本发明涉及车轮机加工后毛刺去除的技术领域,具体地说是一种用于去除铝合金车轮冒口毛刺的装置。
背景技术
车轮冒口部位的加工精度和加工质量直接影响着扣帽的安装,车轮在机加工后,冒口边缘部位由铸造和机加面合成,所以会残存一圈的毛刺,目前,此处毛刺为人工去除,效果不理想,冒口正面铸造变形加大了去除的难度,槽深有高有低,力道大或小都会造成冒口边缘毛刺去除不光滑,客户也会抱怨产品一致性差,而且当采用人工去除时,还有可能漏刮或者毛刺残存,涂装后外观不合格、漆膜覆盖不住引起腐蚀。本专利基于此现状,提供一种自动去车轮冒口毛刺装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种自动去除车轮冒口边缘部位毛刺的装置,解决车轮去毛刺后冒口不一致问题,改善冒口边缘去毛刺的效果,提高去毛刺的效率,降低冒口腐蚀的风险,此装置结构简单、灵活高效,能够满足自动化连续作业。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种自动去车轮冒口毛刺装置,由机架、夹紧齿轮齿条结构、支撑板、伺服电机、下导轨、左滑板、夹紧缸、轴、夹紧轮、左毛刺刀、测距传感器、进给齿轮齿条结构、左滑块、移动支撑板、导柱、进给气缸、右滑块、上导轨、气缸支撑板、调距气缸、右毛刺刀和右滑板组成。
支撑板固定在机架上,支撑板上安装下导轨,左滑板与右滑板通过夹紧齿轮齿条结构相连,伺服电机通过轴连接夹紧轮,夹紧缸与左滑板相连,伺服电机安装在左滑板上。夹紧缸驱动左滑板运动时,在夹紧齿轮齿条结构的作用下,右滑板与左滑板同步运动,控制夹紧轮将车轮定心和夹紧。伺服电机控制夹紧轮的旋转,从而实现车轮夹紧状态下可以旋转。

本发明能满足车轮流水化作业中自动去冒口部位毛刺的要求,相比人工去毛刺的方法,极大的改善了去除效果,此装置能够根据每一件车轮冒口变形的情况,相应的调整刀的进给距离,大大提高了产品的一致性,采用此装置去除毛刺,冒口边缘圆角光滑一致,解决了车轮去毛刺后冒口不一致问题。

一种自动去车轮冒口毛刺装置,由机架1、夹紧齿轮齿条结构2、支撑板3、伺服电机4、下导轨5、左滑板6、夹紧缸7、轴8、夹紧轮9、左毛刺刀10、测距传感器11、进给齿轮齿条结构12、左滑块13、移动支撑板14、导柱15、进给气缸16、右滑块17、上导轨18、气缸支撑板19、调距气缸20、右毛刺刀21和右滑板22组成。
支撑板3固定在机架1上,支撑板3上安装下导轨5,左滑板6与右滑板22通过夹紧齿轮齿条结构2相连,伺服电机4通过轴8连接夹紧轮9,夹紧缸7与左滑板6相连,伺服电机4安装在左滑板6上。夹紧缸7驱动左滑板6运动时,在夹紧齿轮齿条结构2的作用下,右滑板22与左滑板6同步运动,控制夹紧轮9将车轮定心和夹紧。伺服电机4控制夹紧轮9的旋转,从而实现车轮夹紧状态下可以旋转。

工作时,首先,根据自动线上生产的车轮帽槽直径调节刀距,启动调距气缸,在齿轮齿条结构的作用下即可调节左毛刺刀与右毛刺刀的距离,使刀距与生产的车轮帽槽直径匹配上;当车轮沿着辊道到达装置区域下方时,辊道停止转动,然后夹紧缸启动,将车轮定心和夹紧;接着测距传感器测量刀具到冒口边缘的距离,将测量结果反馈到进给气缸,进给气缸精确下行进给,同时,伺服电机驱动夹紧轮旋转,从而带动轮毂旋转,当毛刺刀接触到旋转的车轮时完成毛刺去除;最后毛刺刀上行复位,夹紧轮停止转动并松开轮毂,辊道转动送走已经完成去毛刺的轮毂,同时接下一个待去毛刺的轮毂,如此循环。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于去除铝合金车轮冒口毛刺的装置,其特征在于,所述的调距气缸(20)驱动右滑块(17)运动时,在进给齿轮齿条结构(12)的作用下,左滑块(13)、右滑块(17)同步运动,从而左毛刺刀(10)与右毛刺刀(21)同步运动,实现刀距的调节,能够根据帽槽直径的大小相应调节刀距;在导柱(15)的导向作用下,进给气缸(16)控制移动支撑板(14)的上行和下行,实现毛刺刀具的进给和复位,两个测距传感器(11)测量刀具距帽口毛刺部位的距离,取均值后将信号反馈到进给气缸(16),从而确定毛刺刀的准确下行距离,通过旋转的车轮和直线进给的刀具配合,将毛刺去除。
