Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The following describes a control method, a control system and a vehicle of an electric vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a safety system of a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in conjunction with fig. 2, a safety system 100 for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a detection device 110, a guard 120, and a controller 130.
The detection device 110 is used to detect whether an object flies into the window. The guard 120 is retractably disposed at the window, and the guard 120 when deployed may shade the window to prevent objects from flying from the window into the vehicle. The controller 130 is respectively connected with the detection device 110 and the protection device 120, and is used for controlling the protection device 120 to be unfolded when an object flies into the vehicle window so as to prevent the object from hitting people in the vehicle.
Specifically, the detection device 110 includes, but is not limited to: and the photoelectric sensor is used for judging whether the object flies into the window according to the movement speed and the movement track of the object when detecting that the object exists outside the window.
Further, in order to prevent the occurrence of the erroneous determination, the photoelectric sensor is further configured to determine whether the object is broken stone or similar broken stone according to a state of the object (such as a feature of the shape of the object) when determining that the object flies into the window, and send a signal to the controller 130 when the object is broken stone or similar broken stone.
The states (such as the characteristics of the shape and the like) of hard objects such as broken stones or similar broken stones can be stored in advance, so that whether the objects are the hard objects such as the broken stones or the similar broken stones can be determined in a comparison mode. For example: the photoelectric sensor is internally provided with a memory (such as a database) in which the state of the broken stone or the rubble-like object is prestored, so that the photoelectric sensor searches whether the state of the object is consistent with the state of the broken stone or the rubble-like object stored in the memory or not, and determines that the object is the broken stone or the rubble-like object when the state of the object is consistent with the state of the broken stone or the rubble-like.
As an example, the photoelectric sensor is installed at a side window of a vehicle (corresponding to position 1 and position 2 shown in fig. 2), and can detect an object moving at a high speed and identify the size and direction of the moving object. When the crushed stone is detected, whether the vehicle flies into the vehicle window is judged according to the movement track of the crushed stone, and a signal is transmitted to the controller 130. The photoelectric sensor judges whether the objects are objects such as broken stones or the like according to the state of the moving object, and avoids false triggering caused by hard objects such as uncomfortable broken stones or the like. For example: when the window glass of the four-door window of the vehicle falls down, the photoelectric sensor can detect whether hard objects such as gravels and the like fly from the external environment to the direction of the four-door window.
As shown in fig. 2, the guard device 120 is disposed in parallel outside the four-door window of the vehicle and on the bottom edge frame of the window frame of the four-door window.
Among them, the guard device 120 includes, for example: a foldable protective net and a control switch. The protective net shields the car window when being unfolded, the protective net is controlled to be unfolded when the control switch is triggered, and the control switch is controlled by the controller. In a specific example, the control switch is, for example, an electromagnetic relay.
In a specific example, the protection net is controlled by an electromagnetic relay, and the protection net is arranged at four side windows of the vehicle, such as positions corresponding to position 1 and position 2 shown in fig. 2, and is arranged in parallel outside the side windows, so that mutual movement is not influenced. The protection net can move up and down, for example: the protective net is unfolded upwards along the arrow direction in fig. 2, is configured to have a size corresponding to the size of the vehicle window, and can completely shield the side window when being unfolded. When the controller 130 receives detection sent by the detection device that broken stones fly to the side window, the controller 130 controls the electromagnetic relay to be conducted, and therefore the protective net can be directly and rapidly popped up from the bottom of the side window. The protective net can be made of light, thin and hard substances, and the pop-up time is guaranteed to be less than or equal to 0.3 s.
To reduce costs, the controller 130 may employ an existing controller in the vehicle, such as: the functions of the controller 130 are realized by the vehicle controller.
As shown in fig. 3, the safety system of a vehicle of an embodiment of the present invention operates as follows:
after the automobile is powered on, when the window of the automobile descends, the photoelectric sensor detects surrounding objects in real time, and in order to ensure the safety of personnel in the automobile, the detection range is more than or equal to 5 m. When objects such as broken stones are detected, the moving speed and the moving track of the objects are identified, and whether the objects fly into the vehicle window or not is judged. When the broken stone flying is detected, a signal is sent to the controller, the controller controls the electromagnetic relay to be conducted, so that the protective net can be rapidly popped up in a short time, broken stone and the like are prevented from flying into the vehicle from the side window and striking people in the vehicle, and further, the life safety of a driver and passengers is guaranteed.
According to the safety system of the vehicle, whether an object flies into the vehicle window can be detected, and when the hard object such as broken stones is detected to fly into the vehicle window, the protection device is rapidly controlled to be unfolded to shield the vehicle window, so that the object is prevented from flying into the vehicle from the vehicle window to hit personnel in the vehicle under the condition that the vehicle window falls, and further, the life safety of a driver and passengers is guaranteed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the controller 130 is further configured to control the detection device 110 to be activated when the falling of the window glass of the window is detected. That is, the detection device 110 is activated after the window has been dropped. Thereby reducing the energy consumption of the safety system of the vehicle and simultaneously achieving effective protection.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the safety system 100 of the vehicle further includes: a manual reset switch (not shown in fig. 1) that is triggered to retract the guard. That is, the safety system 100 of the vehicle may be provided with a manual reset switch, so that the driver or the like may conveniently withdraw the safety device after the safety device is deployed and dangerous, thereby improving the use experience of the safety system of the vehicle.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a vehicle, including: the safety system of a vehicle according to any one of the above embodiments. This vehicle can detect whether there is the object to fly into to the door window to when detecting that like the rubble hard object fly into to the door window, control protector expandes rapidly and shelter from the door window, just so prevented that the object from flying into the car and hitting personnel in the car from the door window under the circumstances that the door window descends, and then, ensured driver and passenger's life safety.
In addition, other configurations and functions of the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and are not described herein in detail to reduce redundancy.
