b、将制得的A品加入二氧化钛、硬脂酸,再加入比例为1:1:1的木塑抗冲击填充剂、分散剂和成膜助剂,搅拌加热至50~70℃,混合均匀搅拌,经造粒,挤出成型,即得。

1.一种耐磨木地板,其特征在于:按照重量计,由镍矿渣30~60份,茶叶渣10~20份,二氧化钛4~8份,膨润土2~4份、乳液2~6份,硬脂酸2~6份,木塑抗冲击填充剂1~2份,分散剂1~2份,成膜助剂1~2份组成。

3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的耐磨木地板及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括有以下步骤:
a、将镍矿渣和茶叶渣按照1:1的比例混合,再加入1:1的膨润土和乳液混合液,搅拌、制得A品;
b、将制得的A品加入二氧化钛、硬脂酸,再加入比例为1:1:1的木塑抗冲击填充剂、分散剂和成膜助剂,搅拌加热至50~70℃,混合均匀搅拌,经造粒,挤出成型,即得。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨木地板,其特征在于:所述木塑抗冲击填充剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯。
